Abstract

Tujuan dan sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sebagai pemberdayaan terhadap wanita agar bisa melakukan pergerakan berwirausaha di era serba digital dalam mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi diri pribadi, keluarga serta dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi lingkungan sekitar berupa menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sekelompok organisasi wanita yang bergabung dalam Gabungan Organisasi Wanita (GOW). Terselenggaranya pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta mampu dengan mudah berkiprah dalam dunia usaha dengan adanya motivasi dan pengetahuan mengenai arti penting peran seorang wanita yang tidak hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga melepas harapan dan menggantungkan hidup hanya kepada suami tetapi dapat menjadi patner dalam mewujudkan cita-cita bersama. Target luaran yang diharapkan berupa adanya keyakinan, pengetahuan dan motivasi agar terciptanya pergerakan dalam berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan teknologi.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas upaya sosialisasi dan pelatihan inovatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif Generasi Z dalam dunia politik dan kebijakan publik. Dengan menggali strategi baru dan pendekatan yang relevan dengan karakteristik generasi ini, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana mendorong keterlibatan Gen Z dapat menjadi kunci untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih terlibat secara politis. Melalui analisis konsep sosialisasi dan metode pelatihan yang efektif, artikel ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang cara mendekati dan mendukung Generasi Z agar mereka dapat lebih efektif berpartisipasi dalam proses pembuatan keputusan politik dan implementasi kebijakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan berharga bagi para praktisi dan pembuat kebijakan yang berupaya menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan partisipasi positif dari Generasi Z dalam konteks politik dan kebijakan publik.

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness plays a crucial role in disease prevention efforts. Without attention to environmental cleanliness, this pandemic will never end. This community service program aims to (1) instill awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness from adolescence, (2) enhance understanding of the significance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and health, and (3) teach the habit of proper waste disposal. The goal is to create a comfortable, clean, healthy, and beautiful environment for teenagers to play and learn. To achieve this goal, the program employs several methods. The first phase is an approach where the service team adapts to teenagers. The second phase involves setting an example of proper waste disposal. The third phase provides guidance and education on the importance of environmental cleanliness and its consequences if neglected. One of the major issues in this environment is the lack of public waste bins, which gives teenagers an excuse not to dispose of trash properly. To address this problem, the fourth phase involves the creation of trash bins to be placed in public areas and mosques, along with organizing community clean-up activities. Finally, the evaluation phase is used to measure the program's success among teenagers in the Dusun Mandar Desa Labuhan Haji. The results of this program show that teenagers in the community now have an understanding and a caring attitude towards the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate Human Resource Development management as an effort to improve the quality of education at TK PKK Majidi. The study involves 10 teachers from TK PKK Majidi as its subjects. The results indicate improvement, although not yet fully optimal. The school principal endeavors to enhance teacher quality by prioritizing HR development and skills training. Therefore, the next HR development strategy involves mandatory monthly training sessions for teachers. There are various types of training available for teachers to enhance their skills and competencies, ranging from leadership training, skills development, motivation, creativity, to participation in children's training activities. The findings suggest that when children become creative, teachers have achieved good quality in creative education.

Abstract

This research aims to study methods that can be used to test paired sample data in parametric and nonparametric statistics. Parametric statistics are used if the data sample meets certain assumptions, namely normal distribution and a minimum interval measurement scale. Meanwhile, if these assumptions are not met, you can use nonparametric. This research data was generated randomly to be applied to the paired sample test and the Wilcoxon test. These tests were applied to test the difference in averages before treatment and after treatment. The test results show that for normally distributed data using the paired t test it is proven that there is a difference between the averages before and after treatment. The same thing applies to data with an exponential distribution which is tested using Wilcoxon, that there is a difference in the average before treatment and after treatment.

Abstract

In the midst of the political and technical dynamics of holding the 2024 simultaneous elections, the role of election observers has become increasingly vital. Election supervision must ensure that the entire process, from campaigning to vote counting and recapitulation, is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. This not only requires a deep understanding of laws and regulations, but also the ability to detect and address possible violations. The method used in this technical guidance is starting with preparation for the implementation of the technical guidance until implementation by providing various materials related to election supervision which will be carried out by Subdistrict/Village supervisors in 8 (eight) villages in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. The implementation of technical guidance has been successful and has been successful in increasing participants' understanding, skills and readiness in carrying out supervisory duties at sub-district/village level in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan penyumbang terbesar kedua pendapatan suatu daerah. Oleh karena itu dalam proses pembangunannya diperlukan colaboratif stakeholder. Pembangunan pariwisata di Kabupaten Lombok Timur memerlukan penerapan dari konsep Penta Helix yang terdiri dari unsur pemerintah, akadmisi, pengusaha, masyarakat dan media bersatu dalam tujuan mewujudkan pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Unsur pemerintah mempunyai political power merumuskan kebijakan melalui keputusan. Sementara masyarakat disebut social power. akademisi memiliki kekuatan knowledge power, yang keempat yakni pengusaha dan terakhir yakni media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengembangan dinamika potensi pariwisata dan mensimulasikan skenario-skenario yang dikembangkan untuk kondisi yang akan datang serta mendeskripsikan, menjelaskan sebuah model pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis yang merupakan bagian dari konsep systems thinking yang dapat diartikan sebagai cara memandang masalah sebagai sebuah sistem secara menyeluruh. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian dilakukan oleh peneliti sendiri, interview guide dan alat penunjang penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan pendekatan model sistem yang terdiri dari penstrukturan masalah, pemodelan causal loops diagram dan dynamic modeling.

Abstract

This service was carried out in Perian Village involving several elements consisting of the local community, regional office, village government and KKN participants. The aim of this service is that it is hoped that participants can understand the factors that cause sexual violence and can avoid it, thereby creating a space for movement that is safe and free from the threat of violence. The methods used in this service are the lecture method, FDG and two-way discussion between resource persons and participants. Whatever the results of this service, Perian Village is still classified as vulnerable to sexual violence, therefore it is hoped that the local community will be more alert and the relevant government should pay attention to the risks for perpetrators as early as possible through the formation of regulations and sanctions for perpetrators and intense guidance for victims so that victims not disturbed by his psychology.

Abstract

In general, to increase the sales of products or services offered, companies need to carry out marketing activities. Amid the increasingly intense business competition, each company must establish the right policies to achieve their goals and desires. Therefore, the right strategic analysis is necessary, one of which is the application of the STP strategy (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning). This research uses the Library Resources method, which focuses on gathering data from literature studies. In international marketing, segmentation strategy is carried out by determining the segment size, developing the segment, analyzing the costs of using the segment, ensuring alignment, and assessing competitive positioning. Meanwhile, targeting strategy involves approaches such as focusing on a single market, product specialization, selective specialization, and total coverage. For positioning strategy, the steps include identifying competitive advantages, creating those advantages, and evaluating the reactions of the target.

Abstract

Administrative Decisions (KTUN) are one of the important legal instruments issued by state administrative officials to carry out government functions. However, it is often found that KTUNs are legally defective due to violations of the principle of legality, general principles of good governance (AUPB), or applicable administrative procedures, which lead to their annulment by the State Administrative Court (PTUN). This study aims to analyze the legal basis and the form of legal responsibility in the administration of State Administrative Decisions (KTUN) that have been annulled. This research uses a juridical-normative method with an approach based on laws and regulations and legal doctrines. The study shows that the annulment of KTUNs by PTUN is usually caused by procedural and substantive violations, such as issuing decisions beyond authority or not meeting formal requirements. In the context of legal responsibility, the agency issuing the KTUN is obligated to retract the decision, restore the rights of the affected parties, and issue a new decision that complies with the law. Furthermore, the officials at fault may be subject to administrative sanctions, ranging from a warning to dismissal, depending on the severity of the error. State administrative officials whose KTUNs have been annulled must fulfill their legal responsibility by revoking or correcting the KTUN, restoring the rights of the affected parties, providing compensation, and implementing administrative sanctions if necessary. Additionally, criminal liability may apply if there is an element of abuse of power. This finding underscores the importance of compliance with the principles of AUPB and positive law in every administrative action to prevent harm to society.
