<![CDATA[The problem in this study is the service performance towards community satisfaction, service performance builds standards in all services to be provided more and determined by the community. Community satisfaction is the main factor that must be considered. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using a simple linear regression equation, correlation analysis. The purpose of this study is to Based on the limitation of the problem, then the formulation of the problem in this study is: Is there any effect of performance on community satisfaction on the Minahasa District Population and Civil Registration Service?, the method used in this research is quantitative research methods. By using a simple linear regression formula, correlation analysis is a correlation coefficient and t test statistics to test the significance of the correlation coefficient. Where to get the author's data using a questionnaire circulated to all respondents to be sampled.In this study there were 60 people divided into 30 respondents X variables and 30 variable respondents Y at the Minahasa District Civil Registration Office. With the formulation of the problem: (1) The extent of the influence of performance in the Population and Civil Registration Service on the satisfaction of the Minahasa District community, (2) The degree of relationship and determination power between the performance in the Population and Civil Registration Service with the satisfaction of the Minahasa District community.Based on the results of the analysis obtained Y Ì‚ == 20.27 + 0.6727 X. These results indicate that the variable X is Service Performance with Y variable that is Community Satisfaction, besides that also after being analyzed using the correlation coefficient formula, there is a strong relationship between service performance and community satisfaction in the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Minahasa Regency with a value of 0 , 5152. <![CDATA[Supervision is a process to ensure that all activities carried out in accordance with what has beenplanned and taking action that can support the achievement of the expected rasults in accordance with thespecified performance. Basically supervision is part of the management function. Supervision has threetypes of supervision: preliminary supervision, councurrent supervision, feedback supervision. Localgovernment is one of the tools in the governance system. This research uses qualitative research typeresearch than is research used to examine natural objects where researchers as a key instrument. Theresults of the study showed that the supervision of the local government in the distribution of alcoholicdrinks in the eastern Pinolosian sub-district of Bolaang Mongondow district, namely the supervision andcontrol of alcoholic drinks, explicitly regulates that only sellers of alcoholic berverages must have a permit.But in the field still found some sellers do not have permission but freely sell these alcoholic drinks for aare no sanctions or confinement measures from the local government. Even thoung regulations on thesupervision and control of alcoholic drinks in south Bolaang Mongondow Regency especially in eastPinolosian subdistrict have been made since 2016, but the presence of policy has not shown changesregarding the distribution of alcoholic drinks in east Pinolosian subdistrict. This is because the function oflocal government supervision of the circulation of alcoholic beverages in the eastern olosian region has notbeen carrien out properly,seeing the reality in the field so far the government has not been consistent inapplying the rules of circulation and alcoholic drinks.if severe alcoholic beverage sellers can still be foundin various places, then the governmrnt will find it increasingly difficult to control the buying interest ofconsumers.although the local government has appealed that especially in east Pinolosian it must be nonalcoholicand pressurize every village head and the shari’ih must make village regulations so thansupervision in east Pinolosian is maximal because the seller or diluent is still free to sell drinks even thoughhe does not have permission from the governmrnt.Keywords: Surveillance, Local government, Alcoholic Drinks]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT: This research moved from the fundamental problems, namely: the extent to whichemployees of the Performance Role Head office Head Sario Manado city districts. Thus, this studyaims: to know the effect on the Role of Employee Performance Head Head office Sario Manado citydistricts. This study uses a quantitative approach to the application of descriptive and explanatory.Data and information collected through a technical questionnaire distributed to 26 respondents, andequipped with observation and interview techniques (Interview), then analyzed by applying thetechniques of frequency table analysis, product moment correlation and simple linear regression.Based on the analysis, it is known that: a descriptive analysis results through analysistechnique table (frequency table) it is known that the distribution of respondents to variable EmployeeRole in the category "medium" to "low", but dominant categorized "medium" or medium with themean average performance of 60.57%, while the Employee performance varies from moderate to high,but tends to be in the category of "moderate" with an average performance of 66.15%.Thus, it can be concluded that the role of employee positive and significant impact onperformance and be contributive Head. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT: Government Regulation No.41 Year 2007 on the regional organization mandates that thearrangement (restructuring) subdistrict government organization must meet the criteria ofeffectiveness, efficiency, and rationality. In connection with the PP.19 of 2008 on the organization ofthe District shall determine the amount and type of organizational units of the district governments.The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the organizational restructuring ofgovernment policies Malalayang districts.Research using qualitative methods. Informants were taken from the sub-district government officialsMalalayang the sub-district office as many as 8 people. Data collection by interview; while the analysisof data using analysis techniques interactive model of Miles and Hubernann.Based on the results of the study conclusion: (1) Restructuring Malalayang subdistrict governmentorganization in accordance with the policy set forth in the PP. No. 41 Year 2007 and PP. 19 In 2008, interms of the large / number of work units and other types of units organaisasi (Section and Section)formed. (2) Restructuring Malalayang subdistrict government organization meets the criteria ofeffectiveness, efficiency, and rationality as working unit was formed (sections and sub-sections) are allcustomized to menyelenggaraan duties and functions of district governments that have been defined.(3) Restructuring government organizations Malalayang districts can realize or improve theeffectiveness of the duties and functions of district governments both general duty of the governmentand the task of handling the affairs of local autonomy meaningful public service delegated by theMayor.Departing from the conclusion of the study is the need to put forward suggestions: (1) OrganizationMalalayang district governments that exist today based on this research meets the criteria ofeffectiveness, efficiency and rationality. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT : This research aims to know the role of the Regional Electoral Commission in organizing theelection head East halmahera Regency area. And to know how the electoral region of East HalmaheraRegency in increasing participation in the election of the head of the region. Electoral Commission is chosenand defined by law the inaugural election, where at the beginning of its formation, the Electoral Commissionis the agency that consists of people who are nonpartisan and most of the colleges and non-governmentalpeople. The regional Election Commission is subordinate to the Central Electoral Commission to organize theelections are tiered.The research methods used in this research is qualitative, descriptive methods, using primary data collectiontechniques. While the primary informants amounted to 3 people, yaitu: 1. Technical Defisi technical electionsubsection coconut and public relations Head of Sub-Division 3 programs and data and additional informants,those who can provide information although not directly involved in social interaction that is thorough, peoplenamely , academic, and religious figures.From the results of the examination can be conclude that the performance of the Regional ElectoralCommission East Halmahera in increasing community participation in elections of the head of the area canalready say good, because in this case there is the occurrence of an increasing number of voters being 70%, inaddition also many promotional activities and socialization activities performed by the Regional ElectoralCommission in order to attract sympathetic community.
