Abstract

Study This title “ Determinants of Indonesian Coal Exports and Their Contribution To Export Mining and State Revenue ”. As for objective from study This that is For know development as well as influence price , exchange rate And production rock coals to export stone in Indonesia. Objective next that is analyze contribution sector mining to state income. Method research used _ is analysis quantitative with secondary data in the form of export data new ember , export data mining And income country period 2013-2021 sourced _ from BPS. For analyze influence price , exchange rate to production rock coals use multiple linear regression , whereas For analyze contribution mining export rock coal in Indonesia uses equality Contribution. Results analysis concludes , first export rock coals as well as his contribution to export mining And income country during 2013-2021 period with fluctuating conditions , respectively _ Partial Exchange rate And Production influential significant to coal exports in Indonesia meanwhile in a manner contribution obtained mark more big than 50%, that is sector mining contribute very Good to GDP in Indonesia during period 2013-2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide online game-based learning training to improve English vocabulary mastery for grade IX students of SMP Muhammadiyah in Jambi City. This online game training uses the Learning by Doing approach initiated by John Dewey. In the training attended by 19 students, they participated in learning provided by the PKM team which is a collaboration between lecturers from the University of Jambi (UNJA) and Muhammadiyah University (UM) in Jambi City. The training began with a presentation of material by the PKM team, namely by introducing various online games to students such as mobile legends, among us and so on and ended with a quiz with prizes. During the training process, the students looked active and enthusiastic using the gadgets provided by the PKM team. The game played was the mobile legend game considering that there were many words that they could learn and could be directly practiced in everyday English use, both spoken and written. Thus, through this PKM training activity, it is hoped that students will not only use online games as a game medium but more than that, namely as a medium for learning English, especially vocabulary.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research deals with the influence of the hamburger strategy in writing descriptive text. The hamburger strategy is a writing organization strategy that visually outlines the key components of a paragraph. When writing using the hamburger strategy, students will learn to remember how to build paragraphs and the importance of each component. This study was conducted using an experimental quantitative method. The population of this study was grade 11 students of Madrasah Aliyah Nururrodhiyah Jambi City. The researcher took 40 students as a sample and they were divided into two groups using total sampling. The first group was class XI A as an experimental class taught by implementing the hamburger strategy, while the second group was class XI B as a control class taught using conventional methods. This test consists of two types, namely Pre-Test and Post-Test. Data were analyzed using the T-Test formula on SPSS version 25. The results of the Independent Samples and Paired t tests. The average results of the same group taught using the Hamburger Strategy got a score of 0.000 which can be seen from the hypothesis criteria if the results are less than 0.05, it means Ha is rejected. And the results of the independent sample t-test showed an average difference of 68.700 and significant 2-tailed ≤ 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05). It can be concluded that there is no significant difference in influence on students' writing ability between students taught with the Hamburger Strategy and students taught with conventional techniques or from teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Nururrodhiyah Jambi City. Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance through employee work spirit. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, with 46 respondents from the Head of Department (Kabag) along with the Head of Subdivision (Kasubbag) and their staff, based on the employees' minimum educational level of grade II. This research was conducted at Nusantara Logistics Higher Education located at Jl. Sari Asih No.54, Sarijadi, Sukasari District, Kudus City, Central Java. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation and work environment contribute to the improvement of employee work spirit and performance, and work spirit contributes to the improvement of employee performance. Work spirit is able to mediate the influence of compensation and work environment on the improvement of employee performance. Based on the research findings, it is recommended for the leaders of Nusantara Logistics Higher Education to provide fair compensation to employees, and employees should maintain a comfortable and conducive work environment to stimulate work spirit and impact on performance improvement.

Abstract

Kemampuan public speaking merupakan salah satu soft skill penting yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa dalam dunia akademik, organisasi, dan karier profesional. Namun, banyak mahasiswa yang masih mengalami kesulitan berbicara di depan umum akibat kurangnya pemahaman teknik serta rendahnya kepercayaan diri. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan public speaking mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau melalui pendekatan pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang meliputi pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, simulasi presentasi, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pemahaman konsep, teknik vokal, struktur isi, serta penggunaan bahasa tubuh. Rata-rata skor post-test meningkat sebesar 22,3 poin dibandingkan pre-test. Sebanyak 87% peserta juga mengaku lebih percaya diri berbicara di depan umum. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis pengalaman efektif dalam mengembangkan soft skill mahasiswa dan layak untuk direplikasi pada konteks yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of population size on economic growth through education level and workforce in Jambi Province during the period 2010-2022. This study uses path analysis. The results of this study conclude that there is a direct influence between population size, education level, and workforce on economic growth in Jambi Province during the period 2010-2022. This study also found that the education level variable is able to moderate the influence of population size on economic growth, but the workforce variable is not able to moderate the influence of population size on economic growth in Jambi Province during the period 2010-2022.

Abstract

The research of this study is to compare the performance of permanent and temporary workers. 113 workers at the National Land Agency Office in the Muaro Jambi Regency comprise the study's sample. There is a difference in the results between permanent employees (numbering 33) and non-permanent employees (numbering 80). The employee performance results show agreement with the employee's performance. For permanent personnel, the average performance rating is 3.72, while for non-permanent/contractual staff, it is 3.80. Based on the findings of an independent sample t-test, there is no significant difference in the performance of permanent and non-permanent personnel. The significance value (sig) of 0.937, which is less than 0.05, indicates this.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and inflation on the number of poor people in Jambi Province. The research method used is secondary data analysis with descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study conclude that simultaneously there is a significant influence between economic growth and inflation on the number of poor people in Jambi Province during the period 2010-2023. While partially only the inflation factor does not have a significant effect on the number of poor people in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of PMA investment and exchange rates simultaneously and partially on the value of exports in Indonesia, as well as the effect of export values on economic growth during the period 2010-2023. The results of the study indicate that PMA investment has a positive and significant effect on the value of Indonesian exports. However, it is inversely proportional to the IDR/USD exchange rate which has a negative and insignificant effect on the value of Indonesian exports during the period 2010-2023. In addition, the export value has a positive and significant effect on the Indonesian economy during the period 2010-2023.
