<![CDATA[This study aims to test the effect between the Network Capability and Organizational Performance and Learning Organization, with the Competitive Advantage being served as the moderating variable conducted at Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Malang city. This study was done by distributing the questioners filled in by the owners and the heads of the small and medium enterprises firms in Malang city. The data was processed using smartpls program. The result shows that the Network Capability directly affects the Organizational Performance, Learning Organization, and Competitive Advantage. Organizational Performance is also directly and positively affected by the Learning Organization and Competitive Advantage. The indirect effect suggests that the Learning Organization and Competitive Advantage are variables that mediate the effect between the Network Capability and Organizational Performance and serve as partial mediation. Based on this study, it is hoped that it gives. This result is expected to give a deeper understanding of the importance of the strategy implementation referring to the resource-based view of the organization. The Network Capability improvement can be a trigger to develop the organization's learning capability, competitive and organizational performance. Practically, is expected to be implemented within an organization to collaborate either with internal or external parties]]>

<![CDATA[This research has the purpose to analyze the effect of capital structure and financial performance on firm value moderated by firm size. The population of this research is financial sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample taken was 22 financial sub-sector companies that experienced profits in 2020-2022 which were selected through purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that capital structure has no effect on firm value, financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, company size is can't moderate the effect of capital structure on firm value, but company size is can to moderate the effect of financial performance on firm value. The limitations experienced are that there are companies that experienced losses in 2020-2022. The results of this research are expected to be a consideration for investors in investing.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this training is to provide insight into new packaging designs and forms that make products more valuable while providing skills for basic product photo mastery so that they can make product photos that can showcase the advantages of their products.In this service, the methods used are lectures, discussions, and questions and answers about packaging design and product photography, training, starting with an introduction to the tools, materials, and media used as well as making product designs and photographing products, as well as by counseling and practice in packaging design and product photography.This activity is very useful in providing knowledge and practice in designing packaging and taking pictures of products as an effort to make consumers more interested in consuming the products of business actors in Kampoeng Kajoetangan, so that they are able to market their products online by displaying product photos that attract consumers to buy their products.]]>

<![CDATA[Pembangunan infrastruktur memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan, seperti pemerataan pembangunan di setiap wilayah. Infrastruktur yang memadai merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam mendukung pengembangan dan kemajuan suatu daerah. Dalam praktiknya untuk menunjang pembangunan infrastruktur dibutuhkan alat berat untuk mempermudah pekerjaan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur pada tahun 2012 mengeluarkan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang program penggunaan excavator untuk pembangunan/rehabilitasi sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur yang dikelola pemerintah kecamatan. Namun selama program ini berjalan belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran stakeholder yang terlibat dalam program, serta mengevaluasi implementasi program penggunaan excavator untuk pembangunan/rehabilitasi sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur yang dikelola pemerintah kecamatan berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat dan stakeholder terkait. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif untuk mengetahui peran stakeholder yang terlibat, dan metode kuantitatif dengan mengkombinasikan model evaluasi context, input, process, product, dan metode importance performance analysis untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya kolaborasi antar perangkat daerah di lingkup Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur terkait dengan pengelolaan program kebijakan penggunaan excavator dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing perangkat daerah yang berbeda-beda. Secara umum program penggunaan excavator ini belum berjalan efektif sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research aims to examine the impact of Financial Performance on Firm Value by incorporating the Bankruptcy Index as a moderating variable. Data were obtained from the financial reports of eight companies in the pulp and paper sector through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, utilizing purposive sampling. The analysis employed SmartPLS 3 in a quantitative approach. The research findings indicate that Financial Performance has a positive and significant impact on Firm Value, whereas the Bankruptcy Index has a significant negative impact on Firm Value. The Bankruptcy Index, as a moderating variable, does not significantly weaken the influence of Financial Performance on Firm Value. This study contributes to the understanding of the relationship between Financial Performance, Firm Value, and the moderating role of the Bankruptcy Index in the pulp and paper industry. Practical implications support companies in designing more effective financial strategies. Research limitations include the sample size and a focus on a specific industry sector, highlighting the need for further research in diverse industrial contexts for a more comprehensive understanding. <![CDATA[Flying fish Cypselurus poecilopterus is a small pelagic fish resource that plays an important ecological and economic role. However, information regarding the structure of its stock in East Indonesian waters is still limited. This study aims to identify stock structure based on morphometric, meristic approaches, and associated with environmental factors. Fish samples were taken during one fishing season (June-September) in 2015 and 2021 in the waters of West Papua and East Seram where the Lydakker line passes, using the method of observation and purposive sampling, then the data were analyzed descriptively and t-test. The results of observations on 23 morphometric characters and 5 meristic features showed a significant difference, so it is estimated that flying fish stocks are composed of 2 sub-populations. Differences in morphometric and meristic parameters are affected by different environmental conditions in the two waters. This information is expected to be useful for the management and sustainable use of flying fish resources.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the company's goals is to increase profits. To increase profits can be done through increasing network relations (Networking). This community service is intended to provide insight into the importance of establishing networking so that business profits increase. Participants were given training and practice establishing relationships for 1 day. There were 20 MSME owners in Kampoeng Kajoetangan Malang who participated, then divided into 4 groups. Each group practices how to build relationships. From the training, the participants increased their knowledge and knew how to do or establish relationships. There are many ways to improve networking, namely attending training, attending exhibitions, social media, joining the community.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan meneliti apakah Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Profitabilitas sebagai variabel Intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019 – 2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan yang telah dipublikasi tahunan tahun 2019 - 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel dengan bantuan program Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh negatif terhadap Profitabilitas, Profitabilitas dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sedangkan Keputusan Pendanaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi antara Keputusan Pendanaan terhadap nilai Perusahaan namun Profitabilitas mampu memediasi antara Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and examine whether Financing Decisions and Dividend Policy have an effect on Firm Value mediated by Profitability. The population of this study was all food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 – 2022. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from financial reports that have been published annually from 2019 - 2021. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 17 companies. The data analysis technique used panel data regression with the help of Eviews 12. The result showed that Financing Decisions and Dividend Policy have a negative effect on Profitability. Profitability and Dividend Policy have a positive effect on Firm Value, while Financing Decision does not affect Firm Value. Profitability can’t mediate between Financing Decisions on Firm Value but Profitability can mediate between Dividend Policy on Firm Value.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai perusahaan yang diproyeksikan dengan ROA apakah CSR mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Kinerja Keuangan dan Nilai Perusahaan. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini berasal dari publikasi yang diterbitkan di Data Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019, dengan sampel adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi liner sederhana dan regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, tinggi rendahnya rasio laba bersih terhadap total aset berimplikasi pada tinggi rendahnya nilai perusahaan artinya tinggi rendahnya rasio laba bersih terhadap total aset berimplikasi terhadap tinggi rendahnya nilai perusahaan. Begitu pula CSR mampu memoderasi kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan, artinya pengungkapan CSR dapat memperkuat hubungan Kinerja Keuangan yang berimplikasi pada peningkatan nilai perusahaan.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang peluang pemodalan syariah. Perserta diberikan pemahaman dan praktik tentang peluang pemodalan syariah. Peserta terdiri dari 20 pemilik UMKM di Kampoeng Kajoetangan Malang. Dari pelatihan tersebut maka peserta meningkat pengetahuannya dan mengetahui tentang peluang pemodalan syariah, cara pengajuan pemodalan, resiko dan manfaat pemodalan syariah, sehingga usaha UMKM Kampoeng Kajoetangan Heritage menjadi maju melaui akses permodalan yang mudah dan terjangkau berbasis syariah.]]>
