Abstract

Kitchen ware made from aluminum and stainless - steel mostly produced by large corporations branded fraction by micro entrepreneurs. For microentrepreneurs faced many obstacles, among others, capital, market,supply chain of raw materials, human resources and labor. Inventory is one of the problems that continue to disrupt the production and marketing process. This is because the raw material supply chain does not guarantee the availability of raw materials needed. Solving problems of IBM partners mutually agreed , mainly to address thefundamental problem: how to manage the inventory of raw materials and how to manage finances micro-enterprises. Resolving the problem required dihadai various methods such as: is the method through application assistance for the implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and the method of Supply Chain Management (SCM), as well as training and mentoring management Cash Management and Accounting simple, and sharing the cost ofprocurement of production equipment in accordance the availability of funds. The end result of this activity is that the use of methods MRP and SCM method does not match the scale of the industry's only business partner households , adjustment method implementation is done by building long-term contracts with suppliers ofraw materials, raw material quality standards will be guaranteed by long-term contracts with supplier of raw materials, and there needs to be built from the Department of Trade and Industry District Jember.

Abstract

In the particular business activity of banking, marketing communications is crucial to retaining customers and attract new customers. Similarly, a customer relations activities in order to maintain customer loyalty occurs relationship between the company and customer on an ongoing basis. This research aims to determine the direct effect simultaneously and partially between the marketing communication and customer relation to the customer loyalty at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jember and to find out the most dominant exogenous variables in affecting to the endogenous variables. Subject of this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Jember. The analytical tool used in this research is the path analysis. The results of this research are exogenous variables which consists of marketing communications, customer relations, and customer response simultaneously influence on customer loyalty, but in partial customer relations does not have direct effect on customer loyalty, while variable marketing communications and customer response is partially affected on customer loyalty, meanwhile the customer response variable to be the most dominant variable in affecting customer loyalty.

Abstract

The key issue is KKN-PPM Increased self-financing and self empowerment communities. The purpose of this activity, are: 1. General purpose referring to guide implementation of the Higher Education KKN PPM Kemendikbud, while specific objectives include: a) Increase awareness and empathy of STIE Mandala students related to potency and community issues, b) Addressing the problems in rural communities targeted by the concept of "working with the community " . The establishment of the family empowerment through the forum and strengthening microfinance institutions; c) Develop a work plan to achieve the objectives of KKN-PPM d) Obtaining partners who can work together for the sustainability of KKN-PPM is the Department and related agencies; private or state-owned partners. Method: 1) Phase preparation and debriefing; observation area; 2) Implementation phase, and the identification of potential problems, needs analysis, arrange programs, Implementation of KKN-PPM location, monitoring and evaluation (internal and external), 3) Phase sustainability plan.Implementation of KKN-PPM of Mandala College is the core program (according to the theme of KKN-PPM) and supporting programs  that support the programs of Sumberejo Village . There are 12 LKMM Sumberejo Village, where 5 is ready to be cooperative.Social care by LKMM (prakoperasi) have a positive impact on the environment in hamlets annually provide social support through funding of net income, which can be used for social areas such as education, health, and environment.

Abstract

The existence of micro businesses plays an important role as a driver of the country's economy. including successfully contributing to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) for the district of Jember. At present in the 4.0 era, being promoted is a micro business in the JEKa community that collaborates with the Jember Cooperative Office and UMKM. Aim to the study are: To find out and test the effect of business consulting variables, results marketing facilities, job skills training, issuance of SKUs on the productivity of microbusinesses in the JEKA community in Jember district; To find out and test the effect of micro business productivity variables on the sustainability of performance in the JEKA community in Jember district; To find out and test the effect of business consulting variables, results marketing facilities, job skills training, issuance of SKUs on performance sustainability in the JEKA community in Jember district. Analysis method is Path analysis. The results of this study are Business consultation variables has a significant positive effect on productivity of microbusinesses in Jember Regency, except work skill training; micro business productivity has a significant positive effect on the sustainability of performance in the JEKa community in Jember district; the effect of micro business productivity variables on the sustainability of performance in the JEKa community in Jember district has a significant positive effect on productivity of microbusinesses in Jember Regency, except work skill training.Keywords: Business consultation, Productivity, sustainability of performance, JEKa community

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of Price, Ease, Information Quality, Safety and Confidence variables on Online buying decisions. Data collection method using purposive sampling, with 100 respondents. Data analysis method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with independent variables namely price, convenience, quality of information, security and trust. The dependent variable used is an online purchasing decision. This study uses quantitative data with primary data sources. Primary data in question, obtained from the object of research directly by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results showed that the price, convenience, quality of information, security and trust variables had a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously on the students of STIE Mandala Jember. The conclusion of this study was that price, ease, convenience, quality of information, security and trust influence online buying decisions.
