Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance. This study was conducted at Regional X Makassar Post Office. The number of samples in this study were 56 employees in the Regional X Makassar Post Office. Data analysis was performed with a simple linear regression analysis. It was regression equation that described and explained the effect of one independent variable on the dependent variable, where the relationship could be described as a straight line. The results of this study showed that there was a strong relationship between incentives and employee performance of 0.888.  The influence of the independent variable or incentive (X) on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y), it was indicated by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.789, which meant 78.9% of the influence of the independent variable or incentive on the independent variable or employee performance at Makassar Regional X Post Office, from the output results were at a good level.

Abstract

The mosque, which has often been used primarily as a place of worship, was also utilized as a gathering and consultation space in this research to discover new breakthroughs in launching a new agricultural processing business. In this study, the community around Masjid Al-Birr in Purwodadi Village, Donomulyo District, was trained to create cassava-based brownies and noodles. The aim of this training was to expand the community's thinking to generate new business ideas while providing innovation in cassava processing. The training took place from May to June 2023. As a result, the community showed enthusiasm and was capable of producing brownies and noodles using cassava as the main ingredient.

Abstract

KKM-DR is a compulsory course for every student in UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who already passed at least 100 credits. This year, a team of KKM-DR students choose Sidomulyo Village to be their destination village. They were asked to teach in TK Mawar Indah 01. The learning methods they used are learning by games and fairy tales. By using this method, students learn to use their motoric, learn about color, geometric shapes, counting, reading, and learn about nature.

Abstract

The degradation of students' knowledge in Islamic education is increasingly concerning, driven by the negative influence of internet exposure. This study develops an educational game, Harta Karun Pengetahuan, as an interactive gamified learning medium incorporating core Islamic content. The game applies adaptive difficulty adjustment using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method based on player performance. The success of the MOORA method in providing recommendations for players is shown by how players will be directed to the next maze according to the success of the previous game. The game was tested with 20 students (aged 18–21) with two approaches evaluation, the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Igroup Presence Questionnaire (IPQ), achieving an average SUS score of 84 (indicating high usability) and an overall IPQ score of 4.64 (indicating strong player immersion). Results showed that General Presence and Involvement had the highest average scores, indicating that players felt emotionally engaged and present in the virtual learning world. Although the Realism dimension was generally positive, it suggests room for improvement in visual and interactive fidelity. The findings demonstrate that integrating Islamic content into digital games can provide meaningful learning experiences and support students in achieving cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies in a contextual IRE setting.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) through Kebolingko activities in forming the spirit of a sciencepreneur in students of SD Negeri 3 Gandatapa. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used to explore the process of implementing the project that utilizes school land for growing vegetables of economic value. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively with triangulation techniques. The results of the study showed that the Kebolingko project succeeded in increasing active student participation, fostering an attitude of environmental concern, collaboration, creativity, and independence. In addition, students were able to apply science concepts contextually and develop science-based entrepreneurial skills. This project is in line with the objectives of P5 in forming the character of students who are faithful, independent, creative, and cooperative. The implications of the study emphasize the importance of developing contextual project-based learning to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students and prepare the younger generation to become innovative and environmentally conscious sciencepreneurs.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a crucial necessity in developing regional potential, particularly in strengthening image and competitiveness in the information technology era. Kampoeng Pintar Oase Tembok Gede, a thematic village in Surabaya, holds great potential in MSMEs, educational tourism, and environmental innovation. However, the lack of public knowledge and skills in utilizing digital tools poses a significant barrier to effective branding efforts. Through an outreach program titled “Effective Digital Branding Strategies”, the SDGs Community Service Team (KKN) Group 2 from UPN Veteran East Java aimed to educate local residents about the importance of building a digital identity via social media platforms. The service method involved problem identification through interviews and field observation, planning educational materials and strategies, conducting participatory sessions, and performing evaluation through feedback and group discussions. The results indicated a high level of enthusiasm and active involvement from participants, who gained new insights into the fundamentals of digital branding, implementation strategies, and basic promotional content creation. The program successfully increased community awareness of the role of digital media in promoting local potential. Future recommendations include continuous follow-up in the form of technical training, mentoring in content creation, and the establishment of a village digital community hub for sustained digital literacy and branding efforts.activities such as technical training and digital mentoring are recommended to help establish a self-sustaining digital community in the area.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, particularly in the field of computer vision, has made a significant contribution to medical image analysis. Skin disease in toddlers is a common health problem, especially in developing countries. Toddlers' skin is highly susceptible to various infections and dermatological conditions, ranging from bacterial and viral infections to allergies. Some skin diseases frequently found in toddlers include eczema, dermatitis, impetigo, and fungal infections. This study aims to develop a skin disease classification system in toddlers using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method that can be implemented in applications. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method and the U-Net architecture are used to identify skin diseases in toddlers, requiring a fast and accurate diagnosis, but limited medical personnel and examination time are challenges. A deep learning-based system is proposed to assist the automatic identification process. The research dataset consists of 100 toddler skin images obtained from Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital, covering various types of common skin diseases. The preprocessing process includes cropping, resizing to 128x128 pixels, normalization, and data augmentation to increase the diversity of the dataset. The CNN architecture is used in the feature extraction stage through convolution and pooling layers, while the U-Net is applied in the segmentation stage to separate the wound area from healthy skin with high precision through the encoder-decoder mechanism and skip connection. The model is trained using the Adam optimization algorithm with the Binary Cross-Entropy loss function and the accuracy evaluation metric and Mean Intersection over Union (IoU). The results show that the system is able to segment the wound area with 95.7% accuracy on the test data, and produces fast and efficient detection. The application of the CNN and U-Net methods in this study proves its effectiveness in supporting the medical diagnosis process, especially in cases of toddler skin diseases, as well as can be a reference in contributing to improving the quality of health services, especially in the diagnosis of skin diseases in toddlers and the development of computer vision-based decision support systems in the health sector.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor ekonomi, termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Meskipun memiliki potensi besar, banyak UMKM di wilayah pedesaan masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal literasi digital, keterampilan branding, dan akses ke pasar daring. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh tim Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Sebelas Maret di Desa Wonokromo, Kebumen, ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat digitalisasi UMKM melalui serangkaian kegiatan terstruktur. Program dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) observasi dan asesmen kebutuhan terhadap sembilan UMKM melalui kunjungan lapangan dan wawancara, (2) workshop yang diikuti 30 pelaku UMKM dengan menghadirkan dua praktisi industri sebagai narasumber, dan (3) pendampingan mandiri pada usaha Cidoi (Cilok Doa Ibu) sebagai proyek percontohan. Workshop mencakup materi pelabelan produk, packaging, branding, iklan, dan strategi pemasaran digital, sedangkan tahap pendampingan memberikan praktik langsung penggunaan vacuum sealer serta pembuatan akun marketplace di Shopee. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas desain produk, kemasan, serta kesiapan UMKM untuk masuk ke pasar digital. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan literasi digital UMKM pedesaan, tetapi juga mendorong inovasi dan mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The endless runner game is one of the most popular game genres, but selecting the optimal character for different map challenges poses a significant problem for players. In this context, this research was conducted to help select characters in the endless runner game using the PROMETHEE method. This selection is recommended based on the weight and difficulty of each map which varies, including the rice field map, road map and alley map. The implementation of calculating character recommendations uses the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) method with the highest score as the best ranking. Rank suitability can be determined by comparing the PROMETHEE method with the TOPSIS method on 15 characters alternatives with 6 criteria. As a result, the PROMETHEE method has significant value, but some still have the same best ranking as the TOPSIS method. Furthermore, usability testing was carried out on 57 respondents using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with an overall score from the evaluation of 78,8. The final score obtained based on the acceptance scale was included in the category suitable for use.

Abstract

Kulit merupakan salah satu bagian tubuh manusia yang berfungsi untuk mengatur suhu tubuh pada manusia, sekaligus untuk melindungi seluruh bagian yang ada dalam tubuh manusia. Banyak sekali faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi kesehatan kulit yang menimbulkan penyakit pada kulit. Dalam penelitian ini, metode Forward Chaining, Deep Transfer Learning dan Convulotional Neural Network digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit kulit pada manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi, dan menyintesis data ilmiah yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian melalui metode peninjauan literatur sistematis (SLR). SLR melibatkan proses pencarian sumber informasi, penilaian kualitas studi, dan analisis menyeluruh dari hasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi, serta data sekunder dari jurnal yang relevan. Metodologi penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Scholar dengan menggunakan istilah yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian. Jurnal-jurnal yang relevan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, dan jurnal-jurnal tersebut dievaluasi berdasarkan pertanyaan evaluasi yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.
