Abstract

This research aims to design a control system for a Peanut Grinder based on a 135 Watt AC Motor, intended to assist small and medium-sized food business entrepreneurs who utilize peanut ingredients. The purpose of this device is to enhance production efficiency in the preparation of peanut-based condiments, replacing the manual and time-consuming process with an automated system capable of sorting peanuts into fine and coarse textures as desired. By utilizing a 135 Watt AC Motor obtained from a washing machine as the main driving component, the design aims to reduce costs by reusing existing components. The control system will encompass mechanisms for grinding peanuts efficiently, ensuring user safety, and regulating motor speed and grinding duration. This research emphasizes environmental friendliness by repurposing unused components. Overall, the proposed Peanut Grinder aims to benefit UMKM entrepreneurs by streamlining production processes and enhancing productivity in the peanut-based condiment preparation.

Abstract

Electrical energy plays a much needed role in people's lives and economic development. Alternative energy potential, especially water energy, is a solution to utilize it as an energy source. Pico Hydro Power Plant is a tool or medium that uses water. At this time a hydro power generation system is being developed that produces electrical energy, one of which is using a pico hydro generator where the flow rate of water can be converted into electrical energy. In the water piping system at home it is used as a source of electricity, namely where the water reservoir as a reservoir for clean water with water conditions that are affected by the water flow rate can drive a pico-hydro generator turbine. In this research, the data collection process was obtained with a process of taking every 2 minutes for 40 minutes, it obtained an average water discharge of 8.75 L/s with a cross-sectional area of ​​0.0531, so the pico hydro generator can produce an average voltage of 8.88 Volts where the output results are step Up for battery charging and the average power is 10.60 watts on the battery using 3 loads and this research can be used for home lighting.

Abstract

Determining the early time prayer is very fundamental for Muslims as it directly relates to the legal requirements of prayer. Prayers are not performed whenever we want, but rather there is a determination of the beginning and end of the prayer time as a guideline for Muslims to carry it out. The Indonesia government sets standards for Muslims to perform the dawn prayer service, by precisely determining the degree of the emergence of the dawn of Sadiq by -200. This study aims to compare the determination of the government's dawn time using different sensors, specifically drone cameras as image sensors. Drones were chosen due to their several advantages. The data generated by the drone is in the form of photos, which are subsequently processed using digital image processing software, called image-J. The data obtained are in the form of mean and standard deviation. All data collected in 1 day is recorded using Excel to form a graph of data which is then carried out by a polynomial approach to find out the cutoff point as the beginning of the dawn of Sadiq which indicates the start of dawn. The method used in this research is using the 4th order polynomial approach and the Sarrus method and the data obtained is the mean value and standard deviation. The conclusions obtained in the image analysis research are that the government's dawn time is 15 minutes too fast, the standard obtained in this study is -14.98° and unlike 2D SQM data, 3D drone data results in more accurate data analysis.

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang terjadi di peternakan pancoran adalah pembibitan dan minim pemahaman tentang menggunakan alat penetas telur. Keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat apabila permasalahan dalam peternakan tersebut dapat diatasi. Peternakan pancoran sebelumnya hanya dapat menambah populasi ayam sekitar 10 ekor dari telur sebanyak 30 butir dalam 1 kali periode penetasan dengan presentase keberhasilan 33% , kini peternakan pancoran dapat menambah populasi sebanyak 46 ekor dari telur sebanyak 77 butir dengan presentase keberhasilan 59%. Dapat terlihat perbedaan dalam menambah populasi sebelum adanya pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dan setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat. Peternakan pancoran saat ini sudah dapat menggunakan alat penetas telur dengan pemahaman pada saat kegiatan penyuluhan. Abstract The problems that occur in Pancoran chiken farms are breeding and lack of understanding about using egg incubators. problems with livestock can be overcome by the success of the campus in carrying out PKM Program. Previously, Pancoran farms could only increase the chicken population by around 10 from 30 eggs in 1 hatching period with a success percentage of 33%, now Pancoran farms can increase the population by 46 eggs from 77 eggs with a success percentage of 59%. success rate can be seen the difference in increasing the population before the implementation of community service and after the implementation of community service. Pancoran farms are now able to use egg incubators with understanding during counseling activities.

Abstract

Mengkaji potensi Chatbot AI bertema tata surya sebagai alat pendidikan yang inovatif bagi guru dan siswa adalah bagian dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Chatbot ini menyediakan platform interaktif dan menarik untuk guru menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan bagi siswa untuk mengakses informasi serta mengajukan pertanyaan tentang tata surya. Kami membahas manfaat bagi para pendidik dan peserta didik, termasuk meningkatnya motivasi siswa, penyampaian pengetahuan yang lebih mudah, umpan balik yang dipersonalisasi, dan dukungan untuk belajar mandiri. Selain itu, artikel ini menyajikan contoh-contoh bagaimana chatbot dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam berbagai kegiatan di kelas, berfungsi sebagai pengayaan materi pembelajaran IPA dan Bahasa Inggris, alat belajar mandiri, latihan bagi siswa, dan media komunikasi. Pada akhirnya, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi Guru mengaplikasikan bagaimana Chatbot AI bertema tata surya dapat berkontribusi pada pengalaman belajar yang lebih efektif dan menarik bagi guru dan siswa. Abstract

Background: Pengetahuan generasi muda tentang moderasi beragama harus ditingkatkan untuk terpenuhinya syarat moderasi beragama yaitu memiliki pengetahuan yang luas dan mempunyai pemahaman keagamaan yang baik. Tujuan: Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan literasi bagi siswa siswi sekolah menengah/ kejuruan tentang moderasi beragama melalui elektronika, agar siswa memahami moderasi dalam beragama melalui ilmu Teknik elektro yang mereka pelajari. Metode: Pengabdian diadakan pada 30 siswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro di SMK Negeri Babelan Bekasi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengambilan data adalah dengan memberikan kuisioner sebelum dan sesudah materi disampaikan. Hasil: Hasil sebelum materi diberikan ada 90% siswa belum memahami apa itu moderasi dan 86.7% belum mengetahu keterkaitan moderasi beragama dengam ilmu teknik elektro. Setelah diberikan pemahaman hasil yang diperoleh 87 – 93% siswa jadi lebih memahmi tentang moderasi beragama dan keterkaitannya dengan ilmu teknik elektro.

Abstract

Pengembangan literasi digital dan kreativitas guru di era digital semakin diperlukan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakan (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar digital berkualitas melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan aplikasi book creator dan chatbot. Program ini berupaya mengatasi kendala teknis yang sering dihadapi melalui sinergi Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA dengan sejumlah sekolah mitra di wilayah Kota Tangerang khususnya di SDI Darul Mukminin. Kami mengembangkan model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis projek yang mengintegrasikan elemen gamifikasi dan kolaborasi. Model ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, mengembangkan karakter, serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan abad 21. Harapannya melalui program PkM ini, minimal 80% peserta termotivasi dan mampu menghasilkan buku ajar digital berkualitas dan menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari sehingga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. The development of literacy and creativity needs teachers and lecturers to continuously improved. There are technical obstacles, namely the ability of teachers is not yet optimal, especially in making digital learning media (e-books) with certain applications, including the book creator. The interest of teachers and lecturers in using digital teaching materials builds the students' character in the schools. This challenge relates to the training and help in writing digital textbooks for teachers and introducing chatbot to increase literacy and develop their creativity in enriching teaching materials. The synergy between educational institutions in various countries also needs to be continued, so mentoring for the development of literacy and creativity of teachers Classroom action research carried out as a follow-up to empowering students so that they can produce models of character development with media that can be applied in blended classes by teachers when teaching online while preparing their students to keep learning. The digital textbooks also equip an introduction to the skills of using Chatbot according to the multimodal e-books produced to increase students' enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is a system that can supervise, control and acquire data on a plant. This system uses a computer to display the status of sensors and actuators in a plant, display them in graphical form and store them in a database. Generally, this computer is connected to a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) controller through a certain communication protocol (serial communication). This Engineering Practice Report discusses the improvement of the Jakarta flood control monitoring system uses the SCADA system where currently the use of SCADA is only limited to the visual monitoring display of CCTV cameras with water level elevation notifications and risk level indicators arising from the data received. In the design of the SCADA system in pump houses or flood pump sub-polders in locations spread throughout DKI Jakarta that exist today, especially in the current projects implemented, namely JGC Marunda Sub Polder, Adyaksa Pump House and Tipala Pump House.
