Abstract

Research objectives: To determine the performance of the pharmaceutical installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Sragen based on a learning and growth perspective, which is viewed from job satisfaction, worker retention, work productivity and job training. Research Methods: This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 18 employees of the pharmacy installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Sragen according to the established criteria. Data analysis uses frequency distribution which is presented in tabular form. Research Results: Employee performance in terms of job satisfaction is included in the fairly satisfied category, meaning that employees are satisfied with income other than salary, promotions, co-workers, superiors to their work. Employee performance as seen from employee retention from 2017 to 2020 has the ability to keep employees from working in hospitals. Employee performance as seen from the training does not meet the training target, which is a minimum of two trainings per year. Approximately 61.11% or 11 employees who have attended training. Employee performance seen from productivity, the income earned by employees from 2017 to 2019 did not experience a significant change Abstrack: Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui kinerja instalasi farmasi RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sragen berdasarkan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, yang ditinjau dari kepuasan kerja, retensi pekerja, produktivitas kerja dan pelatihan kerja. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 18 orang karyawan instalasi farmasi RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sragen sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil Penelitian: Kinerja karyawan dilihat dari kepuasan kerjanya termasuk dalam kategori cukup puas, artinya karyawan merasa puas terhadap pendapatan selain gaji, promosi, rekan kerja, atasannya hingga pekerjaannya. Kinerja karyawan yang dilihat dari retensi pekerja sejak tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2020 memiliki kemampuan untuk menahan karyawannya agar tetap bekerja di rumah sakit. Kinerja karyawan yang dilihat dari pelatihan tidak memenuhi target pelatihan, yaitu minimum dua kali pelatihan setiap tahunnya. Sekitar 61,11% atau 11 orang karyawan yang sudah pernah mengikuti pelatihan. Kinerja karyawan yang dilihat dari produktivitasnya, pendapatan yang diperoleh karyawan dari tahun 2017 hingga 2019 tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan: Kinerja karyawan dalam prespektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan secara keseluruhan termasuk cukup baik.

Abstract

Academic integrity is a fundamental value that students must have. This value includes five aspects: honesty, trust, fairness, respect, and responsibility. The purpose of this research was to analyze the difference of academic integrity related to honesty and fairness in the students of Bachelor Midwife Profession and Magister Midwifery Program students at the University ' Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. This research implemented the descriptive-analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 311 people with samples of 311 people. Samples were taken with total sampling techniques. Data were then analyzed using Chi- Square data analysis. Analysis results showed the existence of significant differences in perception, opinion, behavior, commitment and sanctions of honesty and fairness in the Bachelor Midwife Profession and Magister Midwifery Program students at the University ' Aisyiyah Yogyakarta with a value p for the perception of honesty of 0.010 while the perception of justice is 0.000. The honesty opinion value is 0.001, while justice opinion is 0.002. Honesty behavior is 0.01, while the behavior of justice amounted to 0.03. Honesty commitment is 0.000, while the value of P for the commitment of justice is 0.000. Honesty sanctions value is 0.000 while justice sanctions valued as 0.000. Students are expected to implement integrity behavior since midwifery students do not only encounter with academic duties but also will become health professionals directly communicating with the patient.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a contributor to high mortality rates in women, with a mortality rate of 18% of women's deaths. Public awareness in recognizing and identifying cancer symptoms at an early stage is still low, making cancer in Indonesia more at an advanced stage. This community service activity aims to increase community knowledge and skills in preventing and detecting breast cancer early through counseling about breast cancer and breast self-examination (BSE). This partner is the activity of PKK cadres who contribute to the implementation of health education and health cadres in their area. Community service methods with breast cancer counseling and BSE training. In this activity, a clinical breast examination (SADANIS) was also carried out in the form of a breast ultrasound examination to detect any abnormalities in the breast by a Radiology specialist. The speaker delivered material on breast cancer prevention and participants were given a pocket book on breast cancer prevention. Prior to participating in the counseling, participants were tested for their knowledge of breast cancer prevention using a pretest. After getting the presentation of the material, a posttest was conducted. The results of the pre and post analysis showed an increase in participants' knowledge about breast cancer prevention. Community service with counseling, pocket books and health checks succeeded in increasing participants' knowledge about breast cancer prevention.Keywords: SADARI, SADANIS, breast cancer.

Abstract

The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia reached 305 / 100,000 live births; it is associated with a lower ANC visit. The promotion of health has a positive effect on increasing the ANC, which can be done with WhatsApp group (WAG). This study aimed on improving knowledge through health promotion with WhatsApp group at the health centres of Yogyakarta. This study was Quasi-experimental design using pre-test post-test non-equivalent control group design. Samples numbered 62; the sampling technique used consecutive sampling. The samples were divided into two groups namely intervention and control groups. The survey result showed that the highest frequency distribution was from the group that receivedon schedule health promotion as many as 17 (27,4) respondents, and those were not on schedule 15 (24,2%) of respondents. The interventionsgroup with 36.68 Mean Rank was higher than the control group 26.32. In addition, the Z-count value obtained by -2.365 and p-value of 0.018 meaning that the correlation was significant. In, conclusion, the group that received the intervention had higher rate of ante natal visit compared to the control group, and there is a significant difference between the visits in the intervention group and the control.
