Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance using the research object of CV Apta Solusindo in Sidoarjo. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study are employees of the expedition section of CV Apta Solusindo. While the sample in this study was 40 respondents in the CV Apta Solusindo expedition section in Sidoarjo. All tests using the SmartPLS Application show that all tests get values above the values that have been required for the test to be declared reliable. This study used quantitative research design, data analysis in the form of descriptive statistics and PLS analysis. The results showed that the workload was not able to drive the performance of CV employees. Apta Solusindo in Sidoarjo. Then the stimulus was able to encourage the performance of CV Apta Solusindo employees in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Behavioural aspects in making financial or investment decisions have been inspired by the increasing role of behaviour as determinants of buying and selling securities. This study aims to analyze the effect of loss aversion and mental accounting on investment decisions and the role of self-control as a moderating variable on the effect of loss aversion and mental accounting on investment decisions. The research sample was 137 Small and Medium Footwear Industries in Mojokerto City. The sampling technique was probability sampling. Thus, this research used simple random sampling. The respondents of this research were the owners or managers of Small and Medium Industries (SMIs). The primary data was obtained directly from respondents’ answers to questionnaire statements. The data analysis method was Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that: First, loss aversion and mental accounting have a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Second, self-control is not moderate the effect of loss aversion on investment decisions but moderates the effect of mental accounting on investment decisions. Psychomotor aspects of mental accounting from owners or managers of SMIs is realizing that the existing accounts receivable is the primary source of income for the business.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of compensation, work motivation and performance on outsourced security employees at PT. Millennia Ambassador Gym. This type of research is quantitative research using the Smart PLS software analysis tool. The population in this study was 70 employees and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample so it took the entire population. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation and distributing questionnaires. Data testing techniques include validity and reliability tests, R-Square and bootstrapping hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that compensation has an insignificant positive effect and motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of outsourcing security employees.PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kepemimpinandan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan industrilogistik. Dalam hal ini, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi dianggap pentingdalam meningkatkan kinerja dalam perusahaan. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yangdigunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 47 responden. Analisis datamenggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan mampu berkontribusi terhadap kinerjabegitupun pada kompensasi juga mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadapkinerja perusahaan tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya hubunganantara kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan kinerja.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan jasa berupa ujung tombak yang membuktikan kualitas layanan dan kebertemuanan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan yang optimal ditentukan oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya disiplin kerja dan keteramplan interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertarget untuk menelaah pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kesanggupan interpersonal kepada kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan tour dan outbound di Surabaya. Analisis data diadakan dengan mengaplikasikan metode Sturctural Equation Modeling dengan mengaplikasikan software SmartPLS 4.1. Penelitian ini diadakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei yang melibatkan 47 tour leader. Temuan penelitian menyiratkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan keterampilan interpersonal menyimpan dampak yang kuat dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja tour leader perusahaan XYZ di Surabaya.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi nasabah UMKM BTPN Syariah adalah rendahnya edukasi mengenai pengetahuan dan kemampuan berwirausaha. Maka BTPN Syariah berupaya untuk meningkatkan Tingkat kesejahteraan nasabahnya melalui program Sahabat Daya ini. Program Sahabat Daya merupakan program pendampingan kepada nasabah BTPN Syariah dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas skill bagi ibu-ibu prasejahtera produktif di bidang kewirausahaan. Program ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan kendala yang dialami oleh UMKM yaitu menemukan strategi inovasi kemasan dan logo produk untuk meningkatkan daya Tarik produk. Program Fasilitator Pendamping sendiri dilaksanakan dalam 4 sesi (4 bulan) dan masing-masing sesi akan dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan atau dalam artian seminggu 1 kali, dalam 1 sesi kegiatannya terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu survey usaha/perkenalan, pemberian materi, review materi, praktik, dan penutup. Dari kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa kendala yang ditemukan adalah kemasan produk masih menggunakan plastik polos dan belum mempunyai logo pada kemasannya. Kegiatan dalam pelatihan yaitu dengan memberikan materi dan praktik tentang pentingnya kemasan dan identitas usaha memiliki dampang positif dalam mengembangkan dan memasarkan produknya karena sudah mengetahui trik dan tips dari pemaparan materi. Nasabah selaku pemilik UMKM lebih memahami bagaimana cara mengaplikasikan kemasan yang higienis dan menarik.

Abstract

Using the CV research object, the purpose of this study is to elucidate how workload and work environment affect employee performance. Rejoso Tirto Agung Pasuruan A quantitative methodology is used in this study. Employees of CV made up the study's population. Rejoso Tirto Agung Pasuruan. Forty responders from CV's production division served as the study's sample in the meanwhile. Rejoso Tirto Agung Pasuruan. Using the SmartPLS program, all tests demonstrate that all tests receive scores higher than the required values, indicating that the test is deemed trustworthy. This study employs a quantitative research design, PLS analysis, and descriptive statistics for data analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the workload is unable to improve CV workers' performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees in the production division at PT. Magnesium Gosari International Gresik. In this study, the number of samples is 55 workers in the production division at PT. Magnesium Gosari International Gresik. This study retrieves data information using a method by distributing questionnaires to production division workers at PT. Magnesium Gosari International Gresik. The variables determined by the researchers include: the independent variable is the Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) and for the dependent variable is Performance (Y). This study uses an analytical model in the form of a Partial Least Square (PLS) model, which is a technique to construct a model that can be assumed when there are several factors. The results of this study indicate that a good work environment and high work discipline can encourage employee performance at PT. Magnesium Gosari International Gresik.

Abstract

Usia, jumlah tanggungan, dan masa kerja membuat klasifikasi fitur biografis, yang merupakan salah satu elemen yang mempengaruhi penilaian kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor biografis yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Seluruh Insan PT. Bagian produksi Candi Jaya Amerta menjadi populasi penelitian, dan sampel diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Sensus, yang mengambil sampel seluruh populasi, adalah nama lain untuk sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan peneliti adalah 46 personel bagian produksi. Analisis regresi linier berganda adalah metode kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, usia tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, jumlah tanggungan berpengaruh, dan masa kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap output karyawan PT. Candi Jaya Amerta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and workload on CV Samodera Shoe Factory’s employee job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods using Proportionate Random Sampling technique as many as 67 production employees. Data collection through questionnaires distributed to production employees. The variables used in this study are: independent variables, namely Compensation (X1), Workload (X2), and the dependent variable is Job Satisfaction (Y). The anaylitical tool used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) model to construct a model that can be assumed when there are several factors. The findings indicate that compensation contributes to job satisfaction, but not very strongly, while workload has a strong contribution to job satisfaction.
