Learning is a right for every individual. However, many people are still unable to pursue education to the fullest. The field of information technology is currently in high demand. Yet, many Indonesians cannot study this field due to various reasons, such as financial constraints and limited access. Recognizing this, Hacktiv8, in collaboration with the Semarang Android Developer Centre (SANDEC), has organized a free online workshop event for the community members who wish to learn about information technology but lack adequate resources. Through this program, workshop participants receive basic training in Android development, equipping them with relevant skills to compete in the digital era.

The increasing need for workers in the information technology industry isn't in line with the education gap in Indonesia. One thing that can be solved to overcome this is providing scholarships in the information technology industry to provide financial assistance to support the education being pursued. PT Hacktivate Teknologi Indonesia (Hacktiv8) as a training institution of information technology that transforms beginners into digital talents also plays a role in combating this educational gap by providing Fullstack Javascript and Fulltime Data Science scholarship programs at the Hacktiv8 Surabaya Campus. This research uses qualitative research methods and uses primary and secondary data. The scholarship program was awarded to 6 selected participants who passed the acceptance test selection from 215 applicants. Scholarships are awarded with a full or partial scholarship scheme. Bootcamp education will be run according to the chosen program to improve competencies and skills that support work readiness and global competence.

Using the CV research object, the purpose of this study is to elucidate how workload and work environment affect employee performance. Rejoso Tirto Agung Pasuruan A quantitative methodology is used in this study. Employees of CV made up the study's population. Rejoso Tirto Agung Pasuruan. Forty responders from CV's production division served as the study's sample in the meanwhile. Rejoso Tirto Agung Pasuruan. Using the SmartPLS program, all tests demonstrate that all tests receive scores higher than the required values, indicating that the test is deemed trustworthy. This study employs a quantitative research design, PLS analysis, and descriptive statistics for data analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the workload is unable to improve CV workers' performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di bagian produksi Harum Cake & Catering. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap divisi produksi Harum Cake & Catering yang meliputi kantor pusat (Sidoarjo) dan kantor cabang (Mojokerto & Jombang) sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Non Probability Sampling melalui sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh karyawan tetap di bagian produksi Harum Cake & Catering yang berjumlah 50 karyawan ditetapkan sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dengan skala ordinal melalui skala likert dari rentang skor 1 sampai 5. Kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, model struktural tes dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di divisi produksi Harum Cake & Catering. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di bagian produksi Harum Cake & Catering.

Kinerja adalah tingkat hasil kerja karyawan dalam mencapai persyaratan-persyaratan pekerjaan yang diberikan, dengan kata lain kinerja adalah hasil kerja karyawan baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas berdasarkan standar kerja yang telah ditentukan. Pentingnya kinerja perusahaan ialah sebagai salah satu faktor dalam kemajuan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan menjadi sangat penting dikarenakan penurunan kinerja baik individu maupun kelompok dalam suatu perusahaan dapat memberikan dampak yang berarti dalam suatu perusahaan, yaitu akan berdampak pada pencapain tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sarana Surya Sakti Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang kami gunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa variable Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sarana Surya Sakti Surabaya. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sarana Surya Sakti Surabaya.

In the current era of globalization, many significant changes have occurred in life in various sectors, especially in the industrialization sector. One of the main challenges in the industrialization sector is in the field of personnel, where the challenge is in terms of managing organizational resources effectively and eliminating ineffective practices, management is required to always develop new ways to attract and retain high-calibre employees and managers. the level required for an organization to be able to compete. This research aims to research and analyze the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT Multiarindo Surabaya. The sample in this study was 60 respondents using a saturated sample with Likert scale weighting. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results showed that Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Multiarindo Surabaya employees.

The development of globalization challenges has brought companies into a free era that is increasingly competitive in achieving goals through the utilization of human resources in labor productivity through employee job satisfaction. This research aims to research and analyze the influence of workload and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Orderplizz Indonesia Maju. The sample in this study was 37 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling method with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results showed that workload had a significant negative effect on acceptable job satisfaction and compensation had a significant positive effect on acceptable job satisfaction.

Turnover intention, or employees' intention to leave the company, is a serious challenge that affects organizational stability and incurs additional costs. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. XYZ, a microfinance institution in East Java that has experienced an increase in turnover rates over the past four years. The results of this study indicate that leadership and job satisfaction contribute to turnover intention. Based on these findings, leaders should be able to make clear decisions and implement a fair promotion system. These improvements are expected to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention in the future

This study is motivated by the increasing importance of work readiness among university graduates in facing global competition. Work readiness reflects the extent to which graduates can adapt and meet workplace demands. This research aims to examine the influence of MSIB internship experience and competence on the work readiness of Management students at UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. A quantitative approach was used in this study with a sample of 43 students from the 2021 cohort who had participated in the MSIB program. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through SmartPLS. The results showed that internship experience and competence contribute to students’ work readiness.

Human resources are an important resource in a company because human resources determine the success of an organization, both institutions, and companies. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to work-life balance and employee compensation properly so that employee job satisfaction in the company continues to increase. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and compensation on employee job satisfaction at the Women's Cooperative Setia Bhakti Wanita Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative method and data collection using a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population and samples used in this study were all permanent employees at the Setia Bhakti Wanita Surabaya Cooperative with a total of 40 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data while the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of research that has been done: 1). Work-Life Balance that can be managed properly can also have a good influence on employee job satisfaction at the Setia Bhakti Wanita Cooperative of Women Surabaya 2). Good compensation has a good influence on employee job satisfaction at the Setia Bhakti Wanita Surabaya Cooperative.
