Abstract

In the current era of globalization, many significant changes have occurred in life in various sectors, especially in the industrialization sector. One of the main challenges in the industrialization sector is in the field of personnel, where the challenge is in terms of managing organizational resources effectively and eliminating ineffective practices, management is required to always develop new ways to attract and retain high-calibre employees and managers. the level required for an organization to be able to compete. This research aims to research and analyze the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT Multiarindo Surabaya. The sample in this study was 60 respondents using a saturated sample with Likert scale weighting. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results showed that Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Multiarindo Surabaya employees.

Abstract

Kawin belum tercatat merupakan konsep baru dalam khasanah hukum administrasi kependudukan di Indonesia. Sebelumnya, hanya ada dua istilah yang dikenal, yaitu "kawin" dan "belum kawin". Setelah dilakukan penelitian yang komprehensif terhadap isu pernikahan di Indonesia, ditemukan bahwa ada dua klasifikasi pernikahan yang berbeda: pernikahan yang pasangannya telah memiliki buku nikah dan pernikahan yang pasangannya belum menikah. Beberapa kelompok berpendapat bahwa jika pasangan suami istri tidak memiliki buku nikah, maka pernikahan mereka tidak diakui oleh negara. Masalah ini membutuhkan penyelesaian yang tepat untuk memberikan perlindungan bagi istri dan anak-anak. Per 30 Juni 2021, Dukcapil Kemendagri mencatat lebih dari 66,2 juta pasangan menikah. Sebanyak 31,5 juta dari pasangan tersebut tercatat sebagai 'perkawinan yang dicatatkan' dan memiliki buku nikah. Sisanya, 34,6 juta pasangan menikah berstatus 'pernikahan tidak tercatat'. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa masih banyak pasangan suami istri yang belum tercatat. Dalam rangka mengimplementasikan kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam menangani pernikahan yang belum tercatat, Dispendukcapil Kota Surabaya turun langsung ke masyarakat melalui Kelurahan. Survei ini dilakukan oleh Kader Surabaya Hebat, mahasiswa magang MSIB, dengan dukungan pihak Kelurahan.

Abstract

Employer branding has a strategic role in building a positive image of a company, not only to attract the best talent, but also to increase employee job satisfaction. This article reviews the role of employer branding in the context of job satisfaction, through various human resource development programs that have been implemented by PT Victory International Futures. The article highlights that strong employer branding can increase a sense of belonging, strengthen loyalty, and create a more productive and collaborative work environment. Some of the factors in creating sustainable job satisfaction include career development programs and recognition of employee contributions. This dedication provides readers with insights to optimize employer branding strategies as part of efforts to improve employee well-being and organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini mengubah aktivitas manusia ke dunia digital, menjadikan strategi pemasaran yang efektif kunci bagi bisnis di pasar kompetitif. Perusahaan harus memahami pelanggan dan menciptakan nilai melalui pemasaran digital. Strategi seperti analisis pasar, segmentasi, penentuan target audiens, dan pengembangan proposisi nilai dapat menghemat biaya promosi. Teknologi digital dan data analitik membantu perusahaan beradaptasi dengan tren konsumen. Model AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) meningkatkan interaksi antara konsumen dan perusahaan. PT. Victory International Futures menerapkan pemasaran digital untuk memperbaiki citra di tengah persaingan. Karyawan yang responsif dan proaktif penting untuk membangun kepercayaan. Meskipun memiliki keunggulan dalam legalitas dan sumber daya manusia, perusahaan perlu memperbaiki pelatihan karyawan dan kerja sama tim. Pengembangan strategi baru sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi persaingan ketat di pasar pialang, agar perusahaan dapat meraih keberhasilan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna menguji pengaruhemployee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian service di PT Astra International Tbk Auto2000 Basuki Rachmat Surabaya, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Metode kuantitatif menggunakan pengumpulan data dari sumber primer melalui observasi, wawancara, juga penyebaran kuesioner kepada 56 responden yang merupakan karyawan bagian service, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, R-Square, dan bootstrapping untuk uji hipotesis.Studi menunjukkan hasil bahwa employee engagementmempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsungterhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, employee engagement juga mempunyai pengaruh kinerja karyawan secara tidak langsung melalui peran variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja pada karyawan bagian service di PT Astra International Tbk Auto2000 Basuki Rachmat Surabaya.

Abstract

At present, commodity futures trading is still not widely recognised by the public. Lack of trust from the public towards brokerage companies is one of the causes. Therefore, there is a need for innovation aimed at increasing public trust and awareness of brokerage companies. The way that can be done is to provide education about the commodity futures industry to the public as a means of strengthening company branding. With strong company branding, it can increase public trust and awareness of brokerage companies. The methods used in this community service are problem identification, implementation and assessment. The results of the community service carried out are the implementation of education to the community can increase the trust and enthusiasm of the community towards brokerage companies.

Abstract

Recruitment and selection are crucial processes in human resource management that play a vital role in ensuring the quality of the workforce recruited by a company. PT Victory International Futures, as a futures brokerage company, implements active and adaptive recruitment strategies through various digital media such as social media and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. According to Simamora (2006), effective recruitment aims to attract potential candidates who meet the organization’s needs. This is supported by Rivai (2015), who states that proper selection determines the long-term success of a company. This study uses observation and hands-on practice during the internship at PT Victory International Futures. The findings show that the recruitment and selection processes implemented by the company enhance candidate quality through direct approaches such as canvassing, digital promotion, and orientation training. Moreover, the use of technology in managing candidate data supports the efficiency of the selection process. These findings support Dessler's (2020) view that integrating technology into HR processes can accelerate recruitment and improve accuracy in employee selection. Thus, a structured recruitment and selection practice contributes to developing a competent workforce ready to compete in the futures trading industry.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk mengadopsi teknologi agar tetap kompetitif di tengah perubahan pasar. Salah satu teknologi yang memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung adaptasi ini adalah Artificial Intelligence (AI). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi AI dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada sektor UMKM digital melalui pendekatan literature review. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung efisiensi manajerial, percepatan proses rekrutmen, efektivitas pelatihan, serta personalisasi dalam pengembangan kompetensi SDM. Selain itu, penggunaan AI juga terbukti meningkatkan resiliensi bisnis dan adaptabilitas digital UMKM. Namun, tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan pelatihan, serta kesenjangan teknologi masih menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, akademisi, dan sektor swasta dalam membentuk ekosistem pengembangan SDM berbasis AI yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study is titled Analysis of Employability and Compensation for Grab Driver Performance in Surabaya and aims to analyze how these two variables affect performance. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of declining grab driver performance which is shown through the decrease in the number of downloads of the grab driver application and the existence of complaints from users about the service. The approach used was quantitative with respondents as many as 90 Grab drivers in Surabaya who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that both employability and compensation contribute to driver performance. These findings indicate that the higher the level of employability and compensation received, the better the performance of Grab drivers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity and job satisfaction on turnover intention among outsourced employees in the production division of a manufacturing company in Gresik. High turnover intention is a serious problem for companies because it can disrupt operational stability. By understanding the triggering factors, companies are expected to be able to take strategic steps to retain their employees. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data was collected from 80 respondents, who are outsourced production employees at the company, through a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) application. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity is the main factor driving employees to consider changing jobs. When employees feel a high level of uncertainty about the continuity of their jobs, they are more likely to seek employment opportunities elsewhere. Conversely, job satisfaction plays a crucial role in retaining employees. The higher the level of satisfaction employees feel toward their jobs, the stronger their commitment to remain with the company.
