Abstract

Website jikn.go.id merupakan sistem jaringan informasi dan sarana pelayanan informasi arsip dinamis dan statis secara nasional yang bisa diakses oleh siapa saja yang terhubung dengan internet. Namun selama website diakses terdapat masalah pada kualitas informasi kearsipan yang jarang diupdate karena kurangnya bahan dan data kearsipan. Oleh karena itu website jikn perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk perbaikan informasi yang disediakan oleh website tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kualitas website jikn di dinas kearsipan provinsi sumatera selatan menggunakan metode webqual 4.0. Webqual 4.0 merupakan metode untuk mengetahui kualitas website berdasarkan presepsi masyarakat atau pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin untuk menentukan sampel, terdapat sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil analisis dari pengujian menggunakan SPSS 26 menunjukkan bahwa variabel Usability Quality, Information Quality, dan Service Interaction Quality, webasite jikn berkualitas dan dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda uji korelasi, uji T dan uji F dengan hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa variabel Usability Quality, Information Quality, dan Service Interaction Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

This research measures the level of the Palembang City ATR/BPN E-Office website using the McCall method. The McCall method is one method that can be used to measure software quality. Based on the researcher's interview with one of the Palembang City Land Office staff who said that the website was still not up to date in conveying information and lacked responsiveness or speed in accessing the website so they had to wait a long time (less efficient) where no one had ever measured the quality of the website. In this research, the McCall method is used, where analyzing website quality is based on 5 factors in product operation, namely correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity and usability. The results of this research in the form of percentage results from the distribution of questionnaires from respondents were tested for validity and reliability values in order to obtain valid and reliable variables and indicators that were used as measuring tools in this research. The variables and indicators that are valid and reliable are then used to measure the quality value (Fa) of each variable. Measurement begins with the process of weighting variables and indicators through a questionnaire filled out by 3 experts at the Palembang City Land Office. Value weighting is carried out using a scale of 0.1 to 0.4 for each variable of truth, reliability, efficiency, integrity and use along with their respective indicators. The results of calculating the total quality level of the Palembang City ATR/BPN E-Office website show a percentage value of 68% which is in the range of 61-80%, which means it is in the Good category.

Abstract

Students in Bina Darma University's Information Systems class utilize a special website to research topics discussed in class, so that the quality of the site is relevant to their education. By using the webqual 4.0 method—focusing on usability, information quality, and service interaction quality—this research seeks to measure user (student) satisfaction. Partial acceptance of the hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 was achieved based on the t test results obtained with the values X1, This is shown by the t table test value of 1.995. Student satisfaction levels may be influenced by factors such as usability of the service, quality of information, and quality of user interaction with the service.

Abstract

Pemasaran penjualah suatu produk sangat berperan di dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Pemasaran produk di UMKM keripik pisang sejauh ini belum menggunakan digitalisasi atau pemasarannya masih belum online, sehingga diperlukan metode digital marketing untuk mendukung kenaikan proses penjualan. Metode ini yang menerapkan proses pemasaran tidak hanya melalui website tetapi juga bisa melalui media sosial. Pelatihan yang diterapkan kepada masyarakat Desa Pegayut Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir adalah dengan menggunakan beberapa media social, diantaranya Facebook, Instagram, dan Tik Tok. kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah mulai dari meninjau lokasi sampai dengan melakukan pelatihan. Indikator keberhasilan dalam kegiatan ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana peserta dapat memasarkan produknya melalui digital. Pelaksanaan ini dianggap sudah berhasil dilakukan dan dianggap telah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.

Abstract

This study discusses a web-based mail management information system using the Extreme Programming method at Korem 044/Gapo Palembang. The system development method used in this study is the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. There are four stages contained in the XP methodology, namely Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. Observations, interviews, and literature studies are the techniques used to collect data in this study. The system design tool used in this study is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Visual Studio Code and XAMPP are the main software for creating web programs. The testing method used in this research is the blackbox testing method. This research succeeded in producing a web-based mail management information system that was created using the Extreme Programming method for expensive use in the Infolahta Korem 044/Gapo Palembang.

Abstract

The benefits of evaluation are improving and achieving a goal and identifying problems with an information system by users. Many agencies use information systems as the backbone for disseminating information. This condition also occurs in the Muara Enim Regency Government, which uses the e-kinerja information system as a forum for distributing information on assessing the performance of State Civil Apparatus within the Muara Enim Regency Government. So the existence of an e-performance information system is very important because it concerns the performance of ASN itself. For this reason, this research will carry out an evaluation to find out or see the views of users regarding the form and appearance of the Muara Enim Regency e-performance information system. In carrying out this evaluation, the method used is the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The results of this research will be in the form of statistical data relating to users' views of the Muara Enim Regency e-performance information system.

Abstract

BPR Gerbang Serasan Kabupaten Muara Enim is a financial institution whose main activity is collecting funds from the community in the form of savings and deposits and channeling them back to the community in the form of credit. In granting credit, BPR must manage and analyze it as best as possible by paying attention to elements of credit worthiness. However, until now the credit granting process tends to be manual and takes quite a long time to produce supporting documents for the credit committee because it still uses simple methods, namely handwriting and data processing that relies on Microsoft Excel, so this is deemed necessary. lack. effective and efficient because it is prone to errors and data redundancy. Therefore, a responsive web-based application is needed to facilitate the entire credit granting process. The credit scoring model is used to assess potential debtors based on financial and non-financial information. In this research, the application of the credit scoring model in the form of a web application makes it possible to provide accurate credit decisions. In addition, developing a simple system using the waterfall method allows for departmentalization and control, thereby minimizing the possibility of errors. The results of this research are expected to provide a significant contribution to PT. BPR Gerbang Serasan Kabupaten Muara Enim in increasing the efficiency of the credit granting process which is useful in the form of reports and supporting documents for the credit committee.

Abstract

The management of internship and research activities in hospitals requires an efficient and structured system to monitor and document the registration process. In the context of RSUD Siti Fatimah Palembang, improving efficiency and accuracy in managing the registration of internship and research activities is essential to enhance services for internship participants. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a web-based internship and research data management application using the Laravel framework. The data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The system development method using the Laravel framework involves needs analysis, planning, system design, implementation, testing, management and maintenance, user training, and evaluation. These stages will form a structured system development framework tailored to user needs. The result of this research is a website application for managing internship and research data that provides features to support online registration for internships and research.

Abstract

Public services are one of the obligations that local governments must fulfill to meet the rights of their citizens. In its implementation, local governments leverage technological advancements to save costs and conserve resources, one of which is by creating an online Application for Development and Application Development Information System (SI-MOHONBANGET). This integrated national digital service can enhance the quality of government administrative services and public services that are more systematic, straightforward, and integrated. Currently, the development of information and communication technology in regional apparatus at the Communication and Information Office, particularly in the field of Applications and Informatics, is still conducted manually, requiring individuals to visit the office directly. This process is time-consuming and prone to errors, as well as data corruption, while also minimizing the occurrence of data redundancy. Therefore, it is essential to develop an application for regional apparatus to facilitate online applications for the construction and development of applications with substantial storage capacity, allowing for periodic data checks. The method used in this research is web engineering. The result of this study is the availability of an application that can be utilized to submit requests for the development and establishment of web-based applications within the Government of Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi merupakan darma yang dilakukan oleh pihak akademisi, salah satunya adalah pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sejauh ini di dalam menyampaikan pengaduan layanan IT masih dilakukan secara langsung dengan mendatangi Departemen IT. Kondisi ini membuat semua keluhan tidak terdata dengan baik. Maka dari itu, Dosen dan Mahasiwa Universitas Bina Darma membuat website sistem pengaduan layanan dan mengedukasi karyawan di dalam menggunakan website tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam tiga langkah yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi/diskusi dan evaluasi. Pengabdian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi karyawan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang dalam menggunakan website sistem pengaduan layanan di Departemen IT.
