<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja penyuluh pertanian, mengetahui kinerja penyuluh pertanian, dan mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu yang disesuaiakan dengan tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini sudah dilakukan pada tanggal 17 maret sampai dengan 18 april 2016. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu dengan mengambil semua responden berdasarkan kecamatan yang mempunyai produktivitas tertinggi. Kecamatan yang mempunyai produktivitas padi tertinggi yaitu Kecamatan Batang Asam dan Kecamatan Seyerang, sehingga total sampel sebanyak 12 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan pencatatan. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja penyuluh pertanian diukur dengan menggunakan Skala Likert, sedangkan kinerja penyuluh diukur dengan mengikuti ketetapan dari permentan (2013) dan untuk mengetahui derajat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja penyuluh pertanian digunakan uji korelasi Rank Sperman (rs). Hasil penelitian menunjukan Tingkat kepuasan kerja penyuluh di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan Tingkat kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sebagian besar berada pada tingkat cukup dan Hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja penyuluh.Kata kunci : Penyuluh, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian]]>

<![CDATA[Objectives of this study were (1) to determine the behavior of farmers in implementing soubean cuilvation in the districts Berbak(2) to determine the soybean productivity at the farm level in the districts Berbak (3) to determine the relationship between farmer behavior and productivity of soybean farming in the districts Berbak.This study using simple random sampling method and selection of research areas purposively. The sample consisted of 90 people farmers culivate soybean. Analysis of the behavior of farmers in inmplemening soybean cultivation, while the analysis of behavioral relationships with soybean productivity using chi square test with 2 x 2. Of the results showed that the behavior of farmers in implementing soybean cultivation is divided into 3 components : knowledge, attitudes, practices. The behavior of the three components that 63,33% positive farmers know how to soybean cultivation, and the positive attiude of farmers towards soybean cultivation way that three 61,11% as well as farmers who practice how positively soybean 65,55%. Of the three components is known that the behavior of farmers in rural districts Berbak behavior of farmers is 67,77% behave positively in the cultivation of soybeans. Farmers in rural districts Rantau Makmur Berbak average-average soybean farm productivity 14,2 kw/ha. By chi square, there is a real connection between the behavior of farmer with soybean farm productivity in rural districts Berbak.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to: (1) Study PUAP program implementation by farmers in the Eastern District of Muara Sabak and (2) Analyzing socio-economic factors that influence the success of the PUAP program in East Muara Sabak. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews directly to related parties as well as questionnaires. PUAP Program implementation is presented descriptively quantitatively using statistical analysis techniques paired samples t test (paired sample t-test). Meanwhile, to analyze the socio-economic factors that influence the success of PUAP used multiple linear regression models. The results showed as much as 97.18% of farmers use PUAP funds for the purchase of fertilizers and pesticides in production activities. The remaining 2.8% of the funds used by farmers for consumption activities. Testing changes in farm incomes before and after the show PUAP t value of 8,574 with a significant level of 0.000. This shows there is a real and significant differences in farm income before and after the PUAP. While the test results PUAP factors that influence the success shows that a variable number of dependents, land and farming experience positive and significant impact on the success of PUAP. While the variables of age and education did not significantly influence the success of PUAP.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to know: (1) The use of production factors at Orange Siam farm in Bunga Tanjung Village, Betara SubDistrict, Tanjung Jabung Barat District. (2) what factors influencing orange Siam production in Bunga Tanjung Village, Betara District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District. Sampling is done with Proportional Area Random Sampling Method. Analysis of the effect used is multiple linear regression with Ftest, Ttest, R2, and classical assumption test. the results of the analysis obtained value of R2 of 0.935, which means 93.5% change in the production variables orange Siam in Desa Bunga Tanjung can be explained by all independent variables used in the model. In t-test of variable of land area (X1) capital (X2), labor (X3) and farmer age (X4) have significant and significant effect to the production of Siam orange but the variable of labor (X3) is not significant. The classical assumption test states the distribution of normal data and does not occur multicolonierity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kumpeh dengan tujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui Perilaku Petani Penangkaran Benih Padi Sawah, 2) Mengetahui Produktivitas usahatani Penangkar Benih Padi Sawah dan 3) Mengetahui hubungan Perilaku Petani dengan Produktivitas usahatani Penangkar Benih Padi sawah. . Upaya peningkatan produksi padi membutuhkan input yang berkualitas, salah satu input yang sangat menentukan peningkatan produksi padi adalah benih bermutu. Permintaan benih padi sawah bermutu semakin meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan luas lahan sawah dan intensitas kegiatan budidaya usahatani padi sawah. Peningkatan permintaan benih bermutu ini diupayakan melalui pembinaan beberapa kelompok tani sebagai penangkar benih, dalam aspek perilaku petani dan aspek pendukung pada kegiatan budidaya penangkaran benih, seperti sertifikasi dan penyediaan benih Induk oleh pihak terkait. . Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku petai berada pada Kategori Tinggi (81 persen) dan Produktivitas berada pada Kategori Tinggi (79 persen). Analisis Uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif anrata perilaku petani dengan produktivitas usahatani penangkar benih padi sawah. Nilai ðŒ2 hitung = 3,45 > ðŒ2 tabel ( α =10% db = 1) = 2,706 maka diputuskan terima H1 artinya hubungan antara perilaku petani dengan Produktivitas usahatani penangkar benih padi sawah signifikan. Melalui Uji Kontengensi diperoleh nilai C =0,25dan Cmaks = 0,707, dikategorikan sebagai hubungan yang kuat. Sementara dari uji keeratan hubungan diketahui nilai r = 0,35 dan uji t menunjukkan keeratan hubungan antara perilaku petani dengan produktivitas usahatani penangkar benih padi sawah significant. <![CDATA[This study aims to know: (1) knowing the behavior of farmers in the cultivation of Siamese in Bukit Kerman District Kerinci Regency. (2) knowing the productivity of Siamese farming in Bukit Kerman District Kerinci Regency. (3) find out the relationship between the behavior of farmers and the productivity of siam orange farming in Bukit Kerman District Kerinci Regency. Sampling is done by saturated sampling method. The results of the analysis obtained the value of X2 hit > X2 tab which means that there is a relationship between behavior and productivity of Siamese oranges in Bukit Kerman District Kerinci Regency, with a degree of 0.412 which means that the relationship between behavior and productivity is relatively strong because the value lies between 0.354 - 0.707. Obtained a correlation degree of 0.582, which means the closeness of the relationship between behavior and productivity of Siamese in Bukit Kerman Subdistrict, Kerinci Regency is classified as moderate. Furthermore, the thit> ttab value means that there is a significant relationship between behavior and productivity of Siamese in the Bukit Kerman Subdistrict of Kerinci District in real terms. <![CDATA[Farmers in Batang Asam Subdistrict have two choices, namely to join the Government's Revitalization program by converting their productive age oil palm plantations into paddy fields or exchanging land with other farmers or selling their land and then buying land in different places. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decision of farmers to convert their oil palm plantation land into paddy fields. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Primary data is collected through observation, interviews, and special discussions with selected speakers. The sampling method in this study was done by Simple Random Sampling Technique. The analysis tool used is the Godnes Of Fit Test with the same expected frequency. The results of this study indicate that the decision of farmers to convert their oil palm plantation land into lowland rice fields is influenced by psychological factors, the price factor of paddy fields, and the factor of two branches of farming.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to measure the farmer attitude on using stimulant on the rubber plant at Rimbo Bujang district, Tebo Regency and also to find the relationship between their attitude and the result that they got. The research started from early Marc to April 2018. Things that observed here consist of cognitive, affective, and conative. Harry King said that to calculat various sample fro 5 to 15 % so we have to use Slovin method and the resercher stated that the 15% of false from 533 so there was only 76 respondents. The data analysis used in this research are descriptive and cuantitative method by chi-square statistict on 2x2 contigency tabel with 5% bias. The result of data analysis showed that the farmer attitude on using stimulat for their rubber plants has proven positively and there's also have significant relationship between the using stimulant and their attitude by result thit = 8,06 > ttab = 1,66571 so reject H0 receive by H1. It means that there's a significant relationship between farmer's attitude on using stimulant on the rubber plants in Rimbo Bujang district Tebo Regency in real.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was carried out in Baru Village, Pangkalan Jambu District Merangin Regency with the aim of 1) Finding out the productivity of rice farming on reused land used by PETI, 2) Knowing farmers' satisfaction with rice farming on used PETI lowland and 3) Analyzing the relationship between productivity and farmer satisfaction. The activity of utilizing former PETI land by farmers in Baru Village, Pangkalan Jambu District is a breakthrough that must receive serious attention from all parties who feel they have an interest and concern for this effort to provide rice production as the main consumption material for the population. The total population in this study was 58 farmers, and all populations were used as samples. The research results show that the productivity of lowland rice farming on former PETI rice fields is 6.4 tons/ha, farmers are satisfied with lowland rice farming on former PETI fields. Chi Square Test analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between farmer satisfaction and the productivity of lowland rice farming on former PETI land. The calculated value of ðŒ2 = 6.71 > ðŒ2 table ( α =5 % db = 1) = 3.84 then it was decided to accept H1, meaning that the relationship between farmer satisfaction and the productivity of lowland rice farming on former PETI land is significant.
