Abstract

Produksi pupuk lengkap seperti NPK, merupakan komoditi yang sangat penting bagi penduduk negara agraris seperti Indonesia. Pupuk NPK yang telah diperkaya dengan mineral Mg dan K dapat diproduksi dengan menggabungkan teknologi Bokashi limbah kotoran ayam dan kristalisasi limbah garam. Melalui teknologi Bokashi (EM-4) kotoran ternak ayam diperoleh pupuk organik dengan komposisi hara N:P:K berturut-turut sebanyak 1,2:1,65:0,5% dalam waktu dua minggu. Perbandingan campuran EM-4, tetes tebu, dan air pada proses produksi adalah 1:10:50 (b/b). Mineral yang potensial untuk ditambahkan pada pupuk organik diperoleh dari kristalisasi limbah garam (bittern) dengan basa Ca(OH)2 dan memperoleh komposisi campuran mineral Na:Mg:K:Ca sebanyak 0,56:1,24:29,36:53,84%. Formulasi pupuk organik (NPK) dengan mineral K dan Mg dari bittern dilakukan dengan rasio 10:1(b/b). The complete fertilizer production, such as NPK, is a very important commodity for the inhabitants of an agrarian country like Indonesia. NPK fertilizer which has been enriched with Mg and K minerals can be produced by combining the Bokashi technology (EM-4) of chicken manure and the salt waste (bittern) crystallization. Through Bokashi technology of chicken manure obtained organic fertilizer with it’s composition of NPK such as 1,2:1,65:0,5% within two weeks. The mixing ratio of EM-4, molasses, and water in the production process is 1:10:50 (w/w). The macro mineral, Mg and K can obtained from salt waste crystallization with a base Ca(OH)2 and the composition of mineral mixture of Na, Mg, K and Ca as much as 0,56:1,24:29,36:53,84%. The formulation of organic fertilizer (NPK) with mineral K and Mg from bittern performed with 10:1(w/w) ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an ethnoscience study of conductivity material and to determine student responses to media. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the ADDIE development model. The research location is in one of the salt ponds in Bangkalan Regency and SMP Negeri 2 Kamal. The sampling method was a simple random sampling of as many as 10 students of class VII. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The percentage of student responses on the display aspect is 97.33% and the material aspect is 94.25% which is included in the very positive criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of student cognitive learning after the application of Scramble learning model. The method used is the pre-experimental type of quantitiative method with the One Group Preterest-Posttest Design design. The sample in this study ware students class VII A MTS Raudlatul Ulum Klampis amounted to 19 students of the third semester of 2021/2022. Data-up technique through cognitive learning outcomes test. The average value of the preterest value is 48.42, while the average value of the posttest value is 84.11. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the pretest and posttest 0,000 equal or less than 0,05. Then the avarage N-gain valuenof cognitive learning is 0,73 with high criteria.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce e-magazine and determine the feasibility, student response, and student readability of e-magazine based on flipbook maker ethnoscience theme of coconut shell charcoal. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE development model. The population in this study were all seventh grade students of SMP Islam Baiturrahmah Sumenep with a sample of class VII-B. sampling using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a validation sheet for teaching material experts, material experts, science teachers, student readability questionnaires and student responses. The results showed that the teaching material e-magazine based on flip book maker ethnoscience theme coconut shell charcoal developed was included in the criteria worthy of use, seen from the results of teaching material expert validation of 0.98%, material validation of 0.8%, student readability questionnaire of 83.8%, and student response of 84.7%. These results show that the use of e-magazine based on flip book maker on the theme of ethnoscience of coconut shell charcoal is suitable for use in learning by junior high school students in grade VII

Abstract

This aims of  this research to know the effect of the STEAM approach POE learning model on students critical thinking skills. The material used in this research is the excreting system in humans. This research is a type of quantitative research using experimental methods. The POE learning model consist of 3 stages, namely predicting, observing and explaning. The approach taken in the learning uses STEAM which includes knowledge, technology, methods, art, and mathematics. The research population is class VIII MTs Al Karimi 1 Gresik for the academic year 2021/2022. The research population sample was class VIII A as the axperimental class and VIII B as the control class. The research instrument that was validated got a value of more than 0.75 with a very valid category. Student responses to the POE learning model with the STEAM approach obtained an average percentage of 91.84% which was categorized as very good. The result ahowed that the pre test score was 61.63 in the experimental class and 61.67 in the control class. Meanwhile, at the post test the experimental class scored 86.58 and the control class 7633. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using the STEAM approach to the POE learning model on student’s critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of argumentation skills of the students of SMPN 24 Gresik in Dungus Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency on environmental material. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all students for the 2021/2022 academic year. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The research sample used was 32 students. Data was collected using a 10-point essay test, in which each number contained three assessment indicators, namely, evidence and scientific reasons. The results of the research are: 1) The argumentation ability of students on environmental material in class VII is overall good with an average percentage of 81.2%. 2) Identification of the ability to argue students in each aspect of the indicator can be seen that the ability of students to claim is quite good, namely with a value of 89%, in the aspect of the ability to give good answers, namely with a percentage of 78%, while in the aspect of the ability to make scientific reasons it is classified as good with a value percentage 76%

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi sains siswa pada materi pencemaran lingkungan di SMPN 1 Arosbaya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental desain bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling bentuk Purposive Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A SMPN 1 Arosbaya semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) hasil signifikansi uji t sampel berpasangan diperoleh 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Problem Based Learning dengan pendekatan kontekstual pada materi pencemaran lingkungan, 2) Kemampuan literasi sains siswa sesudah pembelajaran lebih tinggi dari pada sebelum pembelajaran dibuktikan dengan persentase rata-rata literasi sains siswa secara keseluruhan pada posttest sebesar 82% dengan kategori baik dan pretest sebesar 45% dengan kategori sangat rendah, 3) Keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan pendekatan kontekstual memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 96,90% dengan kategori sangat baik, 4) Respon siswa setelah penerapan Problem Based Learning dengan pendekatan kontekstual pada materi pencemaran lingkungan memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 91% dengan kategori sangat baik.Kata Kunci: Literasi sains siswa, pencemaran lingkungan, pendekatan kontekstual, dan problem based learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan argumentasi siswa SMP AL-Baisuny Kokop pada meteri tata surya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan 28 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan sebanyak 5 soal essal yang meliputi indikator klaim, data, dan pembenaran. Hasil penelitian keterampilan argumentasi di SMP AL-Baisuny Kokop dengan rata-rata 64,44 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas VII sudah cukup dalam memberikan argumentasi terhadap permasalahan. Hasil indikator yang diperoleh dengan klaim 80,71 yang tergolong pada kualifikasi baik, Hal ini menunjukkan siswa sudah baik dalam memberikan klaim. data dengan rata-rata 69,28 tergolong pada kualifikasi cukup, hal ini menunjukkan siswa mampu memberikan data pendukung terhadap klaim yang diberikan, dan pembenaran dengan rata-rata 43,33 yang tergolong pada kualifikasi kurang, hal ini menunjukkan siswa kurang mampu dalam memberikan alasan terhadap klaim dan data yang diberikan.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an ethnoscience study of the salt pond production process in Ragung Sampang Village as a support for Science subject learning material. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was carried out in Ragung Sampang Village using purposive sampling technique, which involves selecting informants, in this case, the salt farmers. Research instruments include interviews, observation sheets, and questionnaires. Data collection techniques encompass observation, interviews, documentation, and validation sheets. The findings are as follows: 1) There is a congruence between the ethnoscience study results of the salt production process and scientific principles. 2) The relationship between the results of the ethnoscience study of the salt production process and the scientific concepts found indicates alignment or correspondence with the Science learning concepts. During this study, a teaching module was produced as an outcome. The average validation scores from experts are as follows: Expert validation of content: 81%, Interview guide validation: 42%, Observation instrument validation: 60% and Media expert validation: 84%.
