Abstract

Until now, the problem of theft of motorbikes and livestock in North Sumatra is still quite high.  Locations for motorbike theft can occur in many places such as schools, homes, parking lots, offices and so on, while for livestock it can occur on pastures and in pens during the day or night and the perpetrators are men. To make this theft a success, various modes are used in varying human positions, from sitting, squatting to standing. To help overcome this, several object detection methods have been developed such as Background Subtraction, Template Matching, Histogram Oriented Gradient (HOG), Deformable Part-based Model (DPM) and Viola Jones (VJ).   Of the many methods that have been used, there are still shortcomings, namely in terms of time, accuracy and various human positions.  For this reason, research was carried out with the aim of improving the time and level of accuracy in detecting human objects using the YOLO method. The research stages carried out in this research include literature study, collecting data, determining training and test data, creating programs, training, and testing. From the trials carried out, it is known that YOLO can detect humans in various positions with a mAP value of 0.99 and an average detection time of 810.01 ms.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyelidikan dan pemahaman menyeluruh mengenai tantangan dan prospek yang terkait dengan Prompt Engineering pada kecerdasan buatan (AI).. Penelitian ini dibuat Berdasarkan kajian mendalam dan luas terhadap tinjauan literatur review dan para ahli mengenai subjek ini, yang mempertimbangkan sumber berita terpercaya dari situs internet. Artikel ini menekankan konsep bagaimana dalam memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan yang efektif. Kami menyediakan teknik promting yang spesifik. Prompt engineering AI telah memainkan peran yang semakin penting dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk bisnis, seni, ilmu pengetahuan, dan kesehatan, berkat kemampuannya untuk menghasilkan interaksi yang terarah dan bermakna dengan Large Language Models (LLMs). Meskipun begitu ada tantangan yang perlu diatasi, termasuk masalah kecenderungan LLMs untuk meniru dan mereproduksi teks yang sudah ada tanpa pemahaman mendalam terhadap kontennya yang dapat mengakibatkan output informasi yang salah atau menyesatkan. Diperlihatkan juga bagaimana Prompt (perintah) yang efektif dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja large language models (LLMs), memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat dan relevan dengan konteks. Temuan kami memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi kecerdasan buatan, peneliti, pendidik, dan organisasi yang mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan ke dalam operasional mereka. Selain itu, kami memberikan pedoman yang jelas dan dapat diimplementasikan untuk "teknik promting" di ChatGPT. Nilai dari studi ini juga terletak pada eksplorasi dan penjelasan menyeluruh terhadap prompt engineering pada kecerdasan buatan sebagai kompetensi digital (Digital Competence).Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Buatan, ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap PDB, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan pemerataan ekonomi. Namun, sektor ini masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan, khususnya dalam aspek hukum bisnis. Regulasi yang kompleks, rendahnya literasi hukum, lemahnya perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual, serta keterbatasan akses perizinan dan pembiayaan membuat UMKM rentan terhadap praktik bisnis yang merugikan. Penelitian ini mengkaji keterkaitan hukum bisnis dengan keberlangsungan UMKM melalui pendekatan normatif dan studi literatur, dengan menelaah peraturan perundang-undangan seperti UU No. 20 Tahun 2008 tentang UMKM, UU Cipta Kerja, UU ITE, serta regulasi perlindungan konsumen dan kekayaan intelektual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif (normative juridical research). Pendekatan ini dipilih karena fokus penelitian adalah menelaah norma, asas, dan peraturan hukum yang berlaku terkait dengan pengembangan dan perlindungan hukum terhadap Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-analitis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama UMKM mencakup dominasi perjanjian lisan tanpa kontrak tertulis, ketidakpatuhan pada regulasi ketenagakerjaan, sengketa merek dagang, serta kerentanan terhadap pinjaman online ilegal. Studi kasus menegaskan bahwa kelemahan dalam aspek hukum dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bahkan mengancam kelangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan literasi hukum, penyederhanaan perizinan berbasis digital, penguatan perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual, dorongan penggunaan kontrak tertulis, serta optimalisasi akses pembiayaan legal. Penyelesaian sengketa non-litigasi melalui mediasi atau arbitrase juga perlu diperkuat. Dengan sinergi antara pemerintah, akademisi, lembaga keuangan, dan pelaku usaha, hukum bisnis dapat berfungsi bukan sebagai beban, melainkan instrumen strategis untuk memperkuat daya saing UMKM di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi

Abstract

This study aims to develop a swimming learning model through the introduction of water activities in elementary schools. The learning model is in accordance with the psychomotor characteristics of students and helps students in learning the introduction of water activities. The method used in this research is the method of development. The subjects in this study were 56 students of grade II SD Banding Agung. This development research uses the ADDIE development model consisting of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Data collection techniques in this study include validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests of basic water activity abilities. Expert testing is carried out by material experts and psychomotor experts. The results of the validation of the resulting learning model meet the validation requirements according to the student's psychomotor stages and learning objectives. The one to one test stage obtained the results of the questionnaire all the sample students agreed that mode. In the small group test, the average gainscore result was 0.75 and was included in the high category and the results of the student motivation questionnaire were 92.5%. At the implementation stage of the learning model, the learning results obtained from a gainscore of 0.78 are in the high category and 82.975% agree that the model used is fun and provides motivation to dare to play in the water. The implication of this research is that the development of a swimming learning model through the introduction of water activities is valid, effective and practical and can be used by physical education teachers in elementary schools. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran renang melalui materi pengenalan aktivitas air di sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran tersebut sesuai dengan karakteristik psikomotorik siswa serta membantu siswa dalam pembelajaran pengenalan aktivitas air. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD banding Agung sebanyak  56 orang siswa. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan  ADDIE terdiri atas tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu meliputi lembar validasi, angket, dan tes kemampuan dasar aktivitas air. Uji ahli dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli psikomotorik. Hasil validasi model pembelajaran yang dihasilkan memenuhi syarat validasi sesuai dengan tahapan psikomotorik siswa dan tujuan pembelajaran. Tahap uji one to one didapatkan hasil angket semua siswa sample setuju bahwa mode. Pada tes small group didapatkan rata-rata hasil gainscore 0,75 dan masuk dalam kategori tinggi dan hasil angket motivasi siswa didapatkan 92,5%. Pada tahap implementasi model pembelajaran didapatkan hasil gainscore 0,78 termasuk kategori tinggi dan 82,975% setuju kalau model yang digunakan menyenangkan dan memberikan motivasi untuk berani bermain di air. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran renang melalui materi pengenalan aktivitas air ini valid, efektif dan praktis serta dapat digunakan bagi guru penjas di sekolah dasar .

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a learning strategy based on critical literacy as an effort to enhance students' reflective thinking skills at SMA Negeri 1 Junjung Sirih. The main issue addressed is the low ability of students to perform reflection, analysis, and understanding of learning material. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the critical literacy strategy is applied in the learning process and to assess its effects on the development of students' reflective thinking abilities. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects include teachers who implement the critical literacy strategy and students. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews. The data analysis was conducted qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that a literacy-based learning strategy is effective in increasing student engagement, encouraging deeper information analysis, and stimulating their ability to reflect, express opinions, and evaluate ideas. Although there are some obstacles, such as differences in students' initial literacy skills and limited learning time, overall this strategy has a significant positive impact on strengthening reflective thinking capacity among students.

Abstract

Modern educational systemsoften prioritizecognitiveoutcomesat the expense of moral and spiritual development, resulting in graduates who may be academicallyproficientyet ethically or spiritually unfulfilled. This study aims to reconstruct a holistic educational paradigm inspired by the pedagogical philosophies of three Islamic intellectuals—Al-Ghazali, Ibn QayyimAl-Jawziyyah,and Az-Zarnuji—by examining their conceptualizations of purposive learning, moral cultivation, and the role of the educator.Employinga qualitative literaturereview,the research analyzes primary classical texts and compares their holistic framework with Western holistic educational traditions such as Waldorf and the Humboldtian model. The findings reveal a tripartite pedagogical structure: spiritual purification (tazkiyat al-nafs), ethical integrity as a safeguard against intellectual hubris, and etiquette-infused teacher–student dynamics.Whensynthesized with Western models thatemphasizecreativity, individuality, and interdisciplinarygrowth, these elementsoffer a robust paradigm for integrated human development. Ultimately, this framework proposes an education reoriented toward cognitive, ethical, and spiritualwholeness.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the agricultural products that has a fairly high value, making it one of the export commodities. Ironically, however, the amount of exports from 2021 to 2024 has continued to decline, partly due to monkey infestations. Efforts to prevent monkey attacks have been made by designing monkey detection based on PIR-HC-SR04 sensors, ultrasonic sensors, and combined with a microcontroller as a controller, but the results have not been able to distinguish between monkeys, cows, and humans passing through the plantation area. For this reason, the use of cameras will be tried as a means of sensing the plantation area and replacing the use of old sensors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to optimize the detection of monkey pests based on digital images. To achieve this research objective, the convolution neural network (CNN) method is used. In order to obtain maximum results, the CNN will be trained beforehand so that it can correctly distinguish between monkeys, cows, humans, and so on. The results obtained are not yet optimal due to the occurrence of monkey pest attacks.
