Abstract

Indonesia is experiencing an economic revival marked by rising consumption of goods and services, particularly in the food industry sector, which reached 1,542,410 units (48.3%), highlighting its crucial role in the national economy. However, Micro and Small Industries (IMK) still face challenges such as limited capital, resources, and suboptimal digital marketing strategies. This study aims to determine the most effective digital marketing strategy priorities to enhance IMK competitiveness. Data were obtained from BPS (2021) and interviews with business actors in Palembang, using the K-Means clustering method for innovation segmentation and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for strategy selection. The results show that Java Island achieved the highest innovation score (11,692), dominated by marketing and distribution (6,265) and product innovation (4,440). The KBLI 10–22 sector excelled with a score of 6,336, while ANOVA testing (Sig. = 0.000) indicated significant differences between clusters, with marketing emerging as the dominant factor (F = 116.544). The descriptive application criterion (0.413) and social media platform (0.7) were identified as the most effective strategies. This study concludes that digital innovation and interactive descriptive content play key roles in improving IMK marketing performance and contribute to strengthening regional innovation literature and technology-based digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The immune system is an important factor in human health. High immunity will prevent attacks from various diseases. However, with various activities, poor eating patterns, unhealthy lifestyles, and the environment, the immune system in humans will decrease. This motivates researchers in the field of health and humanity to produce immunomodulators. In this community service activity, immunomodulators are produced by utilizing bovine colostrum to produce Socio Imun immunomodulator drinks. For 1 production using 1 kg of cow colostrum and other additives, 100 bottles of 250 ml of immunomodulator will be produced. From the results of this activity, people can consume immunomodulators as an immune booster. By increasing the body's immune system, the risk of disease symptoms in the community can be reduced.

Abstract

Limbah rumah tangga meliputi limbah sayur, limbah buah, limbah plastik bekas makanan minuman, limbah sisa ranting kayu, yang seringkali dibuang dan tidak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu mengedukasi masyarakat untuk mengetahui cara mengelolah sampah plastik menjadi produk conblock yang ada di desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Air Kumbang, Mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan conblock dalam mengurangi sampah yang tersebar di desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Air Kumbang,serta meningkatkan keterampilan kreativitas sekaligus jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat di desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Air Kumbang. Akumulasi sampah yang berada di daerah Desa Sidomulyo merupakan sampah yang sebagian besar berasal dari daerah perkotaan dekat desa tersebut. Hal ini mengakibatkan tumpukan sampah akan mensubsitusi lahan produktif di daerah tersebut. Belum adanya upaya sistem pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga terutama sampah plastik di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Banyuasin, banyaknya volume sampah yang masuk hingga mencapai 2,5 Ton/hari. Pembuatan conblock dari plastik merupakan salah satu alternatif pemanfaatan limbah plastik dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan conblock ini melibatkan masyarakat Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Air Kumbang Kabupaten Banyuasin, khususnya para pemuda karang taruna. Dari bahan baku 1 Kg plastik, dapat dihasilkan 1 buah conblock dengan ukuran dimensi 20 cm x 10 cm x 6 cm dan berat kurang lebih 500 gr.

Abstract

Sebagian besar masyarakat memanfaatkan waktu luangnya untuk berinvenstasi dalam industri makanan. Namun, hanya sebagian kecil orang yang tahu cara meningkatkan nilai ekonomi produk dan membuatnya berkualitas tinggi dan sesuai standar. Untuk mendapatkan legalitas hukum untuk jenis usahanya, masyarakat yang akan memulai bisnis harus mempertimbangkan perizinan usaha. Selain itu, desain produk, kemasan, standar, dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Kemasan makanan yang baik meningkatkan kualitas dan estetika makanan. Seperti yang diketahui, bisnis saat ini lebih suka menggunakan pemasaran online daripada toko fisik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi, sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Sako tentang cara mengembangkan UMKM dengan lebih baik dan berbasis teknologi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini direncanakan selama kurang lebih 6 bulan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diatas, pemerintah Kecamatan Sako dan masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan untuk mensinergikan aktivitas dalam program pemerintah daerah. Masyarakat dapat menggunakan teknologi dengan benar, dan solusi dapat ditemukan dengan mudah. Pengetahuan masyarakat bertambah dengan pelaksanaan program ini. Dari desain logo yang sebelumnya sederhana, namun dapat diperbaharui dengan lebih menarik dengan gambar dan tulisan yang sangat informatif. Menggabungkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan mata kuliah Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang ditempuh pada semester 7 Program Studi Teknik Industri, kegiatan ini merekognisi satuan kredit mahasiswa.

Abstract

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is one of the tools to enhance the effectiveness of the utilization rate of machinery and equipment in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). TPM is a principle of management to improve productivity and efficiency of the production company to use the machine effectively. This study measures the value of OEE on gas turbine engine Centaur 50 C3344 which held on operation and maintenance section in PT Perta Samtan Gas Kilang Ekstraksi NGL Prabumulih in the period, followed by analyzing the value of using Pareto analysis of the results obtained by the root causes of the OEE. The conclusion that the value of the analysis results obtained on average exceeded the standard value of OEE 85.63% from 85%, even though in one period the value of OEE less than standard (22.63%). Factors that may experience rapid drop predicted loss is breakdown losses 382 hours (46.53%) and idling minor stoppages 373 hours (45.43), reduce speed 48 hours or 5.85%, rework losses 13 hours or 1.58%, and set up and adjustment losses 5 hours or 0.61%. As a result of which may not have an impact in a short time, but will immediately attack the machine if there is no treatment of maintenance as continuously and directly.

Abstract

This research was conducted to control inventory at PT.XYZ, which is a company engaged in ready-mixed concrete industry. The company has only used conventional methods in procuring raw materials. Based on the data observed over the past year, the company has incurred cost wastage on raw materials due to excessive ordering. The method used in this study is the economic order quantity (EOQ) and period order quantity (POQ) to determine the optimal ordering size and period by minimizing the total inventory costs that include ordering and holding costs. The study was conducted by collecting ordering and inventory data over the past year and analyzing the data using EOQ and POQ methods. The results showed that by applying the EOQ method, the company spent a total of Rp. 219.870.807 for all raw materials, while with the POQ method, the company spent a total of Rp. 373.361.217 for all raw materials. This indicates that the EOQ method produces lower total costs compared to the POQ method.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the flow of material movement to produce the layout of the signpost production facility at PT. Sarana Lalu Lintas, to reduce the distance of movement and material handling cost (OMH). The problem faced in the initial layout was the process flow in the production of signs that were not well arranged. The distance between spaces is far apart. Due to the distance between spaces, this has resulted in considerable material handling costs. The Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) are carried out based on the degree of proximity between facilities and then a proposed layout is made. A redesign of the layout of the laboratory facilities was carried out to lower the distance of movement and the cost of handling materials. The results of the study using ARC and ARD obtained a decrease in the distance of movement to 1,350 meters and material handling costs (OMH) of Rp2,199,717. Efficiency produced in the proposed layout was 37.16%.

Abstract

PT. Adi Reka Mandiri (ARM) is one of the Local Electronic ManufacturingServices that produces finished goods such as STB (Set Top Boxes), NetworkRouters and Smartphones. One of the products is Smartphone products, there arestill many defective products that are not in accordance with company standards.The percentage of smartphone product defects in the period January 2022 - June2022 reached 0.57%, exceeding the tolerance for product defects in the company,which was 0.1%. The types of smartphone product defects include LCD Crack, LCDBlack Spot, Speaker No Sound, Battery Leaking, Camera Fail, and FingerprintFail. This study aims to analyze the causes of defects and provide recommendationsfor improvements to improve quality. The method used is SPC (StatisticalProcessing Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). The stages inthe research began with collecting data, analyzing data with SPC, determining RPNvalues using FMEA, and recommending improvements. The results of the researchshow that the most dominant product defects are LCD Black Spot (47%), LCDCrack (22%), and Camera Fail (15%), the three defects account for 84%. The causeof disability is caused by human, material, and machine factors. The highest RPNvalue is 432 on a cracked LCD due to a lack of machine settings. The improvementrecommendation is to perform each configuration before assembling a new type.
