Abstract

This study aims to examine the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the implementation of Biology learning in integrating 21st century skills at the Muhammadiyah High School Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta. This research is a qualitative research, with a case study research design. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses an interactive model analysis technique from Miles Huberman. The results of the study show that: a. Biology learning planning in integrating 21st century skills in SMA Muhammadiyah Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta begins with the creation of learning tools, namely: annual programs, semester programs, learning outcomes and learning objectives, as well as teaching modules; b. The organization of Biology learning in integrating 21st century skills at the Muhammadiyah High School Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta is contained in the teaching module; c. The implementation of Biology learning in integrating 21st century skills at the Muhammadiyah High School Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta consists of initial/preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities; and D. Evaluation of the implementation of Biology learning in integrating 21st century skills at the Muhammadiyah High School Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta includes initial assessment, process, and summative or final assessment assessments. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe the Super-micro People's Business Credit (KUR) program in educating people to become entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Klunggean village, Sragen regency,  Centra Java, Indonesia. The research used a qualitative method. The research subjects amounted to six people. The data validity technique used source triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the KUR Super microprogram consisted of 5 stages, namely socialization, registration, survey, disbursement of funds, and coaching. In the socialization stage, BRI officers informed the programs and requirements of the KUR Super microprogram to sub-districts and markets, visited the people, and used social media. They could register at the BRI unit office, contact bank officers, or access the website at https://pinjaman.bri.co.id. The survey was conducted when the registrant has completed the initial stage. The bank officers confirmed business information and customers’ plans and proposed various businesses that could be carried out during the pandemic, so that the business feasibility, capital requirements, and payback period could be seen. After feasible business and capital requirements have been calculated and have obtained the Unit Chief’ approval, the process of disbursing funds could be carried out by asking the customers to sign a letter of agreement and they received business capital in the form of savings. In the last stage, they have taken training (coaching) for at least the first 3 months facilitated by BRI officers to determine business progress.Keywords: super micro people business credits, entrepreneurship, Covid-19

Abstract

Currently, the development of the Indonesian fashion world, especially in Yogyakarta, is growing rapidly, even though during the Covid-19 pandemic, online-based businesses actually grew rapidly. One of the e-commerce businesses involved is Bougainvilea. With an online sales concept, Bougainvilea provides a wide variety of the best products for the latest Muslim fashion. With the strength of its customers, this study aims to highlight the problem of how customer satisfaction and trust affect customer loyalty in e-commerce in Bougainvilea companies. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire to 195 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative method using SmartPLS software. The results of the study identified that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer trust

Abstract

The most important thing in marketing activities is the purchasing decision, after consumers consider many factors and the final decision is to make a purchase. Some factors that can influence purchasing decisions on fashion products are fashion trends, influencer marketing, brand image and online customer reviews. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of fashion trends, influencer marketing, brand image and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for fashion products on e-commerce shopee. The number of samples in this study was 136 respondents, some of all e-commerce users in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling uses non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. Data analysis uses SEM-PLS 4.0. The results of this study showed that fashion trends have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This study is expected to be able to increase knowledge for companies in implementing marketing strategies.

Abstract

The impact of global warming has made people aware of the importance of environmental preservation. Therefore, it is necessary to implement green product behavior in university environments. However, there is a need for more awareness among students about the use of green products. This research seeks to fill this research gap by developing appropriate green marketing strategies that help implement environmentally friendly behavior in students. This study aimed to determine the mediating role of green products on the influence of environmental knowledge and attitude on the green behavior of students. The sample consisted of 30 respondents, selected using a non-probability sampling technique. The collected data were subsequently processed using Smart PLS. The results show a mediating role of green products on the influence of environmental knowledge and attitude on student green behavior.

Abstract

In recent years, the spread of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has caused a decline in marketing. Especially in the service sector. An appropriate marketing strategy is needed to be able to overcome this situation. This study aims to describe marketing strategies and the obstacles faced in implementing marketing strategies during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study research design. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that (1) the product strategy is carried out by innovating to create new services or diversification product, namely, virtual events, and digital printing services in the non-event sector. Pricing using the cost plus method, provide special prices for clients with large-scale events. Promotion is done door to door and utilizes social media platforms and outdoor advertisements. More strategic offices and warehouses make it easier for clients to reach. The skill, knowledge, and welfare of employees are prioritized for work professionalism. In providing the service process, it refers to SOPs, fast and creative, as well as providing free consulting services for the pre-event process, physical evidence owned, namely buildings and supporting goods. (2) the obstacles faced by Jinawi Indonesia in implementing marketing strategies during the pandemic are capital constraints and the ineffectiveness of online promotion through social media platforms. implications for event organizer companies can innovate new services under pandemic conditions, namely virtual event services and non-event services.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) SKS planning and compatibility with the Independent Learning Curriculum; (2) the implementation of the SKS program in the Independent Learning Curriculum in improving the quality of student output; (3) SKS program evaluation; (4) constraints and solutions for implementing SKS in the Independent Learning Curriculum. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study design. Observation data collection techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The object of this study is credits on the independent learning curriculum to improve student quality. The research subjects were the Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum, SKS management teachers and students. The data validation technique uses source and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman analysis model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show (1) the SKS planning carries out various preparations and other supports, as well as the compatibility between the independent curriculum and the SKS; (2) the implementation of the credits in the Independent Curriculum to improve the quality of the output is proven by students who undergo the credits study program being accepted at PTN or PTS; (3) the evaluation of the credit program looks at the achievement of the credit program in serving students; (4) the obstacle in implementing the SKS program lies in the lack of understanding of students, parents, and teacher commitment. The solution is to hold discussions and evaluate things that need to be addressed in the future.

Abstract

Becoming an entrepreneur among students is indeed important, because by deciding to become an entrepreneur students will also reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia after completing their studies. Entrepreneurs in Indonesia are still at 3.47% and that is still quite low compared to entrepreneurs from other countries. The purpose of this study is to find out how much students have an entrepreneurial spirit and increase their creativity in the millennial era. This study uses qualitative research with informants who are still actively studying at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and have an online shop entrepreneur. The results of this study, students choose to do online entrepreneurship because they want to create their own jobs that are not bound by companies, and can increase their creativity through online shop entrepreneurship. Starting an entrepreneur must also have strong intentions and determination because if they stop in the middle of the road, they will think again and remember the goals to be achieved. To increase their creativity, students can do this by thinking of new interesting ideas, broadening their horizons, and creating attractive promotional strategies. In this millennial era, technology has also become increasingly sophisticated, making it easier for students to take advantage of technology in online entrepreneurship. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of micro teaching on the interest in becoming a teacher, (2) the effect of the introduction of the school field II (PLP II) on the interest in becoming a teacher, (3) the effect of micro teaching and the introduction of the school field II (PLP II) ) on the interest in becoming a teacher for Accounting Education students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta which is located at Jl. A. Yani Tromol Post 1, Pabelan, Kartasura, Surakarta. This research method uses quantitative methods with a survey design. The population in this study were all 148 students of the Accounting Education Study Program class of 2019 Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The sample is 108 students with simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with the help of Google from. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination, effective contribution (SE) and relative contribution (SR). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Micro teaching has a positive and significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher. This can be seen from the calculation results which show that 2.343 > 1.659 and a significance value < 0.05, namely 0.008; 2) The introduction of schooling field II (PLP II) has a positive and significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher. This can be seen from the calculation results which show that 2.594 > 1.659 and a significance value < 0.05, namely 0.001; 3) Micro teaching and introduction to the field of schooling II (PLP II) simultaneously influence the interest in becoming a teacher. This can be seen from the calculation results which show that 10.473 > 3.08 and a significance value < 0.05, which is 0.000.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the contribution of learning management and communication on student learning outcomes in contextual accounting learning. This is a correlational quantitative research. The research subjects were teachers and students of Senior High School of Surakarta, Central Java. The data were collected through observation, interview and questionnaires. The data analysis technique was multiple regression analysis. The research result showed that learning management and communication collectively made contribution to students learning outcomes of 48%. Meanwhile, partially learning management and communication made significant contribution to students learning outcomes of 39.7% and 28.8% respectively. This shows that learning outcomes are influenced by learning management and also effective teacher communication. The achievement of student learning outcomes depends on the teaching and learning process. Educators are not enough just to distribute various information about accounting to students, but students need to be equipped with the application of accounting materials through their experiences.
