Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of trust, convenience and quality of information on shopee consumers' online purchasing decisions. This study uses four variables, namely trust, convenience, quality of information and purchasing decisions. The research sample is students in Yogyakarta who are consumers of the shopee online buying and selling site. The data analysis tool uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) Trust, convenience and quality of information simultaneously have a significant effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Shopee Online Buying Site. (2) Partially trust has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on Shopee Online Buying Sites (3) Partially convenience has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on Shopee Online Buying Sites and (3) Partially the quality of information has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Shopee Online Buying Site.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of the Super Micro People's Business Credit (KUR) program during the covid-19 pandemic in BRI Unit Made, Sragen. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The research subjects were 20 people, consisting of customers, BRI managers, BRI unit heads, and BRI officers. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documents. The data validity technique used is source and technique triangulation. The results of this study reveal that in the planning stage of the Super Micro KUR program, it aims to help accelerate economic recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing soft loans for entrepreneurship community capital. The strategy used is through massive socialization both online and offline. At the organizing stage in the form of division of tasks in accordance with their respective job descriptions and ensuring officers carry out their main duties and functions. The implementation phase begins with intensive socialization and marketing so that the public knows the benefits of this program. The supervision phase is carried out through daily monitoring by the unit head and BRI micro marketing manager so that credit distribution can be maximized and on target.

Abstract

Teaching factory is the application of learning in schools based on real activities in the industry so that there is a link and match between schools and the industrial world. This service activity aims to provide increased knowledge so as to increase readiness in teaching factory governance and its implementation in learning, especially in learning Accounting. This activity was carried out with a workshop model which took place at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara followed by mentoring for 3 months. The participants of the activity were the principal, vice principal, head of the Accounting program, and 50 accounting teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara. The activity was carried out in two stages, namely the material explanation stage and the implementation assistance stage. The results of the workshop in the material explanation stage were that 84% of participants understood very well and 14% of participants understood enough and 2% did not understand, while the results of the mentoring stage showed that 70% of participants were ready and 14% were quite ready to carry out teaching factory activities with good governance. The hope of this next training is that schools and teachers can become teaching factory implementers that support the creation of qualified and work-ready SMK graduates. Teaching factory adalah penerapan pembelajaran di sekolah berdasarkan pada kegiatan-kegiatan nyata yang ada di industri sehingga terjadi link dan match antara sekolahan dan dunia industri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan sehingga meningkatkan kesiapan dalam tata kelola teaching factory serta implementasinya dalam pembelajaran khususnya pada pembelajaran Akuntansi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan model workshop yang bertempat di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan selama 3 bulan. Peserta kegiatan adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, ketua program Akuntansi, dan guru Akuntansi di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara yang berjumlah 50 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan dua tahap yaitu tahap penjelasan materi dan tahapan pendampingan pelaksanaan. Hasil workshop tahap penjelasan materi adalah 84% peserta sangat memahami dan 14% peserta cukup memhami dan 2% kurang memahami, sedangkan hasil tahap pendampingan didapatkan bahwa 70% peserta siap dan 14% cukup siap dalam melaksanakan kegiatan teaching factory dengan tata kelola yang baik. Harapan dari pelatihan ini berikutnya adalah sekolah dan guru dapat menjadi pelaksana teaching factory yang mendukung terciptanya lulusan SMK yang bermutu dan siap kerja.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi (PT) merupakan faktor penentu yang signifikan dalam menghasilkan lulusan berkualitas tinggi. Dengan ini, Kemendikbud merumuskan program percepatan pada perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yakni kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program MBKM dalam meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa, kendala implementasi MBKM dalam meningkatkan soft skill, dan Upaya dalam mengatasi kendala. Pnelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam peneilitian adalah 2 Dosen dan 8 Mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan program MBKM di Prodi Pendidikan Akuntansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program MBKM sebagai peningkatan soft skill pada mahasiswa secara langsung dapat mengembangkan soft skill mahasiswa. Dari lingkungan inilah soft skill berkembang seperti halnya potensi public speaking, problem solving, kepemimpinan dan kerjasama team. Kendala yang ditemui seperti; (1) Terbatasnya sistem konversi nilai mata kuliah, (2) Terbatasnya proses pembelajaran di kampus, (3) jaringan internet, dan (4) Kurang kondusif. Upaya dalam mengatasai kendala diantranya; (1) Kebijakan Prosedur Operasional Baru (POB) di My MBKM, (2) Pembelajaran secara hybried learning, (3) Mahasiswa secara mandiri membeli kartu provider, dan (4) Mahasiswa secara mandiri harus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam hal kreatifitas dan inovasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris dari kecerdasan spiritual, kecerdasan intelektual dan kecedasan emosional terhadap pemahaman akuntansi perbankan yang ditujukan pada mahasiswa dijurusan Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan desain penelitian survei yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan sebuah fakta atau data, maka digunakan kuesioner atau angket sebagai data non-tes. Populasi yaitu mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2019 berjumlah 148 mahasiswa dan sampel 88 mhasiswa. Kecerdasan intelektual, spiritual dan emosional secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman akuntansi perbankan, dengan hasil sebesar 63,6%. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh unsur lain, maka diperlukan tambahan variabel yang berpengaruh dengan pemahaman akuntansi perbankan. Maka dinyatakan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa tentang akuntansi perbankan meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya tiga kecerdasan tersebut.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe the Super-micro People's Business Credit (KUR) program in educating people to become entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Klunggean village, Sragen regency,  Centra Java, Indonesia. The research used a qualitative method. The research subjects amounted to six people. The data validity technique used source triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the KUR Super microprogram consisted of 5 stages, namely socialization, registration, survey, disbursement of funds, and coaching. In the socialization stage, BRI officers informed the programs and requirements of the KUR Super microprogram to sub-districts and markets, visited the people, and used social media. They could register at the BRI unit office, contact bank officers, or access the website at https://pinjaman.bri.co.id. The survey was conducted when the registrant has completed the initial stage. The bank officers confirmed business information and customers’ plans and proposed various businesses that could be carried out during the pandemic, so that the business feasibility, capital requirements, and payback period could be seen. After feasible business and capital requirements have been calculated and have obtained the Unit Chief’ approval, the process of disbursing funds could be carried out by asking the customers to sign a letter of agreement and they received business capital in the form of savings. In the last stage, they have taken training (coaching) for at least the first 3 months facilitated by BRI officers to determine business progress.Keywords: super micro people business credits, entrepreneurship, Covid-19

Abstract

The current era of development demands continuous improvement in the knowledge and skills of human resources. The effective management of teacher development in the field of education requires well-structured approaches. This study aims to describe and explain human resource development management in the context of 21st-century education at Qur'an Platinum Kindergarten, covering the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. A qualitative research method was employed, using a descriptive case study approach. Data collection techniques involved observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis utilized technical and source triangulation. The findings indicate that human resource development management in the 21st-century education era begins with planning, employing techniques such as SWOT analysis and open discussions. The implementation phase utilizes the off-the-job training method model. Training and development activities incorporate various models, including lecture-based instruction, student-centered approaches, project-based learning, collaborative learning, simulation learning, discovery learning, and flipped classroom strategies. The evaluation of outcomes takes place every month without conducting tests. We perform technical assessments at the end of the school year, while follow-up actions are carried out through normal processes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi efektivitas metode pembelajaran blended learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan metakognitif dan hasil belajar siswa dalam Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) melalui pendekatan quasi-eksperimental. Sebanyak 120 siswa SMA diambil sebagai sampel penelitian, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: eksperimen yang menerapkan blended learning dan kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur kemampuan metakognitif dan hasil belajar IPA, dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan metakognitif dan hasil belajar siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan blended learning dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan metakognitif siswa dengan menyediakan lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan adaptif. Studi ini memberikan bukti empiris terhadap potensi blended learning sebagai strategi efektif dalam peningkatan proses dan kualitas pembelajaran IPA di tingkat sekolah menengah.

Abstract

The government has appointed BRI to distribute KUR (People’s Business Credit) to expand access to financing for MSMEs. This initiative supports people-based economic empowerment programs. Consequently, the government must also assist MSMEs through its policies to enhance the welfare of small entrepreneurs. This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach, utilizing three primary methods: interviews, observation, and documentation. The interview method involves face-to-face meetings between the researcher and selected informants. The data analysis employs the interactive model from Miles and Huberman, involving interactive and continuous activities until data saturation is achieved. The findings of this research indicate that the effectiveness and impact of the KUR program at the Jatipurno unit of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) on MSME development in Jeporo are as follows: The KUR program has successfully increased access to capital for those in need, effectively boosting production capacity, expanding markets, and increasing income in Jeporo. Support from the local government and training provided by BRI have also contributed to the program's success. Despite challenges such as a lack of understanding of financial management and complicated bureaucracy, the KUR program at the BRI Jatipurno unit has significantly impacted the growth and development of MSMEs in Jeporo.

Abstract

Instructional leadership plays a vital role in the success of the tahfidz flagship program at SMPIT TQ Ulil Albab Karanganyar. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in achieving the tahfidz program's goals and identify the challenges and solutions faced. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of the principal, teachers, students, and parents. The results show that effective leadership can create a clear vision, support teachers in professional development, and ensure parental involvement. A well-structured tahfidz program enhances students' religious competence and the school's competitiveness. Challenges such as differences in students' initial abilities and consistency among tahfidz teachers can be addressed through initial assessment, personalized approaches, and management support.
