Abstract

Menghafal Al-Qur'an adalah usaha untuk membiasakan seorang mukmin dengan kitab sucinya. Menumbuhkan minat anak untuk menghafal Al Qur’an memang tidak semudah yang dibayangkan. Anak-anak di PPWNI (Pusat Pendidikan Warga Negara Indonesia) Klang Selangor, Malaysia terlihat tidak mampu menghafal surat-surat pendek dalam Al-Quran. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya dukungan bersekolah dari keluarga. Padahal, mereka adalah calon-calon generasi penerus bangsa Indonesia yang patut dibanggakan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas, tim pengabdi ini mengadakan kegiatan dalam bentuk pengenalan hafalan Qur’ an dengan metode Zahrawain bagi anak-anak di PPWNI Klang Malaysia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Dampak dari program ini adalah anak-anak tidak hanya bisa menghafal Al Qur’an saja tetapi juga dapat membaca surat yang mereka hafal. Dari hasil kegiatan dapat dilihat bahwa sebagian besar anak-anak sudah hafal dan hanya sedikit yang belum hafal surat An-Naas. Selanjutnya efek dari hafalan Al Qur’an tersebut berdampak pada ketangguhan literasi hafalan dan bacaan mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the integrated thematic learning process using the scientific approach in grade 1 elementary school. The subjects of this study were researchers as teachers, and 27 grade students. In this study applying the type of PTK research. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results showed an increase in: (a) the first cycle RPP obtained an average value of 81.9% (B) and cycle 2 to 97% (A), (b) assessment of aspects of the cycle teacher I obtained an average value of 80% (B) and cycle 2 to 96% (A), (c) assessment of aspects of cycle 1 students obtained an average value of 78% (B) and cycle 2 to 92%

Abstract

Pregnant women are a vulnerable population for the Covid-19 virus, it is known that it disproportionately causes respiratory disease associated with increased morbidity due to infection. Current situation pregnant women are reluctant to go to health facilities for fear of contracting it. Study results 5 pregnant women said they did not know about Covid-19 and were afraid to make antenatal care visits, 3 pregnant women already knew about Covid-19 but were afraid to do antenatal care visits, and 2 pregnant women already knew about Covid-19 and had antenatal care. Research Objectives to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about Covid-19 with adherence to antenatal care visits. The method used in this study is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was pregnant women in the Third trimester which amounted to 124, samples were taken using the Accidental Sampling technique. The measuring instrument uses a guttman scale questionnaire and a checklist. Data analysis using the Chi Square test. There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about Covid-19 and adherence to antenatal care visits. in the working area of the Ambal Health Center 1.the value of p = 0.002 < 0.05. Abstrak Ibu hamil merupakan salah satu populasi rentan virus Covid-19, hal ini dapat diketahui secara tidak proporsional dapat menyebabkan penyakit pernapasan yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan morbiditas akibat infeksi. Situasi saat ini ibu hamil enggan kefaskes karena takut tertular. Hasil studi pendahuluan 5 ibu hamil mengatakan belum mengetahui tentang Covid-19 dan takut untuk melakukan kunjungan antenatal care, 3 ibu hamil sudah mengetahui tentang Covid-19 namun takut untuk melakukan kunjungan antenatal care dan 2 ibu hamil sudah mengetahui tentang Covid-19 dan sudah melakukan antenatal care. Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang Covid-19 dengan kepatuhan melakukan kunjungan antenatal care. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi ibu hamil trimester III yang berjumlah 124, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner skala guttman dan ceklist. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil Penelitian Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang Covid-19 dengan kepatuhan melakukan kunjungan ANC di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ambal 1 yang dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai p = 0,002 < 0,05.

Abstract

Despite the various methods in delivering the subject of adjective clause, preference of the method and approach must be relevant to the objective the study. The objectives range from attitude, knowledge, and skill. In the learning process of adjective clause, the objective typesare affective and cognitive. Deductive approach is the most appropriate approach and homework-based learning is assumed to be relevant with the approach. Approach may be enclosed in the syllabus and the teachers have preferences to apply the most suitable approach. The approaches of teaching language emphasize on the theory of learning, how to learn and how to teach it. Applying the approach, an adjective clause theory starts with the presentation of the rule and it is followed by the practice. The procedure of teaching is based on the homework. This homework-based learning method applies several techniques of teaching simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract This research adds the Training variable as a moderating variable which researchers believe can strengthen the influence of the Empowering Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance and the Training variable is believed to strengthen the influence of the Empowering Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach that uses previous research as old records regarding Empowering Leadership Style, Employee Performance, and Training to find newness in this research. The data in this research is included in the primary data group because it was obtained directly from the data source through distributing online questionnaires to 300 motor vehicle sales spread throughout Indonesia. Abstract

This study examines the effects of organizational culture, social capital, managerial capability, and financial literacy on SME performance in coastal economic settings, with evidence from Kenjeran, Surabaya, Indonesia. Despite extensive research on SME performance, prior studies remain fragmented and predominantly focus on urban and formal sectors, limiting understanding of how intangible resources operate in informal and coastal environments. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 60 seafood processing SMEs and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that financial literacy, managerial capability, and social capital have significant positive effects on SME performance, while organizational culture does not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of intangible resources is context dependent, where relational and capability-based resources, particularly social capital, play a more dominant role than formal organizational structures in coastal SMEs. This study contributes to the refinement of the resource-based view by demonstrating that not all intangible resources have equal relevance across different contexts. From a practical perspective, the findings suggest that policies aimed at improving SME performance in coastal areas should prioritize strengthening social networks, enhancing financial capability, and supporting adaptive managerial practices in informal economic environments.

Abstract

EFL students often exhibit passivity, hesitation, and low confidence when required to speak English, particularly during descriptive text instruction. Therefore, this study aims to identify the types of speaking difficulties and analyze the underlying factors influencing these challenges among tenth-grade students at a private Islamic senior high school in Surakarta. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing classroom observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis for data collection. The results indicate that students face difficulties in four main aspects: grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and speaking fluency, with limited vocabulary being the most dominant barrier. Additionally, these difficulties are significantly influenced by a combination of psychological, linguistic, and environmental factors, where psychological issues namely anxiety and low self-confidence act as the primary triggers for students' lack of fluency. In conclusion, speaking difficulties in learning descriptive texts stem from a complex interaction of psychological, linguistic, and environmental variables. The implication of this study is that educators must implement comprehensive instructional strategies that not only focus on linguistic competence but also actively build a supportive learning environment to reduce student anxiety.
