<![CDATA[Latar Belakang: Penderita kecemasan akan mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah, akibat peningkatan adrenalin, kondisi ini bisa berbahaya bagi penderita hipertensi. Oleh karena itu, pasien hipertensi yang mengalami kecemasan memerlukan penanganan yang baik dalam menurunkan kecemasannya. Salah satu metode buat menyembuhkan hipertensi merupakan penyembuhan non farmakologis. Relaksasi otot progresif merupakan tata cara relaksasi yang menegangkan serta melemaskan otot- otot badan. Relaksasi bisa memicu timbulnya zat kimia yang mirip dengan beta blocker pada saraf tepi yang bisa menutup simpul saraf simpatis yang bermanfaat buat mengurangi ketegangan serta merendahkan tekanan darah. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pre-experimental design yaitu one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien lansia hipertensi yang berada di Kecamatan Gedong Panjang Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gedong Panjang Kota Sukabumi sebanyak 252 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 16 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan dengan uji Uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Hasil : Hasil yang didapatkan dapatkan nilai P value uji Uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank yaitu 0,000 maka P-value < 0.05 yang menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh tekhnik relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh tekhnik relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Kelurahan Gedong Panjang Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gedong Panjang Kota Sukabumi.]]>

Desa Cisontrol, Ciamis is one of the villages projected for the globalization of tourist villages. Thus, it is necessary to prepare Human Resources with good English language skills to support the program plan. This Community Service activity aims to provide workshops related to improving students' English-speaking skills at the elementary, junior, and senior high school levels through a communicative approach for teachers at Desa Cisontrol. The communicative approach that focuses on students' communicative skills was raised as the main topic in accordance with the analysis of the needs for improving the communicative English skills of residents in preparation for the development plan of this village. <![CDATA[This study analyzes the effect of religious brand community support (RBCS) in strengthening customer ethical perceptions (CEP) to establish trust and readiness for religious value co-creation. 212 Islamic clothing brand community members were the respondents in this study. They are involved in the purchasing interaction through online media, both consumer to consumer and consumer to the online shop owner. SEM was used to analyze and examine the empirical model. This study found that the role of RBCS in forming ethical perceptions regarding online shops can provide a sense of security, keep promises, and provide good service recovery. All of these impacts strengthen trust both with brands and online shop owners. Strengthening ethical perceptions and trust will increase consumer interest in the interaction of knowledge, experience, and religious belief that online shops can sell clothing products that are in accordance with religious law. The results of this study are beneficial for online shops that offer religious products, especially Islamic clothing, to manage a religio-centric market and strengthen a virtual community based on religious beliefs that are the same as the product value. This will strengthen the virtual halal ecosystem and provide a virtual da’wah space for religio-centric consumers who base all their activities on worship according to their religious values.]]>

<![CDATA[Turubuk pangsit merupakan makanan khas Kabupaten Karawang yang terbuat dari tanaman turubuk yang merupakan tanaman sejenis palawija namun pohonnya seperti pohon tebu. Turubuk pangsit merupakan makanan yang dihasilkan dari UKM Turubuk pangsit Desa Cintalaksana kecamatan Tegalwaru Kabupaten Karawang. Masalah UKM Turubuk pangsit Desa Cintalaksana kecamatan Tegalwaru Kabupaten Karawang yakni sumber modal, tenaga kerja, bahan baku dan pemasaran. Metode penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan berdasar pada pendekatan manajemen dalam meningkatkan hasil produksi dan hasil penjualan dengan 4 (empat) tahapan pelaksanaan program yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pelaporan. Hasil program pendampingan UKM turubuk pangsit makanan khas Kabupaten Karawang di Desa Cintalaksana kecamatan Tegalwaru Kabupaten Karawang Jawa Barat, menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang dialami oleh mitra program selama dan setelah pelaksanaan program dilakukan dapat dilihat dari 3 indikator perubahan yang dapat disimpulkan berdasar pada data-data yang diperoleh dalam setiap monitoring dan evaluasi program terhadap mitra. Indikator ini terdiri dari pengelolaan, produktifitas dan Hasil Penjualan.]]>

<![CDATA[Supply Chain governance is an emerging phenomenon, the interorganizational theories are placing an increasing emphasis on the internal governance, which helps a firm in integrating the process and networks by keeping or sustaining theory dynamic nature. The prime objective of the current study is to explore the impact of supply chain governance on supply chain capabilities. Meanwhile the study has examined the mediating role of corporate governance in the relation between the supply chain governance and supply chain capabilities. We have used the SEM-PLS as a statistical tool to achieve the objectives of the current study. The data is collected with the aid of an adapted questionnaire. The operation managers and finance managers of Indonesian manufacturing firms are chosen as final sample of the current study. The results of the study are providing support to the proposition of agency theory and resource-based theory. Overall the findings of the current study are in line with the proposed findings.]]>

<![CDATA[Practical English Training for Tour Leaders organized by the English Study Program of Widyatama University at PT. Shiro Mandiri Wisata aims to improve English communication skills for tour leaders. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the training based on aspects of the suitability of the material, the skills mastered, and the frequency of English use in work. The method used involved a survey through a questionnaire filled out by the training participants. The results showed that 71% of participants felt that the training material was very appropriate for their needs. The most widely mastered skill was writing (38.1%), while the frequency of English use in work was still relatively low, with 54% of participants stating that they rarely used it. These findings indicate that although the training provides benefits in improving English comprehension, further efforts are still needed to improve speaking and listening skills, as well as improve the application of English in the work environment. Recommendations provided include increasing speaking practice, implementing English use policies in the company, and providing further training and certification programs. With these steps, it is hoped that tour leaders can be more confident and competent in providing tour guide services for foreign tourists.]]>

<![CDATA[The most researches related to the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) community business performance is just focus on the role of entrepreneur, ICT, e-commerce, marketing, and other common variables that have ignored the important concept which initiated from the main value of the NU's movement philosophy. It is therefore, this study aimed to analyses the role of Nahdliyah spiritual value (NSV) to NU's business performance. NSV considered as new concept synthesized by combining resource advantage on competition theory (RACT) and social identity theory (SIT) inserted by Nahdliyin value concept. The object of this research is the NU business community members of the NU Entrepreneurs Association (HPN). This study used a quantitative method with purposive sampling to select 350 MSMEs (UMKM) under HPN in Central Java and tested the regressive relationship of 6 variables with SEM PLS 4.0. The findings show that digital marketing capabilities, ICT, and entrepreneurial spirit are the factors that most support the existence of NSV. Besides that, NSV plays a role in mediating the relationship between these three factors to financial performance in an MSME. This study fulfils the theoretical gaps and produces new perspectives into the spiritual value concept of resource advantage theory on the competition by inserting spiritual values implemented in MSMEs based on spiritual community businesses. This research contributes to the development of a new concept of NSV. The study also covered the research gap related to the relationship between the variables involved.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze trends and patterns in research related to work-life balance (WLB) and employee well-being using a combined approach of Systematic Literature Review and bibliometric analysis. A dataset consisting of 151 articles published between 2013 and 2025 from the Scopus database was used. The findings highlight the growing scientific interest in work-life balance (WLB) and its impact on well-being in a post-pandemic context, especially under hybrid work models. VOSviewer is used to visualize the occurrence of keywords and research groups. The review identifies dominant themes, prolific authors, and geographic contributions, which provide a roadmap for future research.]]>

<![CDATA[This research explores the practices of distance learning in enhancing English speaking skills among migrant workers at the Community Learning Center (PKBM-PPI) in Taiwan. The research purpose is to understand how remote educational strategies are tailored to meet the unique needs of migrant workers, who often face challenges such as irregular work schedules and limited access to educational resources. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study combines quantitative data from pre- and post-course assessments with qualitative insights from participant interviews and instructor feedback. Key findings indicate that the integration of technology, such as mobile learning applications and online discussion forums, significantly improves learners' engagement and speaking proficiency. Additionally, the flexibility of distance learning programs allows workers to balance their educational pursuits with occupational demands. The study concludes that well-structured distance learning initiatives, supported by interactive and accessible content, can effectively develop English speaking skills among migrant workers, contributing to their personal and professional growth. The findings provide valuable insights for educators and policymakers aiming to implement effective language learning programs in similar contexts.]]>

<![CDATA[This research seeks to investigate the influence of dividend policy on firm value, with investment opportunities and institutional ownership serving as moderating variables, focusing on energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2023 period. The study employs purposive sampling as its sampling method. The population data of the study were 87, and a sample of 10 companies was obtained. The analytical method employed in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results demonstrate that dividend policy does not exert a significant impact on firm value, and investment opportunities fail to moderate the relationship between dividend policy and firm value and institutional ownership is able to moderate the effect of dividend policy on firm value. Adjusted R² = 0.427; Institutional ownership significantly moderates the relationship (β = 1.000, p = 0.000), while dividend policy and investment opportunity have no significant effect. Dividend policy and investment opportunity Exhibit no statistically significant impact on firm value (p > 0.05).]]>
