Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a business model that can be applied to the SME during the COVID-19 pandemic with Business Model Canvas approach so that SME can survive (Business Resilience). This research uses a qualitative method, with literature studies taken from several sources both printed and electronic media, books, and research results accessed from various electronic journals. The data analysis used is content meta-analysis through an interactive procedure consisting of four stages: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The business model that can be applied to SME is the Business Model Canvas. Three important elements of business resilience are product excellence, people behavior, and process reliability, Business resilience is supported by digital transformation. Digital transformation exists when new digital skills emerge and digital tools are adopted. The right digitalization strategy is needed in achieving business goals and developing SME products or services to be more competitive. Competitive advantage is related to cultural diversity, plurality and social motivation. In the process of digital transformation, the correct digital infrastructure testing is required. By using the appropriate technology for system resilience, a business can carry out its digital transformation and create digital resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the capital structure, firm value in the go public automotive and component sectors as well as the effect of capital structure on firm value. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The sample used is 9 companies taken using the purposive sampling method. The Independent variable is proxied by DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) and PBV (Price to Book Ratio). The results of the analysis show that the variables of capital structure and firm value have a significant negative effect. This means that a decrease in the capital structure will increase firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on preloved bag products at the online store Fafacordelia store. The population in this study were all customers of the online shop Fafacordelia store with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is through a sampling technique with the criteria of customers who have purchased the product more than 2 times by distributing questionnaires through the google form. The results of this study indicate that product quality and brand image have a positive effect on customer loyalty, as well as customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on customer loyalty of preloved bags at Fafacordelia store partially or simultaneously. Based on this research, it can be concluded that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of preloved bags with customer satisfaction as the intervening variable.

Abstract

SMKN (Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan Negeri) I Lamongan yang terletak di pusat Kota Lamongan merupakan sekolah yang hingga saat ini telah menyediakan 4 bidang keahlian dengan rincian 11 program keahlian didalamnya. Demi mendukung CoE, pihak SMKN I Lamongan telah membangun dan meresmikan hotel setara bintang tiga dengan nama edOTEL SKALA. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan di SMKN 1 Lamongan diantaranya: SDM dan peralatan untuk manajemen pemasaran secara digital untuk penginapan edOTEL SKALA yang belum efisien; Manajemen presensi bagi tata kelola SDM belum optimal, serta monitoring terhadap mereka belum efektif. Untuk menyelesaiakan peramsalahan mitra, tim pengabdian kali ini menggunakan perencanaan program pengabdian masyarakat pada mitra bersifat model bottom-up (keadaan permasalahan lapangan-keputusan penanganan). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan beberapa hal yang dapat membantu mitra. Pertama adalah dengan membantu melakukan pengadaan alat yakni 1 set peralatan digital marketing dan juga telah melakukan pembinaan untuk menggunakan peralatan pendukung digital marketing terhadap guru, staff, maupun siswa-siswi program keahlian perhotelan. Selanjutnya melaksanakan pembinaan yang menghasilkan peningkatan kemampuan digital marketing pada program keahlian Perhotelan melalui kolaborasi dengan program keahlian Pemasaran dan Desain Komunikasi Visual. Kedua yakni membantu pembuatan dan penerapan dashboard untuk presensi program keahlian perhotelan di SMKN 1 Lamongan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan dashboard presensi agar presensi tidak dilaksanakan secara manual.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The object of this research is automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 11 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics v20 softwer. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of financial performance as a proxy for ROA and ROE on firm value. Dividend policy is not able to strengthen the relationship between financial performance and firm value.

Abstract

Masalah kemiskinan ini harus diupayakan penyelesaiannya, sebab jika tidak mampu diselesaikan maka akan menjadi permasalahan yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas perekonomian. Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana menanggulangi kemiskinan melalui sinergi ekonomi islam. Ekonomi Islam secara implementatif memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu bagaimana mensejahterakan msayarakat dan menegakkan keadilan ekonomi. Masing-masing sudah berjalan dan ada pada msayarakat sebagai suatu kenyataan dan jawaban alternatif dari sistem ekonomi kapitalis yang gagal. Tadakhul addauliyah, sangat diperlukan berupa keadaan yang kondusif untuk berkembang, perlindungan dan aturan-aturan yang berpihak pada masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of financial literacy, personal income, and locus of control on the investment decision of installment gold. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 97 respondents. Sources of data obtained in this study from distributing questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions in installment gold. Personal income does not affect gold installment investment decisions. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on gold installment investment decisions. In addition, financial literacy has a dominant influence on investment decisions in gold installments.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal and analyze the importance of the role of buying interest in the relationship between giving discounts and consumer purchasing decisions on a product at the Ramayana department store in Malang. Although it has given many discounts and is often done, but if it cannot generate consumer buying interest in the product, then the consumer does not decide to buy the product offered. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with variables consisting of price discounts, buying interest, and purchasing decisions. The population of this study are consumers who have purchased products at the Ramayana department store in the city of Malang. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique and collecting data using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data analysis used was path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects. The results of the study show that price discounts have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price discounts have a significant effect on purchase intention, purchase intention has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and price discounts have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to know the best practice cooperative learning method, that suitable for economics and business mathematics course learning in Muhammadiyah Malang University. The specific goals of this study are: (1) Improving students of class 1-D in Management Department of Muhammadiyah Malang University's learning participation in sequence and series subject matter using cooperative learning with Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method in the odd semester of 2017/2018, and also (2) Improving Improving students of class D in Management Department of Muhammadiyah Malang University's comprehension about sequence and series subject matter using cooperative learning with Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method in the odd semester of 2017/2018. The results of this study show that learning activities using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method has been proven can improve student's learning participation and comprehension in sequence and series subject matter of economics and business mathematics course.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency, and activity on profitability in agricultural sector companies in 2012 – 2021. This type of research is survey research. The population used is all agricultural sector companies using the purposive sampling technique so that there are 6 samples of companies with a time period of 10 years so that the sample to be observed is 60. This study uses the documentation method obtained from the annual financial statements on the website (www.idx.co.id). The data analysis technique used the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) model. The results showed that liquidity, solvency, and activity simultaneously had a significant effect on profitability. Partially, liquidity, and activity have a significant effect, while solvency has no significant effect on profitability.
