Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a business model that can be applied to the SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic with Business Model Canvas approach so that SMEs can survive (Business Resilience). This research uses a qualitative method, with literature studies taken from several sources both printed and electronic media, books, and research results accessed from various electronic journals. The data analysis used is content meta-analysis through an interactive procedure consisting of four stages: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The business model that can be applied to SMEs is the Business Model Canvas. Three important elements of business resilience are product excellence, people behavior, and process reliability, Business resilience is supported by digital transformation. Digital transformation exists when new digital skills emerge and digital tools are adopted. The right digitalization strategy is needed in achieving business goals and developing SME products or services to be more competitive. Competitive advantage is related to cultural diversity, plurality and social motivation. In the process of digital transformation, the correct digital infrastructure testing is required. By using the appropriate technology for system resilience, a business can carry out its digital transformation and create digital resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial commitment, entrepreneurial commitment on performance, the influence of self on business performance with entrepreneurial commitment as a mediating variable in MSMEs. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research that aims to test theories or research that reject or reject theories or reject the results of pre-existing research. Respondents in this study were 70 MSMEs owner in Malang. The data technique used a questionnaire. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, purposive sampling was used. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed a significant influence between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial commitment. Entrepreneurial commitment significantly affected business performance, self-efficacy had no direct effect on business performance, and entrepreneurial commitment had a mediating role between self-influence and business performance. Self-efficacy by business owners can increase entrepreneurial commitment and business performance. Although there is no direct interaction between self-efficacy and business performance, it is hoped that increasing the commitment to entrepreneurship can also improve business performance. The results of this study are used as suggestions for business owners to increase commitment in business, considering other entrepreneurial values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct influence of leadership on learning organization, the influence of learning organization on employee performance, the influence of leadership on innovation, and the influence of innovation on employee performance. The population in this study was all employees of handicraft Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Malang City. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with a sample size of 50 respondents. The analysis used is path analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that leadership has an influence on the application of learning organization, learning organization has an effect on employee performance, leadership encourages employees to innovate, and the innovations can improve employee performance. The role of a leader to encourage employees to continue learning and innovating in SMEs will create a good impact on the performance of employees and SMEs.

Abstract

Masalah kemiskinan ini harus diupayakan penyelesaiannya, sebab jika tidak mampu diselesaikan maka akan menjadi permasalahan yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas perekonomian. Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana menanggulangi kemiskinan melalui sinergi ekonomi islam. Ekonomi Islam secara implementatif memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu bagaimana mensejahterakan msayarakat dan menegakkan keadilan ekonomi. Masing-masing sudah berjalan dan ada pada msayarakat sebagai suatu kenyataan dan jawaban alternatif dari sistem ekonomi kapitalis yang gagal. Tadakhul addauliyah, sangat diperlukan berupa keadaan yang kondusif untuk berkembang, perlindungan dan aturan-aturan yang berpihak pada masyarakat.

Abstract

SMA Muhammadiyah 1 is a senior secondary education institution under the auspices of the Muhammadiyah Foundation. SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang always aligns the school learning curriculum with the vision, mission, and goals of the school as well as the competencies of the planned graduates. One example is the holding of entrepreneurship laboratory subjects. This entrepreneurship subject aims to provide entrepreneurial skills and instill an entrepreneurial spirit in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang students. In this subject, students are taught about the entrepreneurial spirit and traits such as persistence, independence, creativity, innovation, independence and so on. Students are also provided with skills in making products by teachers who teach entrepreneurship subjects. Based on the process of situation analysis, the servant found that the activities of entrepreneurship courses at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang in the aspect of product manufacture had been going well, but partners experienced problems in marketing communication activities for the products that had been produced. The purpose of the implementation of this service program is to provide knowledge and improve student skills in marketing communication of products resulting from entrepreneurial subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. In this service, the service will carry out a social media marketing workshop and photo styling products. Through this service program it is hoped that students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang will have technical skills in the aspect of product marketing so that when they graduate they have additional skills for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Bank Sampah Malang (BSM) on income at the Village Community, Gading Kasri Klojen District of Malang. This is a survey research , which held data collection, data analysis and interpretation of data which aims to create a picture of the events that occurs that the time of the existing research in the area of the Village Gading Kasri. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data, primary data were obtained from direct questioning through interviews, questionnaires and documentation of communities included in group BSM. Secondary data were obtained from BSM community groups in Gading Kasri. These data are based on analysis of financial indicators by using simple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, after this BSM program, there was a slight increase in their income of the people in the village Gading Kasri. It is obtained from the respondents who answered their financial condition improved slightly after the BSM program. Although the time period to earn money every month is not all, but a little community helped with the results obtained for particular needs. The results of the analysis indicated that the Savings Bank Sampah Malang (BSM) has not affect on the Income Village Community Gading Kasri, because the F-test value was smaller than F table value. This indicates that the BSM savings has not become a major source of revenue Gading Kasri Village Society. Abstract

AICA PCA Kedungkandan Malang was established in 2017. AICA produces various bakeries that have a large market opportunity in the Malang area. In the future, this business can develop quite rapidly with various potentials owned by AICA Bakery, one of the characteristics of AICA products is that all ingredients used are halal and natural. The problems experienced by Bakery AICA are that marketing management is not yet optimal, there is no development of Human Resources management, and there is no ongoing assistance in business development, and the Patent Logo has not been registered. The results of this AICA bakery service development activity improve business management skills that are more professional starting from human resource management and marketing management. Bakery marketing is expanded by using social media and human resources or production department employees are added, so that AICA Bakery becomes a more productive business. Through the AICA PCA Kedungkandang Bakery mentoring program in the long run it can provide economic added value to the Muhammadiyah's charitable endeavors.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to increase the added value of Argotirto coffee in the Sumbermanjing Wetan sub-district, Malang Regency. After going through several phases, this empowerment finally resulted in the ground coffee brand "Argotirto," which is a premium robusta ground coffee with the quality of selected coffee beans. The post-harvest process makes the potential profits of partner farmers to increase by at least 25% -40%.
