Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk dan implementasi  program CSR, persepsi dan kepuasan masyarakat di daerah penyangga Pengelolaan Taman Nasional (PTN) Cianjur Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Model Sikap Fishbein dan Customer Satisfaction Indeks (CSI). Sampel penelitian adalah masyarakat daerah penyangga PTN Cianjur. Program CSR dianalisis dari 3 aspek yaitu ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Variabel ekonomi adalah variabel yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat sebagai hasil dari program CSR. Variabel sosial lebih menekankan pada tersedianya fasilitas umum dan berkurangnya pengangguran serta banyaknya kelompok masyarakat yang terlibat dalam program CSR. Variabel lingkungan berkaitan dengan lingkungan hidup adanya upaya pelestarian lingkungan dan kondisi kesehatan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan bermitra dengan operator untuk menyalurkan dana CSRnya melalui program adopsi pohon yaitu  penanaman pohon sebagai upaya penanaman kembali daerah yang rusak akibat kegiatan PHBM pada waktu status hutan masih hutan produksi, sedangkan program CSR pemberdayaan masyarakat berupa ternak kambing dan kelinci. Persepsi dan kepuasan program CSR dari 3 aspek dinilai masyarakat  rendah.Kata Kunci: CSR,  Daerah penyangga, Persepsi dan  kepuasan, PTN Cianjur, TNGGP

Abstract

PT. Aneka Tambang has reclaimed land due to gold production activities.  Reclamation land is a process whereby the damaged land is repaired to its natural state.  Indicators of succession can be showed in the presence of plants and animals.  Birds are a good indicator for assessing biodiversity in a region, because can occupy a large habitat of  near the top of the food chain.  The spread of plant seeds can be done by birds and mammals through its feces. Identification and observation of bird and mammal diversity can be used to improve the conservation of birds and mammals in the area.  The purpose of this research was  to study the diversity of birds and mammals.  The method used were Indices Ponctuels d’Abondance(IPA) method for birdwatching and transect lines for mammalian observation.  Result showed  33 speciesof birds and 9 species of mammals were found in this study. The bird species was dominated by the Cucak Kutilang type and the mammal was dominated by Squirrel Kekes.Key words : PT. Aneka Tambang, diversity ,bird ,mammal

Abstract

Distribution pattern and habitat quality of mammals is essential to keep the existing of mammals which depends on interactions between its intrinsic evolutionary and ecological system. Mandalawangi Resort aside from being a conservation area, it is also a tourist area. Tourism activities carried out in the region, will directly and indirectly affect the sustainability of mammal diversity. The benefits of mammals are to stabilize the food chain, the spread of plant seeds, as an object of research and education. The study aims to determine the distribution patterns and habitat of mammals in Mandalawangi Resort . Research on mammal diversity was carried out using 4 methods: rapid assessment, line transect, animal footprint. Habitat data obtained using vegetation analysis and field observation methods. The diversity of mammals in the Mandawalangi Resort consists of 7 types of mammals from 6 families, namely kekes squirrel (Tupaia javanica), langur (Trachypithecus auratus), wild cats (Felis domesticus), wild boar (Sus scrofa), leopard (Panthera pardus melas) , civet mongoose (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) and house gutters (Suncus murinus). Species wealth index is low (0.50). The diversity index of mammals is included in the low diversity category (0.25). The highest level of mammal species meeting is kekes squirrel (Tupaia javanica) with a value of 29.4%. Evenness index is included in the unstable community category (0.15). Mammalian habitat is divided into tropical rain forests and open land with dominating trees namely Damar (Agathis damara) and Rasamala (Altingia excelsa).

Abstract

Sundanese ethnic in Nyangkewok hamlet, Sukabumi has been using medicinal plants to cure and prevent illness. This research aims to identify and describe medicinal plant use by Sundanese Ethnic with indigenous knowledge in Nyangkewok Hamlet, Sukabumi. This research was conducted from February to May 2020 with qualitative method. The research resulted in 103 species of 42 plant families used by the Sundanese community in Nyangkewok Hamlet with Zingiberaceae dominant family, the most used part of the medicinal plants was leaves. Abstract

Kayu telah dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai keperluan oleh manusia sejak zaman dahulu dengan berbagai kegunaannya. Salah satu jenis pohon yang banyak ditanam adalah Sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria (L.) Nielsen). Namun kayu sengon memiliki warna yang cenderung putih dan memiliki kelas awet rendah IV-V. Pemakaian kayu sengon terbatas pada jenis pemakaian yang tidak memerlukan kekuatan maupun keindahan kayu, misalnya untuk peti kemas dan sebagai pengecoran semen Tampilan kayu bisa ditingkatkan dengan cara pengecatan berbahan dasar air bukan pelarut organik seperti alkohol pada thinner sebagai pelarut cat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan nilai tambah pada kayu sengon dengan cara mewarnai kayu sengon menggunakan bahan pewarna bakteri yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Biologi dan Kimia Universitas Nusa Bangsa, Jalan KH Sholeh Iskandar Cimanggu Tanah Sereal Bogor, dan Laboratorium Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Hasil Hutan, Jalan Gunung Batu No 5 Bogor. Pewarna bakteri yang digunakan yaitu safranin, hijau malakit dan kristal violet, dengan metode rendaman dingin selama 5 hari. Setelah perendaman diuji retensi, penetrasi, hedonik dan ketahanan kayu terhadap rayap. Hasil Penelitian nilai retensi tiga bahan pewarna Safranin 0,036-1,99 g/cm3, hijau malakit 0,24-0,206 g/cm3 dan kristal violet 0,042-0,215 g/cm3 Dari hasil uji hedonik diketahui bahwa safranin menjadi warna yang paling disukai. Safranin juga menunjukkan hasil yang baik sebagai anti rayap dengan tingkat mortalitas tinggi dan tingkat kerusakan mencapai 70%.Kata kunci: Sengon, pewarna bakteri, rendaman dingin, rayap

Abstract

Mammals had several ecological functions and roles. The existence of mammals plays an essential role in the balance of natural ecosystems. The Experimental garden in Cogreg Village is one of the possible places to become a habitat for a diversity of mammals. The diversity of mammals found and identified in the Cogreg Experimental Garden consists of 6 types: Pteropus vampyrus, Tupaia javanica, Callosciurus notatus, Rattus argentiventer, Herpestes javanicus, and Suncus murinus, with a total of 165 individuals. The mammal habitat found in the Cogreg Experimental Garden is secondary forest or JUN Forest (Tectona grandis Linn. f) with INP Index of 195.91%.Keywords:  Diversity;  Mammals;  Cogreg; HabitatKeanekaragaman Mamalia pada Tegakan Trubusan Jati (Tectona grandis Linn. f) Unggul Nusantara (JUN) Umur 8 TahunABSTRAKMamalia memiliki beberapa fungsi dan peran ekologis. Keanekaragaman mamalia yang ditemukan dan teridentifikasi di Kebun Percobaan Cogreg terdiri dari 6 jenis mamalia Pteropus vampyrus, Tupaia javanica, Callosciurus notatus, Rattus argentiventer, Herpestes javanicus, dan Suncus murinus dengan jumlah total keseluruhan 165 individu. Abstract

Teak (Tectona grandis L.f.) Unggul Nusantara is a superior seed yield and tissue culture propagation that was first developed in the laboratory and a good quality mother plant. This research aims to find out the characteristic of Anatomical Structure and Physical Properties of Jati Wood (Tectona grandis L.f.) Unggul Nusantara Copies at the age of 8 years. The study was carried out for approximately 6 months between May and October 2021. Anatomical structure data collection was made of triangle shape with latitude, tangential, and radial. Afterwards, the result of these observations are tabulated and analyzed descriptively and the Physical Properties of Copies Jati Unggul Nusantara Wood were carried out with reference to on British Standard (BS) 373:1957. It taken from one tree and then divided again into three segments, the tip, middle, and base with a thickness of 20 cm. Afterwards, divided again into five parts with a size of 3 cm x 3 cm x 3 cm for 3 parameters. Observations of anatomical structures, namely pore or vessel diameter 100-200 m, vessel frequency or pores 6 per mm2, the width of the radius is 96m and the frequency of the radius is 4-5 pieces / mm. Its physical properties are Fresh Water Content 52.30% while Air Dry Water Content 32.69%, Density 1.20 gr/cm3, Tangential Shrinkage 0.44%, Radial Shrinkage 0.42%, with an average T/R ratio 1.04%.Keywords: Anatomical Structure, Copies Wood, Physical Properties, Tectona grandis L.f.AbstrakJati (Tectona grandis L.f.) Unggul Nusantara merupakan bibit unggul hasil dan perbanyakan kultur jaringan yang dikembangkan pertama kali di Laboratorium dan tanaman induk yang berkualitas baik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Universitas Nusa Bangsa, Bogor dan Pusat Standardisasi Instrumen Pengelolaan Hutan Berkelanjutan Gunung Batu, Bogor. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 6 bulan antara bulan Mei sampai bulan Oktober 2021. Pengambilan data Struktur Anatomi dibuat dalam bentuk segitiga dengan bagian Lintang, Tangensial dan Radial lalu hasil pengamatan ditabulasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif, dan Sifat Fisik Kayu Trubusan Jati Unggul Nusantara dilakukan dengan mengacu pada British Standard 373:1957. Diambil dari 1 pohon kedalam tiga segmen ujung, tengah, dan pangkal dengan ketebalan 20 cm, kemudian menjadi lima bagian dengan ukuran 3 cm x 3 cm x 3 cm untuk 3 parameter dan diberikan 3x ulangan untuk 3 parameter. Hasil pengamatan Struktur Anatomi yaitu Diameter pori atau pembuluh 100 – 200 μm, Frekuensi pembuluh atau pori 6 per mm2, Lebar jari – jari 96 μm dan Frekuensi jari – jari berjumlah 4 – 5 buah/mm. Sifat Fisiknya yaitu Kadar Air Segar 52,30 % sedangkan Kadar Air Kering udara 32,69 %, Kerapatan 1,20 gr/cm3, Penyusutan Tangensial 0,44 %, Penyusutan Radial 0,42 %, dengan rata – rata T/R rasio 1,04 %. Abstract

Penguatan dan pendampingan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Kanekes Baduy memiliki nilai signifikan dalam menjaga warisan budaya dan meningkatkan ekonomi lokal. Penguatan UMKM diarahkan untuk mengembangkan aspek produksi, manajemen, dan pemasaran dengan mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Sementara itu, pendampingan dengan membuatkan logo usaha serta pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan ini meliputi wawancara dan berdiskusi langsung dengan UMKM perihal masalah-masalah yang dihadapi dan cara penyelesaiannya. Dengan demikian, upaya penguatan dan pendampingan UMKM di Desa Kanekes Baduy menghasilkan dampak positif dalam mencapai kesejahteraan lokal dan pelestarian tradisi.
