This study aims to determine how to manner supply the raw material needs as well as analyze the needs of the wood raw material and purchasing optimal wood raw material in PT Rimba Mutiara Kusuma. The method used in the research of interviews and observations where data are analyzed by qualitative and needs wood raw material by regression analysis "time series" and the calculation of purchasing optimal of raw materials with method Eqonomic Order Quantity uses quantitative analysis. The results showed that the need for raw materials in PT. Rimba Mutiara Kusuma done after a consumer orders a ordered product with raw material requirement calculations using formulas and recovery Comparing the nett volume of each product with predetermined recovery value is 45-50%. Recovery is the percentage that the company uses in calculating how cubication raw materials needed to produce each cubication finished product. The prediction results teak wood raw material requirements during the coming five years (2016-2020) obtained through analysis of time series prediction of 1089.65 m³ with an average volume of raw needs per year amounted to 217.93 m³ and predicted volume of raw material requirements mahogany of 1273,75 m³ with an average of 254,75 m³ every year. The optimal raw material purchase is 26.954 m³ teak and mahogany 27.86 m³ in every time order, the frequency 8 x with the cycle for 45 days.

Non-Timber Forest Products (HHBK) have been used by communities around the forest. Apart from being easy to obtain and not requiring complicated technology to get it, it also has high economic value. It is believed that the existence of NTFPs is most closely related to the interests of the community, especially the people living around the forest, in fulfilling their daily needs. One of the NTFPs products is honey bee which has high economic and utility value. This study aims to determine the bee cultivation technique of Trigona sp. which produces the highest hive weight and bee product. This research is located in Bulakan Village, Nayagati Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency. The research was conducted for 3 (three) months from August to December 2019. The research method was by observing the weight of the hive and yield of bee products, and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the bee cultivation technique that produced the highest productivity in terms of hive weight yield, honey, propolis and brood bee was the cage technique, and the factors that caused differences in productivity were the source of feed and the presence of predators. In the cultivation of bees Trigona sp. The source of feed is very important, besides the need for monitoring every day to avoid predators.

Community forests are the source of raw materials for the Primary Wood Forest Products Industry at CV Sinar Jaya in Cigudeg District, Bogor Regency. Optimizing the use of these raw materials can affect the business value of the wood processing industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the yield value and to analyze the business value of sawmill activities at CV. Sinar Jaya. The research method was carried out by means of quantitative analysis methods of collecting production data by direct measurement and interviews as well as calculating the value of economic income obtained from sawmill activities and overall waste utilization, the size of wood raw materials includes 10 centimeters to 30 centimeters with a length of 2 ,8 meters to 3 meters. The results showed that the average yield value is 55%, productivity is 1.51 m3/hour round wood, sawn wood is 0.83 m3/hour production cost is Rp 1,181,600,000.0/year, Income value is Rp. 1,509,600,0000.00/year, net profit value is Rp. 328,000.00/year, the value of marketing costs is Rp. 0 the value of the benefit cost ratio is 1.28/year and the work performance value of logs is Rp. 12,712.89 sawn wood Rp. 22,867.14. To increase the yield, the skills of the sawing workforce must be improved to minimize damage toeach sortimen. In order for business value to increase, productivity must be intensified and the availability of raw materials must be sustainable.Â

This study aims to determine the anatomical structure of wood and its possiblity uses for trade in Aceh Besar District. The research was carried out by observing 13 wood samples from the Bogorience 1915 xylarium wood collection. The observed samples included macroscopic and microscopic characteristics. Macroscopic characteristics include texture, color, pattern, texture, and grain direction of the wood. Microscopic characteristics observed were growth circumference boundaries, vessels, pores, dots, and radii based on the International Association of Wood Anatomists (IAWA) book. Each preparation was observed using a microscope and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the anatomical structures of the macroscopic and microscopic properties of the 13 Aceh Besar wood species varied in terms of texture, grain direction, radius size, crystal type, fiber length, vessel length, and fiber wall thickness. While the pattern, color, distribution of pores, type of dots, type of perforation area, type of parenchyma cells, and the composition of the cells composing the radius show uniformity, and two kinds of wood have prismatic crystals, namely Surian wood in upright cells and Bangkirai wood in straight cells lie down. The 13 types of wood, 46% include strong class I-II for construction, bridges, pillars, and floors. Meanwhile, 54% is classified as strong class III-V as a material for making furniture, doors, windows, and products that do not require heavy strength.

Pengujian karakteristik fisika menggunakan British Standar (1957, No. 373), pengujian karakteristik mekanika menggunakan American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) D143-14.
