Abstract

Water is a very important element for human life. Humans cannot survive without water, therefore water is one of the basic needs for human survival. Water resources in Indonesia are abundant, but only a few can be utilized as drinking water. Of the total water available, only 5% is used for drinking water, while the rest is water that cannot be consumed before further treatment. In addition, the current trend is to reduce the supply of drinking water. In researching and evaluating the water resources of an area, the quantity and quality aspects must be considered because both factors are measures that need to be taken into account in the utilization of water resources. A water balance analysis is necessary to compare the water availability and demand in the Cimandiri Watershed in Sukabumi District. An overview of the state of the water balance in the Cimandiri Watershed in Sukabumi District is anticipated to be provided by this research. This study employs secondary data and is descriptive in nature, utilizing quantitative methods for data collection, processing, and analysis. This study approach comprises the following analyses: 2022–2052 surface water and groundwater sources; 2022–2052 population; industrial; tourism; agriculture and livestock water demand; as well as 2022–2052 water balance. The analysis of water availability and demand in 2052 showed that 263,639,967.40 m3 of water was available and 76,738,969.50 m3 of water was demanded. Thus, we must develop a strategy and take action to ensure that extra water is used effectively and responsibly, thereby establishing a buffer for future shortages while also benefiting the environment and the community.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has impacted many people getting more and more data every day, even excessive. so that the use of the data is not optimal. Likewise patient medical record data at Cut Meutia General Hospital in North Aceh by serving patients every day. The large number of patients handled automatically makes this hospital accommodate a lot of patient medical record data with various types of diseases so that a method is needed to pattern the patient's disease data. For this reason, this study aims to find trends in patient disease at North Aceh Cut Meutia General Hospital based on ICD-10 diagnostics using data mining techniques by analyzing the C4.5 method where the C4.5 method creates a classification model from a large data set so as to produce patterns the new data pattern forms a decision tree (Decision Tree) useful for exploring data, finding relationships between a number of input variables with a target variable. The data used in this study were obtained from the North Aceh Cut Meutia General Hospital for 2020-2021 based on 4 variable data, namely age, gender, address and ICD-10 diagnosis. ICD-10 is a diagnostic classification with international standards that is compiled based on a category system and reports in disease units according to criteria agreed upon by international experts. Abstract

In the field of education, learning modules play a strategic role as one of the mediums that enable the teaching and learning process to take place in a structured and independent manner. In the context of Arabic language learning, the development of high-quality modules is crucial to effectively support students in achieving linguistic competence. The method employed in this study is a literature review, collecting data through the exploration and analysis of various sources, such as books, journals, and previous research. The findings reveal that modules are an instructional resource that provides students with the flexibility to learn independently while also assessing their own abilities. Developing high-quality modules requires a comprehensive understanding of various related aspects. This article discusses the basic concepts of modules, their objectives, key characteristics, development principles, quality elements, components, and systematic steps in module design. The results of this study are expected to serve as a guide for module developers in creating effective and relevant teaching materials.

Abstract

Bende Subdistrict is designated for city/government service centers, high-density residential areas, tourism/entertainment zones, and commercial and service areas in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. Its central location has led to uncontrolled development within the area. Given its potential, better management can maximize the area's functions. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, incorporating the collection of primary and secondary data. The results indicate a lack of order in urban infrastructure management from the perspective of urban design elements. Therefore, this study aims to provide guidance for the government and other stakeholders in developing Bende Subdistrict into a sustainable area.

Abstract

Abstract

Background: Nursing informatics competencies are the skills and knowledge that nurses must master to effectively integrate digital technology into nursing practice. Digital nursing documentation simulation is an innovative learning program that utilizes digital technology to create nursing care documentation. This allows students to train in a safe environment that reflects real life clinical conditions, with a facilitator providing feedback. Purpose: To determine the effect of digital nursing documentation simulation on nursing informatics competency. Method: A quasi-experimental design with a pretest and posttest one-group design. The population was 22 undergraduate nursing students enrolled in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Jenderal Achmad Yani University, year level 4th, with a sample size of 22 participants. The digital nursing documentation simulation was administered in three stages: orientation to digital nursing documentation learning, completing nursing care documentation using a computer-based application program, and evaluation and feedback. Nursing informatics competency among nursing students was compared before and after the intervention using the Self-Assessment Informatics Competency Scale (SICS). Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The average informatics competency before the intervention was 3.32, while the average informatics competency after the simulation was 3.59. There was a significant effect of digital nursing documentation simulation on nursing informatics competency (p value: 0.014). Conclusion: The application of digital nursing documentation simulation has a positive impact on Nursing Informatics Competency, especially in nursing students, in implementing nursing care.
