Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan yang berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu penyebab utama stunting adalah kurangnya pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita serta keterbatasan akses terhadap intervensi gizi yang tepat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mitra dalam pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak, serta mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan potensi lokal melalui inovasi Sprinila Omegrow dan aplikasi Kalkulator Deteksi Stunting. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan kader Posyandu dalam penggunaan aplikasi Kalkulating, dan penguatan kapasitas Kampung Nila Kawali dalam pemanfaatan potensi local ikan nila, beras, daun kelor, dan sacha inchi oil. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi awal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan anggota Poklahsar Kampung Nila Kawali dari 30% berpengetahuan cukup, dan 70% berpengetahuan kurang, menjadi  90% berpengetahuan baik dan 10% berpengetahuan cukup, peningkatan pengetahuan kader semula 58,33% berpengetahuan cukup dan 41,67% responden berada pada kategori kurang, menjadi 83,33% telah mencapai kategori pengetahuan baik, dan 16,67% berada pada kategori cukup, peningkatan usability kader menjadi 100%. Indikator berat badan balita mengalami peningkatan sebesar 3,06%, dari rata-rata 11,55 kg menjadi 11,91 kg, rata-rata tinggi badan meningkat 4,05% dari 83,34 cm menjadi 86,72 cm, status gizi balita mengalami peningkatan sebesar 50% balita dengan status gizi normal tercatat 66,67%.  Skor Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan mengalami peningkatan 13,42% dari rata-rata 7,70 menjadi 8,73. Sprinila Omegrow berpotensi menjadi produk pangan fungsional berbasis potensi lokal yang mendukung upaya pencegahan stunting. Integrasi inovasi digital dan Sprinila Omegrow efektif mendukung pencegahan stunting. Disarankan agar program ini dilanjutkan dengan cakupan sasaran yang lebih luas serta dukungan lintas sektor.

Abstract

"Karya Hijauku untuk Kampus Biruku" describes the strategic efforts of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in managing natural resources and implementing the green campus concept. This book discusses in detail land use, water resource management, and waste management in the campus environment. This article reviews the book with a focus on the relevance of natural resource conservation efforts implemented by UGM. The review involves analyzing the book's strategies, challenges, and contributions to the literature on environmental conservation. This book is an inspiration and practical guide in creating an environmentally friendly, sustainable campus.

Abstract

Background: Permasalahan Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil masih menjadi isu gizi di Desa Sukamulya, Kabupaten Ciamis, yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya konsumsi protein hewani dan keterbatasan pemanfaatan potensi pangan lokal. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan status gizi ibu hamil melalui pengembangan Abon Lele Sehat dan penerapan teknologi budidaya lele dengan sistem akuaponik sederhana berbasis galon bekas. Metode:Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan budidaya lele dan pengolahan abon, pendampingan kader posyandu, serta evaluasi berkala setiap dua minggu sekali. Produk Abon Lele Sehat dibuat dari ikan Clarias gariepinus segar hasil budidaya akuaponik, melalui proses perebusan, penghalusan, penumisan dengan bumbu alami, dan pengeringan hingga kering. Hasil:Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan kader dalam budidaya dan pengolahan lele, serta peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang gizi seimbang dan konsumsi protein hewani. Kesimpulan:Sistem akuaponik sederhana terbukti efisien, hemat lahan, dan ramah lingkungan dalam mendukung ketersediaan protein hewani di tingkat keluarga. Pengembangan Abon Lele Sehat sebagai PMT alternatif menunjukkan hasil positif, baik dari sisi peningkatan pengetahuan gizi ibu hamil maupun kemampuan kader dalam memproduksi pangan lokal yang higienis, bergizi, dan bernilai ekonomi. Program ini menghasilkan model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis pangan lokal yang berkelanjutan serta berpotensi direplikasi untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan dan pencegahan KEK.

The high economic value of sacha inchi has attracted many farmers to cultivate it, despite the fact that it remains a relatively new crop with limited available information. We examined the effects socio-economic and agroecological factors on the sacha inchi productivity. The research was carried out using a survey based quantitative analysis involving 78 sacha inchi farmers in West Java Province, Indonesia, selected through a census approach. The data analyzed were primary data collected directly from respondents through structured interviews using questionnaires, in-depth interviews with key informants, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). Factors affecting the productivity of sacha inchi were analyzed using inferential statistics through a multiple linear regression model. The results at the 95% confidence level indicated that age, education, experience, family responsibility, soil acid, and altitude had a significant effect on sacha inchi productivity when tested simultaneously. Partially, age, education, soil acid, and altitude significantly influenced productivity, whereas farming experience and family responsibility did not have a significant effect. The novelty of this research resides in the comprehensive analysis of the interaction between farmers’ social conditions and the biophysical characteristics of land in determining sacha inchi productivity, an aspect that has been scarcely explored in prior studies.

Abstract

This study addresses the persistent challenge of aligning agribusiness practices with environmental conservation in coffee-producing regions, where conventional supply chain systems often fail to support ecological sustainability and marginalize local knowledge. While digitalization has been promoted as a solution to improve efficiency and transparency, its implementation frequently overlooks the socio-cultural context of smallholder farmers. At the same time, local wisdom—long recognized for its role in sustaining ecological balance—remains insufficiently integrated into modern agribusiness systems. This study aims to develop a conceptual framework that integrates digital supply chain systems with local wisdom to enhance conservation-oriented coffee agribusiness. A conceptual approach, supported by a structured literature review, is employed to critically analyze existing models of agribusiness, digital agriculture, and community-based conservation. The analysis reveals significant gaps in current approaches, particularly the lack of synergy between technological innovation and culturally embedded practices. In response, this study proposes the Smart Conservation-Based Coffee Agribusiness Model (SCCAM), which positions local wisdom as the foundational layer, supported by digital systems to improve transparency, market access, and sustainability incentives. The model emphasizes integrating farm-level practices, digital platforms, and market mechanisms to achieve both economic viability and environmental conservation. This study contributes to the development of interdisciplinary approaches in sustainable agribusiness by offering a novel framework that bridges technology and culture. The proposed model offers practical implications for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers in designing inclusive, conservation-oriented agribusiness systems.
