Abstract

In an effort to enhance competitiveness in the Islamic banking industry, this study investigates the fundraising strategy of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. KCP Sukabumi. Data were collected through banking operation documentation, field observations, and in-depth interviews using descriptive qualitative research methods. The results show that Bank Muamalat KCP Sukabumi uses an integrative strategy to increase Current Account Saving Account (CASA) through savings and checking products based on Wadiah and Mudharabah contracts. This is optimized through digital transformation with the Muamalat DIN application, institutional collaboration, and a community-based marketing approach that leverages the strong religious base in the Sukabumi region to achieve this goal. Although the bank is known as a pioneer of pure Islamic banks, according to a SWOT analysis, their limited physical infrastructure and intense competition from large banks and digital entities. This fundraising strategy has proven very beneficial in reducing funding costs, maintaining liquidity stability, and strengthening customer loyalty through spiritual and emotional approaches. According to this study, to maintain competitive advantage and sustainable profitability in the local and national financial markets, Bank Muamalat must strengthen its digital ecosystem and improve Islamic financial literacy.

Abstract

Although the development of high-quality human resources has become a central focus of various national policies toward Indonesia Emas 2045, studies that specifically integrate Al-Qur’an values as a philosophical and ethical foundation within the framework of national human resource development remain relatively limited. This study aimed to interpret and analyze the fundamental values of Al-Qur’an that are relevant to the development of high-quality human resources who are competitive, virtuous, and possess strong integrity in the context of the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision. The study employed a qualitative approach with a library research design and normative-philosophical thematic analysis by examining relevant Qur’anic verses and national policy documents, particularly the Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional (RPJPN) 2025–2045. Data were collected using documentation techniques and analyzed through normative-philosophical thematic analysis. The findings show that the prescriptive values of Al-Qur’an encompass three main dimensions in developing high-quality human resources: the intellectual dimension, which emphasizes the pursuit of knowledge and innovation (Q.S. Az-Zumar [39]: 9); the character and ethical dimension, which focuses on the formation of noble character and integrity (Q.S. Al-Qalam [68]: 4); and the socio-economic dimension, which underscores the principles of collaboration and social justice (Q.S. Ali Imran [3]: 103). These findings contribute to the development of a concept of high-quality human resources grounded in prophetic Islamic values and broaden understanding of the integration between religion and national development policy. The study concludes that integrating Al-Qur’an values into educational curricula that combine religious knowledge with science and technology (STEM), alongside strengthening the role of Islamic educational institutions as strategic actors, is essential for producing intelligent, adaptive, and highly principled human resources. The implications of this study include theoretical contributions to the literature on human resource development based on Islamic values and practical implications for government and educational institutions in formulating human resource development policies and strategies toward Indonesia Emas 2045, while also opening opportunities for further research on the empirical implementation of Al-Qur’an value integration in Indonesia’s education and human resource development systems.

Abstract

Although reporting practices have long been an important part of human life, both in vertical relations with Allah and in horizontal relations with fellow human beings, systematic studies that examine reporting as a manifestation of moral, ethical, and social accountability from an Islamic perspective remain relatively limited. This article aims to analyze the concept of reporting in Islam based on verses of the Al-Qur’an, the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, and the interpretations of classical and contemporary scholars. The method used is library research with a qualitative analytical approach through an examination of Al-Qur’an texts, hadiths, tafsir works, and modern academic literature on accountability. The findings show that reporting in Islam encompasses three main dimensions: (1) human accountability to Allah, which is absolute and unavoidable; (2) reporting to fellow human beings, which emphasizes honesty, justice, and transparency; and (3) regulatory principles of reporting, which include the prohibition of falsehood, the obligation of tabayyun, and the preservation of trust (amānah). This concept is relevant to contemporary reporting practices in the governance of public institutions, organizations, and educational establishments because it provides a normative framework that guides the formation of fair and transparent reporting mechanisms. Thus, Islam offers a comprehensive foundation for building a culture of accountability that is just and integrity-based across various domains of modern life.

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Kopra Putih, Indirect Bed Dryer, UMKM, Zero Waste, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat  ABSTRACT Limited drying technology has constrained the utilization of coconut meat by the UMKM Mekar Jaya 4 group in Mekar Karya Village, East Lampung, while conventional smoking methods produce dark copra with unstable moisture content and low market value. This community empowerment program aimed to improve partner capacity through biomass-fueled indirect bed dryer technology, technical production training, and business management assistance using a participatory approach. The program was implemented through focus group discussions, technology design and deployment, training, and continuous mentoring and evaluation. Results showed successful implementation of the drying system, independent operation by the partners, improved uniformity of white copra quality, and increased empowerment levels in production and management aspects. The use of coconut husk waste as drying fuel also supports a circular economy and zero-waste approach. This program offers an integrative technology-based empowerment model with replication potential for coconut-processing MSMEs. Keywords: White Copra, Indirect Bed Dryer, UMKM, Zero Waste, Community Empowerment.
