Abstract

This paper examines the independence of learning which is the focus of advancing national education today. In the author's analysis, at least the big title “free learning” contains the complexity of the meaning of liberating the learning process which has been constrained by the system itself. There are three important things in the explanation of the Minister of National Education regarding freedom of learning, namely freedom of innovation, independent learning and creative learning. The author assumes these three things as the fundamental principles of the free learning policy. The three fundamental principles cannot be separated from the theoretical basis. Based on the results of the theoretical analysis carried out, it can be stated that the freedom of innovation will encourage teachers and students to be free without restraint to carry out various experiments to try new things to produce renewable ideas. Independent learning provides opportunities for students to choose to study to explore certain academic skills by formulating the motives of goals to be achieved according to their academic abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar. The learning activity of PAI students at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar, as well as the influence of teacher interpersonal communication on the learning activities of PAI students at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar by using quantitative descriptive types. And the data analysis method is simple linear regression with SPSS 25 program and the frequency percentage formula. The total population is 864 students, while the sample taken by the author is a random sample of 10% of the population, namely 86 respondents. Interpersonal communication of PAI teachers based on the perceptions of students, the total average of interpersonal communication of PAI teachers is 39.16, which means that the interpersonal communication of PAI teachers is in the high category and the learning activity of PAI students in SMA. Negeri 8 Makassar is a total of 64 questionnaires. ,35 means that based on the perceptions of students, active learning. PAI students are in the high category. The results of the analysis using simple linear analysis in the SPSS program show a simple regression formula which is known that the learning activity of students is influenced by 1,269 points of teacher interpersonal communication plus a constant value of 18,631. The other 3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This exploration is to further develop the results obtained from the mental, emotional, and psychomotor fields of grade 5 students in Madrasah Islamiyah subjects at SDN 056 Lamasariang, Polewali Mandar Regency. Analysts look for different sources, for example, various titles of books obtained from various libraries, bookstores, research diaries that scientists find on the web as references in the preparation of this proposal.The exploratory strategy used in this exam is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The exam is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases, specifically preparation, implementation, perception, and reflection. The focus of this research is the learning outcomes of fifth graders in utilizing singing learning techniques at SDN 056 Lamasariang, Polewali Mandar Regency.The results showed that Islamic Religious Education learning by applying the singing technique learning model could further develop students' results from mental space with normal values in the pre-pattern 69.2 to 75.8 in the primary cycle, and 83.4 in the second cycle with 56 % of pre-cycle culmination, to 76% in the primary cycle and 96% in the next cycle. Meanwhile, from the emotional aspect, the assessment of students' perspectives in the main cycle, the normal perception was 72.95, increased to 83.95 in the second cycle with 65% fulfillment in the primary cycle, and the second cycle with 90%.

Abstract

Masih banyak kalangan mahasiswa yang berlatar belakang ilmu pendidikan khususnya pendidikan dasar, belum memahami penyusunan tabel distribusi frekuensi, oleh karena itu penulis mencoba menulis materi distribusi frekuensi. Jenis penulisan ini adalah bersifat studi literatur dan bertujuan untuk mempelajari distribusi frekuensi dan aplikasinya pada ilmu pendidikan. Fokus pembahasan dalam penulisan ini adalah menjabarkan (1) definisi distribusi frekuensi, (2) istilah-istilah dalam distribusi frekuensi, (3) langkah-langkah menyusun daftar distribusi frekuensi, (4) jenis-jenis tabel distribusi frekuensi, dan (5) aplikasinya dalam ilmu pendidikan. Hasil pembahasan yang diperoleh adalah (1) uraian tentang definisi distribusi frekuensi, (2) uraian istilah-istilah dalam distribusi frekuensi, (3) langkah-langkah membuat daftar distribusi frekuensi, (4) jenis-jenis tabel distribusi frekuensi, dan (5) aplikasinya terhadap data hipotetik.

Abstract

Salah satu model pembelajaran yang memungkinkan peserta didik untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe word square. Model pembelajaran tipe ini adalah peserta didik bekerja sama dalam kelompok kecil dan saling membantu dalam belajar dapat memotivasi peserta didik, memanfaatkan seluruh energi sosial peserta didik, saling mengambil tanggung jawab. Model pembelajaran tipe word square membantu peserta didik belajar menemukan topik-topik materi pelajaran sesuai dengan konten dan keadaan peserta didik dalam lingkungan mereka. Menemukan kata-kata yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang diberikan selama pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic work ethic, competence and motivation on the performance of State Madrasah Aliyah teachers in South Sulawesi. This research is quantitative research with a population of 1.723 teachers in State Madrasah Aliyah, South Sulawesi. The sample of this study was taken using the Slovin formula with the provisions of 10% (error level) that consist of 95 teachers from State Madrasah Aliyah in the Regency/City in South Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique uses side probability which is a random sampling technique with the provision of an error rate of 10%, regardless of the strata that exist in the population. The data of this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with three independent variables and one dependent variable by testing the classical assumption test, which are heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and residual normality test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that the significance value is 0.001. Significance < 0.005(0.001 < 0.05), then H0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that Islamic work ethic, competence, and motivation equally affect the performance of State Madrasah Aliyah teachers in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study examined in depth the management of learning quality by looking at the four management components, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) at SMP Darul Arqam Gombara Makassar. The research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach, with the type of research being a multi-site study. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions. This study indicates that learning quality management at SMP Darul Arqam Makassar is implemented through four steps. First, learning planning according to Process Standards with innovative and accelerated curriculum content with the demands of the current education "market" and designed in an integrated manner between academic and non-academic activities based on progress and superiority. Second, learning organizations with well-placed resources integrated academic and non-academic schedules and internal institutional support for human resource development. Third; implementation of learning supported by competent and professional educators; adequate learning media; innovation in facilitating active, creative, fun learning; and an objective and accountable scoring system. Fourth, learning supervision by an objective and transparent performance appraisal system, internal and external supervisors with integrity.

Abstract

Statistical literacy is the ability to read and interpret data in statistics learning. The main problem raised in this research is how to produce valid statistical literacy learning module tools and instruments. This type of research is quantitative research, the research instruments validated in this study are 14 instruments, namely 5 instruments. Statistical literacy learning tools include (1) Semester Learning Plans, (2) Lecture Units, (3) Books Instructions for Using Modules, (4) Statistical Literacy Module, and (5) Student Activity Sheets, and 9 test and non-test instruments including; (1) Statistics Learning Outcomes Test, and (2) Statistical Literacy Learning Outcomes Test. While the non-test instruments, namely; (1) Assessment sheets for all instruments by expert assessors, (2) Learning module assessment sheets by expert assessors, (3) Lecturer Response Questionnaire Sheet for Statistics Learning, (4) Student Response Questionnaire Sheet for Statistics Learning, (5) Observation Sheet of Statistics Literacy Learning Implementation, (6) Observation Sheet of Lecturers Ability to Manage Statistics Literacy Learning, (7) Observation Sheet of Student Activities on Statistical Literacy Learning, (8) Lecturer Response Questionnaire Sheet Against Statistical Literacy Learning, (9) Student Response Questionnaire Sheet on Statistical Literacy Learning. The results showed that 5 statistical literacy learning instruments and 9 types of test and non-test instruments were declared valid, so that the statistical literacy learning module could be used.

Abstract

Evaluation of learning Islamic Religious Education and Character Budi is an important part in measuring the achievement of learning in the field of study. The evaluation component compiled reflects the comprehensive evaluation in a field of study. Evaluation of learning not only measures the learning outcomes achieved by learners, but measures the overall set of learning done by a teacher. The series of learning in question is started from the planning, then the implementation, and the last reporting. Therefore the study of this subject is the evaluation of the whole series of learning with four main components namely planning, learning activities, professional development, and learning outcomes. Learning Planning Components include assessment of learning resources. Components of learning implementation include assessments of principals, assessments of learners, and self-assessment. The professional development component includes all activities that teachers follow to improve their competence. Learning result components include analysis of learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to; (1) examine and analyze the influence of Madrasah head leadership, academic supervision, and functional training on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers (2) examine and analyze the influence of Madrasah head leadership on the performance of Madrasa Aliyah teachers (3) examine and analyze the effect of Madrasah head supervision on the performance of Mardasar Aliyah teachers (4) examine and analyze the effect of functional training on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in kabupaten Barru, and This research uses primary data and secondary data, primary data through a survey on Madrasah Aliyah in kabupaten Barru which was conducted from September to November 2020 with a population of 273 teachers from 12 Madrasah Aliyah. Determination of the sample using the slovin formula, which is 12 Madrasah Aliyah and 162 respondents were selected. Secondary data includes document data in Madrasah resulting from teacher performance assessments conducted by the head of Madrasah each year. The data analysis used is descriptive to explain and describe the research data, while the quantitative data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool with SPSS program. The results of this research, there are value (R2/r-square) of 0.976. Means that 97.6 percent of the independent variables are madrasah principal leadership, academic supervision, and functional training simultaneously affect the dependent variable on the performance of madrasah aliyah teachers and the rest is about 2.4% affect the other variables that are not included in this research. And variably, the leadership of the madrasah principal has a positive and significant effect on the performance of madrasah aliyah teachers in Barru by 96.9 percent, while the other 13.1 percent can be explained by other factors not examined in this research, and academic supervision has an effect positive and significant impact on teacher performance at madrasah aliyah in Barru. by 89.1 percent, while the other 10.9 percent can be explained by other factors, as well as, functional training has a significant effect on the performance of madrasah aliyah teachers in Barru by 72.1 percent, while the other 27.9 percent can be explained by other factors, and subsequently the leadership of the head of the state madrasah aliyah, and the implementation of academic supervision and functional training is better than private madrasah aliyah in Barru.
