Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan minat membayar zakat pada baznas kota malang. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode rumus slovin. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data mengindikasikan bahwa pada ketika yang sama akibat transparansi instansi, akuntabilitas, pemahaman dan kesadaran bakal minat menunaikan zakat di pasar-pasar Kota Malang. Sebagian, akibat transparansi kelembagaan, akuntabilitas, pemahaman dan kesadaran dominan positif terhadap minat menunaikan zakat di baseban Kota Malang.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the role of halal awareness, employing variables that canbe both influential (determinant) and influenced (output). The purpose of this paper is to consider howhalal awareness affects the halal traceability of products from the perspective of a business actor. Halalproducts are important in a country with the largest Muslim population. However, there are still manypeople who are not aware of the halalness of the product so that there are many products that are not yetclear about the halalness of the product. Questionnaires were distributed directly and data werecollected from 105 entrepreneurs. SEM-PLS was then applied to analyze the data. The results show thathalal awareness and the halal traceability influenced the business actors. Meanwhile, the halalawareness of the business actors was influenced by halal certification and religiosity. Knowledge failedto influence halal awareness.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahuidan menganalisis kepercayaan masyarakat kota Malang terhadap Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Malang yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert dan untuk metode analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dimana dari hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kriteria kepercayaan masyarakat dengan indikator Transaparansi memiliki minimum 2 dan maksimum 5, dengan rata-rata 3.97 serta standar devisiasinya sebesar 0,684. Kepercayaan masyarakat berdasarkan indikator Akuntabilitas memiliki minimum 2 dan maksimum 5, dengan rata-rata 3.97 serta standar devisiasinya sebesar 0,659. Kepercayaan masyarakat berdasarkan indikator Pertanggung jawaban memiliki minimum 2 dan maksimum 5, dengan rata-rata 4.05 serta standar devisiasinya sebesar 0,675. Kepercayaan masyarakat berdasarkan Independensi memiliki minimum 2 dan maksimum 5, dengan rata-rata 4.01 serta standar devisiasinya sebesar 0,730. Kepercayaan masyarakat berdasarkan Keadilan memiliki minimum 2 dan maksimum 5, dengan rata-rata 3.93 serta standar devisiasinya sebesar 0,710. Kepercayaan masyarakat berdasarkan Shariah Compliance memiliki minimum 2 dan maksimum 5, dengan rata-rata 4.05 serta standar devisiasinya sebesar 0,667. Diantara item pernyataan yang membentuk kepercayaan masyarakat kota Malang, terdapat dua item pernyataan dalam indikator Pertanggung-jawaban dan Shariah Compliance yang memiliki nilai dengan kategori tertinggi dengan nilai rata-rata yang sama yaitu 4.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity and knowledge on the attitudesand intentions of Muslim consumers to buy Halal cosmetic products. The type ofresearch used is research with a quantitative approach. Based on the results ofresearch conducted by research by distributing questionnaires to students of theIslamic banking study program 18 Malang Islamic University and students of theIslamic economic law study program 18 Islamic State University of Malang. Theresearcher got 207 respondents based on gender, study program, institution and howto find out halal and haram laws with the Maghrib concept. sampling of this researchusing Explanatory Research. The analytical tool used is Amos. The results of thestudy prove the first, that the religiosity variable (X1) has a positive and significantinfluence on the attitude variable (Y1). the second, the knowledge variable (X2) has apositive and significant effect on the Attitude variable (Y1). the third, the religiosityvariable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the consumer intentionvariable (Y2). the fourth is that the knowledge variable (X2) has a positive effect onthe consumer intention variable (Y2) but the effect is not significant. and the fifthvariable attitude (Y1) has a positive and significant influence on the variableconsumer intentions (Y2).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determines the determinants of public interestin using sharia Link Aja service. This study belongs to quantitative associativeresearch. The sampling technique was carried out using the Slovin formula. Therewere 100 respondents from the Malang City community who only use sharia Link Ajaservice. The data was analysed by using multiple linear regression analysis usingSPSS 14. The results showed that the perceived usefulness variable (X1) had apositive and significant effect on interest in using (Y), the perceived trust variable(X2) had a positive and significant effect on interest in using (Y), subjective normvariable (X3) had a positive and significant effect on interest in using (Y).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms,perceptions of technology, level of trust, and ease of use on customer interest inusing internet banking facilities (Case study customer of Bank Syariah IndonesiaBatu City). This type of research is quantitative research. This study took asample of 100 respondents who are customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in BatuCity. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS25. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, namelyattitude (X1) has a positive and significant effect on interest (Y), subjective norm(X2) has a negative effect on interest (Y). , the perception of technology (X3) has anegative effect on interest (Y), the level of trust (X4) has a positive and significanteffect on interest (Y), ease of use (X5) has a positive and significant effect oninterest (Y). In contrast, the variabel Attitude (X1), Subjektive Norm (X2),Perception of Technology (X3), Level of Trust (X4), and Ease of Use (X5)have apositive and significant effect simultaneously on Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer perception, customer trust and customer loyalty on the use of mobile banking at Bank Syariah Indonesia Malang City The analytical method used in this study is multiple lmier regression analysis for hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the Perception variable Customer 1) has a partial negative and insignificant effect on the use of mobile banking (Y). Customer Trust Variable 2) and Customer Loyalty variable ) have a positive and partially significant effect on the use of mobile bankang (Y). Meanwhile, the variables of customer perception, customer trust and customer loyalty have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the use of mobile banking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and exchange rates on theprofitability of Islamic Commercial Banks listed at OJK in 2016-2020. The analyticalmethod used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. for hypothesis testingusing SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) the inflation variable has asignificant negative effect on profitability (Y). 2) the exchange rate variable has no effecton profitability (Y). while the inflation and exchange rate variables affect profitability.

Abstract

Perkembangan bank syariah di Indonesia saat ini sangat meningkat. Bank MuamalatIndonesia adalah bank syariah pertama di Indonesia. Dengan adanya Bank Muamalat Indonesiatelah mendorong adanya bank-bank syariah lainnya. Sehingga, dengan adanya bank-bank syariahyang ada saat ini persaingan semakin ketat dan kompetitif. Namun disisi lain perkembangan BankMuamalat Indonesia juga mengalami naik turun setiap tahunnya. Dengan adanya permasalahan inikepuasan nasabah menjadi aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan. Kepuasan nasabah yang perludiperhatikan yaitu terkait faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah seperti kualitas produk,kualitas pelayanan dan promosi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitasproduk, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Muamalat KCP KotaPasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan melakukanpenyebaran kuisioner. Peneliti memperoleh hasil bahwasannya kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanandan promosi berepngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank MuamalatKCP Kota Pasuruan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy on decisions to use Islamic banking products in students of the Islamic Banking Study Program FEB UNISMA. The location of this research was carried out on students of the Islamic Banking Study Program FEB UNISMA. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Islamic Banking Study Program FEB UNISMA who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that Islamic financial literacy has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions and has an effect on decisions to use Islamic banking products for students of the Islamic Banking Study Program FEB UNISMA. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that Islamic financial literacy partially has a significant and positive effect on the decision to use Islamic banking products. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 9.9%, where the decision to use the product can be influenced by Islamic financial literacy. Furthermore, in this study, the data collection method can be continued by paying attention to the willingness of respondents, follow-up to fill out, so that when given a questionnaire, they can immediately fill in the data properly.
