Abstract

Batang pisang merupakan salah satu limbah yang tidak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat dan keong mas merupakan salah satu hama paling merugikan bagi petani, terutama pada awal masa tanam. Kedua bahan tersebut memiliki potensi yang baik untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai olahan pakan ternak unggas. Proses pengolahan pakan ternak ini melalui proses fermentasi yang dibantu dengan EM4 dan molase sebagai activator dan sumber nutrisi bagi bakteri. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah batang pisang, keong mas, EM4 peternakan, molase, dan garam. Sedangkan alat yang digunakan adalah mesin pencacah batang pisang, mesin penggiling keong mas, dan mesin penepung. Proses pengolahan pakan ternak unggas ini dimulai dengan mencacah batang pisang sampai halus kemudian di fermentasi beberapa hari dan dijemur hingga kering. Keong dipisahkan antara daging dengan cangkangnya kemudian di haluskan, lalu dijemur sampai kering. Kemudian batang pisang dan keong yang halus di masukan ke mesin penepung agar benar benar halus selanjutnya, dicampur rata. Pakan ternak unggas ini mengandung serat kasar %, kadar air %, protein %, abu %, dan lemak %. Pakan yang baik memiliki bau asam segar, warna kuning kecoklatan, tekstur lembut serta mudah dipisahkan. Abstract

The importance of the innovation process and the novelty of the MSME system is one of adding value to MSMEs in the current globalization. One of the innovation processes that need to be carried out is to improve the digitization process of MSMEs. Kulon Progo MSMEs do not have accurate and efficient inventory records, which is one of the causes of inventory management that has not been managed optimally. Based on the problems that occur in Kulon Progo MSMEs, it is necessary to develop a digital-based inventory application in order to minimize product recording errors. Therefore, this study aims to apply digital-based inventory applications to functional beverage products in Kulon Progo MSMEs. This research was conducted in January-June 2024 at one of the MSMEs located in Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The data collection method used uses interviews, observations, and literature studies. While the application development method uses the Waterfall method. the use of AppSheet-based inventory applications in Kulon Progo MSMEs can be implemented properly. After passing the implementation and testing stages, the application can be applied to manage inventory by recording product entry and exit. The application of mixed functional beverage product inventory applications in Kulon Progo MSMEs simplifies the recording process for MSMEs and can be a solution to inventory problems in MSMEs.

Abstract

Efisiensi penggunaan air pada budidaya tanaman padi merupakan hal yang sangat penting ditengah semakin tingginya persaingan pemanfaatan sumberdaya air. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk  meningkatkan efisiensi tersebut adalah dengan cara pemantauan ketinggian air di petakan lahan sawah, untuk selanjutnya dijadikan dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk pemberian air irigasi apabila diperlukan. Hal ini dikenal dengan pengairan basah kering AWD (alternate wetting and drying). Untuk luasan penanaman yang besar dibutuhkan suatu metode pengumpulan dan penyajian data ketinggian air dari tiap petak sawah yang efektif, hal ini sangat sulit untuk dilakukan dengan cara konvensional. Pada penelitian ini, pembuatan prototipe alat multisensor pengukuran ketinggian air di lahan sawah secara elektronik dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor jarak. Rangkaian sensor ini memiliki sumberdaya baterai Li-ion dan terhubung dengan sel surya, data dari tiap sensor selanjutnya akan dikirim ke rangkaian master dengan komunikasi melalui modul Lora dan akan diupload ke platform IoT Ubidots dengan menggunakan modem. Sistem penghematan daya dilakukan dengan cara mengkondisikan mikrokontroller, sensor dan Lora ke mode hemat daya sehingga rangkaian sensor dapat bertahan tanpa sumberdaya matahari selama 4.13 hari. Selain itu pula, sistem mampu mengukur jarak ketingian air dari sensor yang berada pada rentang 53-60 cm. Tegangan baterai tepada alat ini berada pada nilai tertinggi 3.78V dan terendah 3.65V.

Abstract

Agricultural Equipment and Machinery Services Business (UPJA) is a rural economic entity that provides services to improve farming equipment and machinery (alsintan). UPJA's good performance will satisfy consumers (farmers). The purpose of this survey was to discover how satisfied farmers were with UPJA services. The method employed was descriptive, with IPA-Kano integrated analysis. The data was gathered through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to 90 UPJA clients from three classes: Beginner, Developing, and Professional. The results revealed that clients were Quite Satisfied in the Beginner class, Very Satisfied in the Developing class, and Satisfied in the Professional class. The Beginner class's priorities for increasing service were the diversity of machinery, its adequacy, and the number of staff. In the Developing and Professional classes, advertising attributes, personal protective equipment utilization, and team member uniforms were prioritized for service improvement. Abstract

Pengembangan produk wedang stamina instan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Value Engineering untuk meningkatkan nilai produk melalui pengoptimalan fungsi dan pengurangan biaya tanpa mengurangi kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengembangkan produk instan wedang stamina yang berkualitas tinggi dengan menggunakan pendekatan Value Engineering, serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas produk yang praktis, dan kaya manfaat untuk menjaga stamina dan vitalitas tubuh, sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen modern yang menginginkan minuman sehat yang mudah diakses dan efektif. Pendekatan Value Engineering juga mendorong inovasi dalam formulasi dan kemasan sehingga produk lebih menarik dan kompetitif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan proses pengembangan produk wedang stamina instan menggunakan metode value engineering dilakukan dengan tahap informasi, tahap kreatif, tahap analisis, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap rekomendasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima alternatif pengembangan produk wedang stamina instan dengan skor tertinggi. Masing-masing alternatif berbeda pada formulasi seduhan, desain kemasan dan jenis kemasan. Alternatif terbaik yang diperoleh yaitu alternatif 2 dengan formulasi seduhan 2, desain kemasan 2, dengan jenis kemasan box. Rasio nilai tambah dan keuntungan wedang stamina instan dengan metode Value Engineering tergolong tinggi sebesar 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality and price on online  motorcycle taxi user loyalty way jepara, especially Go-Star and cetar users. This research  method uses quantitative research, which is a method to test certain theories by using how to  examine the relationship between variables, then measuring with research instruments by  distributing questionnaires to Go-Star and cetar online motorcycle taxi users. The questionnaire  measures key variables such as service quality, price and user loyalty. The data collected is then  analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques. The results of research that has been conducted by researchers can be concluded that the  service quality variable (X1) is partially tested on the loyalty of online motorcycle taxi users  resulting in a t test significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (0.000 0.05). The price variable  (X2) partially tested on the loyalty of online motorcycle taxi users resulted in a t test significant  value of 0.004 smaller than 0.05 (0.004 0.05). service quality and price variables are tested  simultaneously on the loyalty of online motorcycle taxi service users the calculated F value is  greater than the F table value, namely F count 80.423 3.09 and also a value and also a  significant value of 0.000 0.05

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to identify and analyze the internal and external factors that influence farmers’ interest in using Trichoderma sp. as a biological control agent for chili cultivation in Giritirto Village, Purwosari Subdistrict, Gunung Kidul. Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach with purposive and random sampling methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Instrument testing employed Microsoft Excel. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression using SPSS software to assess the influence of various independent variables. Main Findings: The study found that farmers' interest in using Trichoderma sp. was generally high. Among the factors examined, the role of extension workers and the availability of facilities and infrastructure had a significant positive effect on farmers' interest. In contrast, age, education level, and farming experience did not have a significant influence on their interest in adopting Trichoderma sp.. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study uniquely explores the socio-demographic and institutional factors influencing farmers’ interest in adopting Trichoderma sp., which has rarely been addressed in previous research. It provides new insights into the human dimension of sustainable agriculture adoption, offering practical implications for policy and extension strategies to promote environmentally friendly farming practices.

Abstract

Abstrak Usaha pemasaran cabai adalah unit usaha milik Gapoktan Tirto Sembodo yang berlokasi di Kalurahan Tirtomartani, Kapanewon Kalasan, Kabupaten Sleman. Usaha ini beroperasi setiap hari untuk mengumpulkan hasil panen cabai petani dan menjualkannya ke pasar lelang. Ramainya petani yang menyetorkan hasil panen ke unit usaha membuat pengelola usaha sering kali kerepotan karena proses pencatatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketermpilan pengelola usaha dalam pencatatan digital menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel. Sasaran kegiatannya adalah 20 pengelola usaha pemasaran cabai. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah ceramah, anjangsana, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelola dalam menggunakan microsoft excel untuk pencatatan setoran cabai petani. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan mampu memahami penggunaan beberapa tools dasar excel. Dampak dari kegiatan pencatatan secara digital ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kerapian dan efisiensi kerja pengeola. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap efektivitas manajemen administrasi unit usaha pemasaran cabai. Kata kunci: microsoft excel; pelatihan; pemasaran cabai; pencatatan digital; pengelolaan usaha Abstract The chili marketing business is a business unit owned by Gapoktan Tirto Sembodo located in Tirtomartani Village, Kalasan District, Sleman Regency. This business operates every day to collect farmers' chili harvests and sell them to the auction market. The large number of farmers who deposit their harvests to the business unit often makes business managers confused because the recording process is still done manually. The method in this activity is mentoring with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of business managers in digital recording using the Microsoft Excel application. The target of the activity is 20 chili marketing business managers. The implementation methods used are lectures, visits, demonstrations, and direct practice. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of managers in using Microsoft Excel to record farmers' chili deposits. Participants also showed high enthusiasm and were able to understand the use of several basic Excel tools. The impact of this digital recording activity has been proven to be able to increase the neatness and efficiency of the manager's work. This activity has a positive impact on the effectiveness of the administrative management of the chili marketing business unit. Keywords: business management; chili marketing; digital recording; microsoft excel; training

Abstract

One of the horticultural commodities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta with significant development potential is melon. The millennial generation is expected to replace the aging farmer population in Indonesia. This study focuses on company strategies to increase the interest of millennial farmers in entering the agricultural sector. The research was conducted at PT Indigen Karya Unggul, an agribusiness company established to attract millennials to agriculture. The millennial generation is considered essential for developing agribusiness enterprises, particularly at PT Indigen Karya Unggul.The research was carried out from December 2024 to February 2025 using a descriptive qualitative method. A literature review was conducted to formulate the strategies needed by the company as a means of agribusiness development. The findings are as follows: Based on the Cartesian diagram from the SWOT analysis, the intersection point lies at coordinates X,Y (-0.25; 0.345), placing it in quadrant III. This indicates that the strategy to be applied is the Weakness-Opportunities (W-O) strategy, also known as a conservative strategy, which represents a relatively favorable situation. The W-O strategy aims to minimize weaknesses by utilizing available opportunities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) saluran pemasaran kapulaga, (2) besarnya margin pemasaran, farmer’s share, dan keuntungan terhadap biaya pemasaran kapulaga, (3) saluran pemasaran kapulaga paling efisien di Desa Kramat, Kecamatan Kranggan, Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan dari bulan Oktober 2023 sampai April 2024. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja karena Desa Kramat merupakan sentra produksi kapulaga. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara menggunakan kuesioner serta data pendukung dari instansi terkait. Teknik pengampilan sampel petani menggunakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 60 orang yang terdiri dari 30 anggota Gapoktan Desa Kramat dan 30 anggota Asosiasi Petani Kapulaga Kranggan sedangkan pengambilan sampel lembaga pemasaran dilakukan secara purposive sebanyak 5 orang terdiri dari 1 pengepul asosiasi, 2 pengepul desa, dan 2 pengepul kecamatan. Pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran kapulaga, yakni saluran I (petani - pengepul asosiasi – konsumen), II (petani -pengepul desa B - pengepul kecamatan B - konsumen) dan saluran III (petani - pengepul desa A - pengepul kecamatan A - pengepul kecamatan B - konsumen), (2) margin pemasaran saluran I sebesar Rp11.000/Kg, saluran II sebesar Rp16.500/Kg, dan saluran III sebesar Rp12.500/Kg. Farmer’s share saluran pemasaran I, II dan III secara berurutan sebesar 90,91%, 77%, dan 76,75%. Sedangkan rasio keuntungan terhadap biaya saluran I sebesar 18, saluran II sebesar 3,45, dan saluran III sebesar 2,83, (3) saluran pemasaran kapulaga yang paling efisien di Desa Kramat adalah saluran I atau saluran pemasaran melalui Asosiasi Petani Kapulaga Kranggan
