Abstract

One of the horticultural commodities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta with significant development potential is melon. The millennial generation is expected to replace the aging farmer population in Indonesia. This study focuses on company strategies to increase the interest of millennial farmers in entering the agricultural sector. The research was conducted at PT Indigen Karya Unggul, an agribusiness company established to attract millennials to agriculture. The millennial generation is considered essential for developing agribusiness enterprises, particularly at PT Indigen Karya Unggul.The research was carried out from December 2024 to February 2025 using a descriptive qualitative method. A literature review was conducted to formulate the strategies needed by the company as a means of agribusiness development. The findings are as follows: Based on the Cartesian diagram from the SWOT analysis, the intersection point lies at coordinates X,Y (-0.25; 0.345), placing it in quadrant III. This indicates that the strategy to be applied is the Weakness-Opportunities (W-O) strategy, also known as a conservative strategy, which represents a relatively favorable situation. The W-O strategy aims to minimize weaknesses by utilizing available opportunities

Abstract

Indonesia adalah tumbuhan biofarmaka. Bunga rosela merupakan salah satu jenis tumbuhan biofarmaka yang dapat diolah menjadi minuman fungsional. Banyak Perusahaan yang telah menjadikan bunga rosela sebagai bahan baku produknya. Salah satunya adalah CV X di Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan pada inovasi produk minuman fungsional bunga rosela di CV X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2024 sampai bulan Juni 2025. Pemilihan tempat penelitian ditentukan dengan purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder sebagai data pendukung. Hasil analisis total biaya produksi minuman fungsional bunga rosela adalah Rp109.614.500 dan didapatkan HPP produk sebesar Rp3.513,29/unit dengan HJP sebesar Rp4.918,60 yang dibulatkan menjadi Rp5.000. Dari usaha produksi dan penjualan produk minuman fungsional bunga rosela, perusahaan bisa mendapatkan total penerimaan sebesar Rp156.000.000 dengan keuntungan Rp46.385.500. Hasil analisis kelayakan finansial yaitu pada BEP Unit didapatkan sebesar 82,4 atau 83 pcs, BEP Harga sebesar Rp408.333,33 serta analisis R/C Ratio mendapatkan nilai 1,42. R/C mendapatkan nilai lebih dari 1, yang artinya bahwa usaha produksi dikatakan menguntungkan dan layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) saluran pemasaran kapulaga, (2) besarnya margin pemasaran, farmer’s share, dan keuntungan terhadap biaya pemasaran kapulaga, (3) saluran pemasaran kapulaga paling efisien di Desa Kramat, Kecamatan Kranggan, Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan dari bulan Oktober 2023 sampai April 2024. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja karena Desa Kramat merupakan sentra produksi kapulaga. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara menggunakan kuesioner serta data pendukung dari instansi terkait. Teknik pengampilan sampel petani menggunakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 60 orang yang terdiri dari 30 anggota Gapoktan Desa Kramat dan 30 anggota Asosiasi Petani Kapulaga Kranggan sedangkan pengambilan sampel lembaga pemasaran dilakukan secara purposive sebanyak 5 orang terdiri dari 1 pengepul asosiasi, 2 pengepul desa, dan 2 pengepul kecamatan. Pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran kapulaga, yakni saluran I (petani - pengepul asosiasi – konsumen), II (petani -pengepul desa B - pengepul kecamatan B - konsumen) dan saluran III (petani - pengepul desa A - pengepul kecamatan A - pengepul kecamatan B - konsumen), (2) margin pemasaran saluran I sebesar Rp11.000/Kg, saluran II sebesar Rp16.500/Kg, dan saluran III sebesar Rp12.500/Kg. Farmer’s share saluran pemasaran I, II dan III secara berurutan sebesar 90,91%, 77%, dan 76,75%. Sedangkan rasio keuntungan terhadap biaya saluran I sebesar 18, saluran II sebesar 3,45, dan saluran III sebesar 2,83, (3) saluran pemasaran kapulaga yang paling efisien di Desa Kramat adalah saluran I atau saluran pemasaran melalui Asosiasi Petani Kapulaga Kranggan

Abstract

Study of Productivity and Income of Lowland Rice Farming the Impact of Agricultural machinery Aid, Seeds and Fertilizer is implemented in Malang Regency with sample of location and sample of farmer determined purposively (sampling) in 3 (three) Subdistricts and 6 (six) farmer group who received machinery aid, seeds and fertilizers. The sample of respondents was determined by non-proportioned random sampling method with 15 farmer groups each. Thus, the number of respondents as many as 90 members of the group. This study aims to determine the production, productivity and income of lowland rice farming before and after obtaining agricultural machinery aid, seeds, and fertilizers. Measurement of production is done by weighing the weight of dry grain harvest with tons unit. Productivity is measured by a partial productivity approach that is the production per hectare. Income is analysed using financial analysis. Comparative analysis using Students Test. The results showed that government aid in the form of agricultural machinery, seeds, and fertilizer subsidies can increase production 0.179 tons with an average land area of 0.44 hectares, increase productivity by 0.41 ton / ha or increase 7%, and increase income by Rp2,871,465.00 per hectare or increase 28.96%.

Abstract

Masalah gigi berlubang adalah masalah yang sering diungkapkan oleh anak-anak dan dewasa karena dapat membawa dampak buruk seperti rasa sakit, gangguan makan, serta risiko rawat inap dan biaya pengobatan yang mahal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan siswa SDN Sumurgung II tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh siswa kelas 3, 4, dan 5 di SDN Sumurgung II dengan sampel sebanyak 81 siswa yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar siswa memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut, terutama siswa perempuan pada usia 12 tahun. Namun, pengetahuan saja tidak cukup, perilaku menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut juga memiliki peran penting, seperti memilih makanan yang sehat, rutin menyikat gigi 3 kali sehari. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kesehatan gigi dan mulut, sebaiknya sekolah melaksanakan penyuluhan kesehatan gigi dan mulut minimal 6 bulan sekali dengan melibatkan tenaga kesehatan dari puskesmas.

Abstract

Nata de Aloe Vera Pack merupakan produk dengan penjualan tertinggi di PT Mount Vera Sejati, namun sering kali mengalami stock out yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan pengiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai peramalan penjulan produk Nata De Aloe Vera Pack untuk periode November 2024-Maret 2025 melalui metode peramalan Single Moving Average. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling di PT Mount Vera Sejati, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai MAD sebesar 131,09, MSE sebesar 68.825,58, dan MAPE sebesar 19,79%, yang termasuk dalam kategori akurasi peramalan yang baik. Jumlah produk yang perlu diproduksi mulai November 2024 hingga Desember 2025 adalah 9752 pack, dengan rata-rata perbualan sebanyak 697 pack.

Abstract

The importance of the innovation process and the novelty of the MSME system is one of adding value to MSMEs in the current globalization. One of the innovation processes that need to be carried out is to improve the digitization process of MSMEs. Kulon Progo MSMEs do not have accurate and efficient inventory records, which is one of the causes of inventory management that has not been managed optimally. Based on the problems that occur in Kulon Progo MSMEs, it is necessary to develop a digital-based inventory application in order to minimize product recording errors. Therefore, this study aims to apply digital-based inventory applications to functional beverage products in Kulon Progo MSMEs. This research was conducted in January-June 2024 at one of the MSMEs located in Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The data collection method used uses interviews, observations, and literature studies. While the application development method uses the Waterfall method. the use of AppSheet-based inventory applications in Kulon Progo MSMEs can be implemented properly. After passing the implementation and testing stages, the application can be applied to manage inventory by recording product entry and exit. The application of mixed functional beverage product inventory applications in Kulon Progo MSMEs simplifies the recording process for MSMEs and can be a solution to inventory problems in MSMEs.

Abstract

ABSTRACTModern agriculture is a more advanced agricultural system, starting from land processing technology, plant maintenance, pest and disease control, to harvest and post-harvest activities. Modern agriculture with the use of agricultural tools and machinery can increased productivity and business efficiency. The aim of this research was to determine the performance of modern agricultural businesses compared to conventional farming.This study used experimental and survey methods. The experimental method was used for the purpose of collecting data on the application of modern agriculture, while the survey method was used to collect data on the application of conventional agriculture. The sample used in this study was determined purposively as many as 40 people, namely farmers who farm rice conventionally. The analysis used was descriptive analysis by calculating the costs and income of rice farming and comparing the implementation of modern agriculture and conventional agriculture.Based on the results of the financial analysis, the costs of modern rice farming were still relatively high compared to conventional farming, but the production results obtained by modern rice farming were relatively higher compared to conventional farming. This was because the use of combine harvester can reduce the risk of damage and loss of yields on the land.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer preferences for Wedang Herbal products and to identify attributes that influence purchasing interest based on consumer preferences. This research method is descriptive quantitative using a sampling technique carried out by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type. This study used 50 respondents with the criteria for respondents required are someone who has bought it and prospective consumers who will buy Wedang Herbal at CV X Magelang Regency. The data analysis method used to determine consumer preferences is conjoint analysis while to determine consumer purchasing interest using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application program analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that consumer preferences have a significant effect on purchasing interest in Wedang Herbal products, both simultaneously (F test) and partially (t test).

Abstract

Abstrak Usaha pemasaran cabai adalah unit usaha milik Gapoktan Tirto Sembodo yang berlokasi di Kalurahan Tirtomartani, Kapanewon Kalasan, Kabupaten Sleman. Usaha ini beroperasi setiap hari untuk mengumpulkan hasil panen cabai petani dan menjualkannya ke pasar lelang. Ramainya petani yang menyetorkan hasil panen ke unit usaha membuat pengelola usaha sering kali kerepotan karena proses pencatatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketermpilan pengelola usaha dalam pencatatan digital menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel. Sasaran kegiatannya adalah 20 pengelola usaha pemasaran cabai. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah ceramah, anjangsana, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelola dalam menggunakan microsoft excel untuk pencatatan setoran cabai petani. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan mampu memahami penggunaan beberapa tools dasar excel. Dampak dari kegiatan pencatatan secara digital ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kerapian dan efisiensi kerja pengeola. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap efektivitas manajemen administrasi unit usaha pemasaran cabai. Kata kunci: microsoft excel; pelatihan; pemasaran cabai; pencatatan digital; pengelolaan usaha Abstract The chili marketing business is a business unit owned by Gapoktan Tirto Sembodo located in Tirtomartani Village, Kalasan District, Sleman Regency. This business operates every day to collect farmers' chili harvests and sell them to the auction market. The large number of farmers who deposit their harvests to the business unit often makes business managers confused because the recording process is still done manually. The method in this activity is mentoring with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of business managers in digital recording using the Microsoft Excel application. The target of the activity is 20 chili marketing business managers. The implementation methods used are lectures, visits, demonstrations, and direct practice. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of managers in using Microsoft Excel to record farmers' chili deposits. Participants also showed high enthusiasm and were able to understand the use of several basic Excel tools. The impact of this digital recording activity has been proven to be able to increase the neatness and efficiency of the manager's work. This activity has a positive impact on the effectiveness of the administrative management of the chili marketing business unit. Keywords: business management; chili marketing; digital recording; microsoft excel; training
