Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif hampir diseluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Tidak hanya sektor kesehatan saja yang terganggu namun juga semua sektor lainnya seperti ekonomi, pertanian, transportasi, sosial, dll. Pertumbuhan ekonomi selama masa pandemi terus mengalami penurunan mulai dari triwulan II-2020. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tidak mencapai nilai negatif yaitu pertanian, sektor informasi dan komunikasi, serta sektor jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial. Turunnya pertumbuhan sektor transportasi dan pergudanganjuga berakibat pada perdagangan komoditas pertanian.  Terdapat disparitas yang tinggi hingga mencapai diatas 50% pada beberapa komoditas seperti daging ayam ras, cabai merah, daging sapi, dan bawang merah. Namun ada juga harga komoditas pertanian yang stabil seperti beras, telur ayam, minyak goreng, dan gula pasir. Selain disparitas harga dalam tulisan ini juga membahas tentang prediksi neraca perdagangan komoditas pertanian. Pada komoditas Daging sapi/kerbau terjadi defisit sebanyak 14 ribu ton pada periode Januari-Mei 2021, sedangkan komoditas bahan makanan pokok lainnya mengalami surplus. Bahan makanan pokok merupakan kebutuhan utama masyarakat sehingga pemerintah harus dapat mengintegrasikan jaringan pasar induk pada tiap daerah, meningkatkan manajamen stok dan logistik, serta melakukan peningkatan produksi.

Abstract

Bogor is capable of producing 16 208 tons of coconuts a year, and a big amount of coconut shells. This kind of shells can be a very valuable business commodity when processed into briquette. However the majority of Indonesian coconut farmers have only a little number of coconuts trees, so that the shell production is low and the farmers find it difficult to enter the briquette industry. Therefore, the coconut farmers need to join in the business based on cooperative approach to enter briquette industry.The coconut farmers who become members of the cooperative will get the guidance to process coconut shells into charcoal .The charcoal produced by farmers is used as raw material of making briquette. The market target of briquette will be Japan and the product will be sold at Rp11 829 per kilogram. This business gives financial benefit to the cooperative as the NPV is Rp5.1 milliards, gross B/C is 1.18, and payback period is 2 years 8 months. Nonfinancially, this business gives social benefit to the farmers who are members of the cooperative, because the cooperative buys the farmers’ charcoal in a good price, i.e. higher than the market price. Besides, those farmers will also get share profit from the cooperative.

Abstract

T Phyllosticta zingiberii is the dominant cause of leaf spot disease in Indonesia. Leaf spot disease is the potential to cause great losses to ginger production. The research objectives were to investigate the dosage of fungicide and foliar fertilizer which are effective for controlling Phyllosticta zingiberi leaf spot disease of ginger. The research was conducted in Argodadi, Sedayu, Bantul, DIY and arranged in factorial design in a complete randomized block design that consists of two factors. The first factor is the application dose of fungicide, which consists of three levels, namely 0 g/L, 1,5 g/L, and 3 g/L. The second factor is the application dose of foliar fertilizer, which consists of three levels, namely 0 cc/L, 2,5 cc/L, and 5 cc/L The result of the research provides information that the application of 3 g/L fungicide is more effective in reducing the percentage and the intensity attack of Phyllosticta zingiberi effectively by 56,03 and 65,90%. Applying fungicide at the level of 3 g/l and 5 ml/l of foliar fertilizer was more effective in increasing ginger rhizome’s growth and productivity.

Abstract

Phyllosticta zingiberi leaf spot disease causes leaf damage, causing low yields. Control efforts carried out by farmers have yet to yield maximum results, so effective and applicable control techniques are needed, including combining the use of fungicides and foliar fertilizers. The study aimed to determine the effective concentrations of fungicides and foliar fertilizers for controlling leaf spot disease and their effect on Red Ginger productivity and farming. The research was conducted in Argodadi Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, from November 18, 2020, to August 18 2021, in a factorial manner which was arranged in a complete randomized block design consisting of 2 factors with three concentration levels, namely fungicide as much as 0 L/Ha, 6 L/Ha, 12 L /Ha and 0 L/Ha, 10 L/Ha, 20 L/Ha foliar fertilizer. The results showed that applying 6 L/Ha fungicides reduced the intensity of attacks and the percentage of plants affected by leaf spot disease by 56.03% and 65.90%, respectively. While the combination treatment of 12 L/Ha of fungicide and 20 L/Ha of foliar fertilizer was able to increase ginger productivity by increasing plant height, number of tillers, fresh ginger rhizome weight of 0.34 kg/plant and financial benefits in the farming of Rp. 49,180,916 per Ha with an R/C ratio of 1.35.

Abstract

Wedang Uwuh is a traditional drink typical of Yogyakarta made from various natural spices (ginger, second wood, nutmeg leaves, cinnamon leaves, clove handles, and other herbs). A large number of wedang uwuh industries in Yogyakarta cause fierce business competition.The study aimed to determine the influence of consumer behavior on the purchasing decisions of wedang uwuh Tea Bag, both partially and simultaneously. This research was a quantitative associative study with a descriptive approach. The sample selection used purposive sampling with Roscoe's theory, with a sample size of 50 respondents. Data were collected through interviews using a guided questionnaire. The influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Tests, t-tests, F-tests, and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that consumer behavior, including cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors, collectively influenced the purchasing decisions of brewed uwuh tea bags at CV Dewi Makmur. However, individually, cultural and personal factors had a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of brewed uwuh tea bags, while social factors and psychological factors did not have an impact on the purchasing decisions of wedang uwuh Tea Bag.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui berapa saluran pemasaran, margin pemasaran, farmer’s share dan efisiensi pemasaran komoditas jahe emprit. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di Kalurahan Jatimulyo, Kapanewon Girimulyo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai bulan Juni 2023. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive, untuk pengambilan sampel petani menggunakan metode slovin dan proportionate stratified random sampling, sedangkan untuk pengambilan sampel pelaku usaha menggunakan snowball. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif, sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran yaitu: saluran pemasaran I, Petani – Pengecer – Konsumen; saluran pemasaran II, Petani – Pengepul – Konsumen; saluran pemasaran III, Petani – Pengepul - Pengecer – Konsumen. Margin pemasaran saluran pemasaran I, II, III secara berurutan Rp3000/Kg, Rp2500/Kg, dan Rp6000/Kg. Nilai farmer’s share pada penelitian ini tergolong efisien dengan niali farmer’s share saluran pemasaran I, II dan III secara berurutan sebesar 75%, 72%, dan 57%. Diantara ketiga saluran pemasaran tersebut yang paling efisien dan direkomendasikan pada penelitian ini adalah saluran pemasaran I yaitu nilai efisiensinya sebesar 1,06%.

Abstract

Industri herbal di Indonesia mengindikasikan pertumbuhan yang baik dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dengan proyeksi peningkatan penjualan yang signifikan. Pertumbuhan ini didorong oleh kecenderungan masyarakat untuk kembali ke bahan alami dan peningkatan produsen herbal. Meskipun demikian, persaingan yang ketat antar perusahaan dalam mendistribusikan produk herbal menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Oleh karena itu, strategi usaha yang tepat diperlukan agar perusahaan dapat berkompetisi dengan baik, salah satunya dengan menggunakan Bisnis Model Kanvas atau Business Model Canvas (BMC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan memetakan model bisnis PT X, sebuah perusahaan distribusi produk herbal yang baru beroperasi, melalui BMC. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menyajikan analisis sembilan elemen BMC pada PT X, yang meliputi segmentasi pelanggan, proposisi nilai, saluran distribusi, hubungan pelanggan, arus pendapatan, sumber daya utama, aktivitas kunci, kemitraan utama, dan struktur biaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of advertising for the MSME product Jamu Mitra Sehat using the social media platform TikTok. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative using the EPIC model. The data analysis tool utilized was Microsoft Excel. The results of the analysis indicated that the effectiveness of advertising conducted through TikTok social media using the EPIC model in each dimension fell within an effective range. The communication dimension received the highest average score compared to other dimensions, which was 4.20. The persuasion dimension obtained an average score of 4.19, while the empathy dimension received an average score of 4.10. The impact dimension had the lowest average score compared to the other three dimensions, with a score of 4.02. Overall, the analysis of advertising effectiveness across each dimension calculated using the EPIC Rate yielded a score of 4.13, indicating that the analysis of effectiveness was deemed effective

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence farmers’ interest in adopting healthy cultivation (BTS) of rice (Oryza sativa L.) in Tirtomartani Village, Kalasan Subdistrict, Sleman Regency. A quantitative approach was used, involving 64 farmer respondents who had adopted healthy cultivation practices. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the effect of non-formal education, agricultural extension support, government support, and market access on farmers’ interest. The results showed that only two variables had a significant effect: non-formal education and government support. This indicates that increased participation in training and extension activities, as well as strong government involvement through supportive policies and infrastructure, play a critical role in encouraging farmers to adopt healthy and sustainable rice farming practices. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for agricultural extension agents, policymakers, and related stakeholders in designing effective empowerment programs.Keywords: Interest, Healthy Cultivation, Rice, Non-Formal Education, Government Support.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui urutan atribut Produk Nafsu Makan di PT X berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan konsumen dan kombinasi level atribut yang sesuai preferensi konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, deskriptif kuantitatif. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive, sedangkan pengambilan sampel responden menggunakan accidental sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder sebagai pendukung. Data yang terkumpul melalui kuesioner responden kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis konjoin dengan SPSS. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan empat atribut yaitu, jenis kemasan, rasa, warna, desain kemasan, dan harga. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa urutan atribut berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan adalah harga (33,887%), warna desain kemasan (26,260%), rasa (20,077%), dan jenis kemasan (19,775%). Nilai utilitas tertinggi terdapat indikator produk nafsu makan anak yaitu dominan rasa susu, jenis kemasan sachet dengan harga Rp 4.000 dan warna desain kemasan terang artinya kombinasi tersebut paling disukai oleh responden. Sedangkan nilai utilitas terendah terdapat pada indikator produk nafsu makan anak dengan rasa dominan rasa susu, jenis kemasan standing pouch, harga Rp 25.000 dan warna desain kemasan gelap menjadi kombinasi paling tidak disukai responden. Hasil kombinasi level atribut yang paling disukai oleh konsumen adalah kemasan sachet, rasa dominan susu, warna terang, dan harga Rp 4.000.
