Abstract

Perkembangan tokoh hijab pada saat ini mencerminkan trend dan perubahan yang terjadi dalam masyarakat dan pandangan terhadap hijab. Dilihat dari perkembangan dan banyaknya tren hijab yang berkembang pada saat ini, menunjukkan bahwa tren hijab yg berkembang saat ini merupakan salah satu budaya populer. Budaya populer atau yang disebut pop culture adalah budaya yang berkembang mengikuti perubahan zaman yang perkembangannya lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh industri komunikasi. Toko Hasna Hijab Lubuk Begalung, berdiri pada tahun 2019 dimulai dengan usaha kecil dengan sedikit jilbab atau hijab yang kualitas biasa sampai sekarang dengan kualitas yang brand, dalam menjalankan bisnis di Ibu Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat tentunya menemukan berbagai kesulitan seperti banyaknya pesaing, sehingga perlu menghadirkan strategi-strategi baru agar usaha yang dijalankan tetap berkembang dan terus eksis di bidang hijab. Strategi yang tepat akan mendapatkan hasil yang tepat pula sehingga menganalisis situasi baik dari internal dan eksternal dari usaha sangat di perlukan. Kegiatan PBL Toko Hasna Hijab toko yang berlokasi di Jalan Aru Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang Sumatera Barat, disamping UPI YPTK Padang, agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja para pemilik toko yang nantinya akan berdampak terhadap perkembangan usaha dan juga untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan metode transfer ilmu kepada masyarakat sasaran Secara Langsung dengan melakukan sosialisasi kepada pemilik tokoh Hasna Hijab.metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara observasi langsung ke toko Hasna Hijab

Abstract

Tofu is a characteristic of Indonesian food, so it is not uncommon for this tofu food to be found in Padang. Tofu is a food made from soybeans, and the process is still simple and limited to household scale. Suryanto (in Hartaty, 1994) states that what is meant by tofu is solid food printed from soymilk (Glycinespp) by a protein deposition process at its isoelectric point, without or with the addition of other permitted substances. The production process of tofu starts from washing, grinding, and pressing which are carried out by humans as well as machines. The purpose of this study is to obtain alternative production strategies that can be applied in Tofu Factory Industry SMEs. The stages of this research are Preparation, Screening, Activity Implementation, Activity Evaluation

Abstract

Mixue, a brand known for its ice cream and tea drinks, has grown rapidly in the Asian market, especially in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the factors that contribute to Mixue's popularity, the marketing strategies implemented, and the challenges faced in expanding its business. Data was obtained through consumer surveys, interviews with Mixue management, as well as analysis of social media and related literature. The research results show that Mixue's success is driven by a combination of affordable prices, product innovation, strategic location and effective digital marketing. However, challenges such as intense competition and changing consumer preferences remain major concerns. This study provides valuable insights for similar companies seeking to understand the dynamics of the ice cream and tea drinks market in Asia.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee organizational behavior at UMKM d'SRUPUT Lubuk Begalung Padang. Job satisfaction and work motivation are seen as internal factors that can influence how employees interact and contribute in the context of small and medium organizations. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation and employee organizational behavior. This means that the higher the level of job satisfaction and work motivation of employees, the better the organizational behavior shown by them at UMKM d'SRUPUT Lubuk Begalung Padang. The implication of this research is that it is important for MSME management to pay attention to these internal factors in an effort to improve overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study examines the primary challenges encountered by SRC FIO Store, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) involved in the retail of essential commodities. Based on case studies and field observations, three primary issues were identified: inefficient stock and sales management systems, insufficient data for pricing and marketing tactics, and expensive unsold inventory. The research suggests that implementing a digital inventory system, doing sales data analysis, and utilizing forecasting methodologies can address these issues and enhance the profitability and competitiveness of SRC FIO Store.

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence Leadership Style and Compensation have on Job Satisfaction with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Sijunjung Regency Transportation Service. Data collection methods are through surveys and circulating questionnaire, with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis method used is path analysis using smartpls. The research results showed that there was a significant influence of Leadership Style on Work Motivation. There is a significant influence of compensation on work motivation. There is a significant influence of Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction. There is a significant influence of compensation on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence of work motivation on job satisfaction. There is an insignificant influence of Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction through Work Motivation. There is an insignificant effect of compensation on job satisfaction through work motivation.
