Abstract

This study investigates the interrelationships among various latent variables and theirobserved indicators using a structural equation model (SEM). The findings reveal that sharing,shopping, and real-time updating activities positively impact job-related outcomes, suggestingthat moderate engagement in these activities can mitigate employee disengagement.Conversely, accessing online content shows a slight negative influence on job performance,highlighting the potential detriments of cyberloafing. The study also underscores thesignificant positive impact of organizational support and supervisory evaluations on jobperformance. Integrating theories of cyberloafing and employee disengagement, the resultssuggest that fostering a supportive work environment and allowing for healthy, non-workrelated activities can enhance job satisfaction and reduce counterproductive behaviors. Theimplications of these findings are critical for designing interventions and policies that promotepositive engagement and minimize the risks associated with cyberloafing, ultimately enhancingoverall employee performance and satisfaction.

Abstract

Tanaman kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) merupakan tanaman yang menduduki sektor penting perkebunan. Penyakit yang banyak ditemui di kelapa sawit adalah Ganoderma sp. penyebab penyakit busuk pangkal batang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu optimum produksi dan potensi metabolit sekunder isolat bakteri potensial (isolat BP3) untuk menghambat Ganoderma sp. secara in-vitro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode peracunan media dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap non-faktorial, terdiri dari 4 variasi konsentrasi yaitu 0, 30, 40, dan 50% supernatan bebas sel bakteri. Hasil pengukuran pertumbuhan bakteri menunjukkan waktu optimal produksi metabolit sekunder adalah jam ke-70 ataau pada fase akhir stasioner di media Nutrient Broth (NB). Konsentrasi optimal supernatan bebas sel dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Ganoderma sp. adalah konsentrasi 40% dengan daya hambat sebesar 100%. Pemberian perlakuan supernatan bebas sel pada media uji dapat melisis hifa Ganoderma sp., sehingga pertumbuhannya terhambat.

Abstract

This article implements the thinning process algorithm, which has been generalized for estimators of compound periodic Poisson processes. The use of generalizations in the algorithm has been prepared with a linear trend in the periodic elements. This research aims to discuss estimators of the variance function. The method used in this research is the simulation method. Simulation results using a generalized algorithm thinning process show that in the case of a limited observation time interval, some estimators are good enough to approach the actual value. As the value of n increases, the simulated value of the estimator moves towards the predicted value. This is following the lemmas, theorems, and consequences that have been discussed. It was also found that several estimators were quite slow. This results in the movement of the bias, variance, and MSE values of the estimators being slow, even though they are moving towards 0. So that further modifications can be made to the model being studied.

Abstract

Metallothionein is a protein that is well known to play a role in metal metabolism in bacterial cells. Metallothionein is a multifunctional protein that has the potential to be used as a metal adsorbing agent. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a ubiquitous gram-negative and rapid-growth bacterium. In addition, the complete genome of Pseudomonas aeruginosa has been largely known. Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 is a strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa that the complete genome of this strain is easily accessible in NCBI. These features make Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 become a common model in bacterial studies. This research aimed to find and model the putative metallothionein of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1. This research was carried out by bioinformatic and protein homology methods. Based on the results, the putative metallothionein of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 was found in the bacterial genome at base sequence of 2355918 to 2356157. The putative metallothionein-encoding gene of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 has a size of 240 bp. The translation result of the gene showed that the putative metallothionein of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 has 79 amino acids. The modeling result showed the 3D structure of the putative metallothionein of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 is similar to the metallothionein 3D structure of Pseudomonas fluorescens Q2-87. The 3D structure of the putative metallothionein of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 was dominated by turn and coil, but contained 1 α-helix structure and 2 β-sheet structures. Based on protein analysis, it was found that the putative metallothionein of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 has 1 metal-binding cluster with 10 amino acids and the most important amino acid residue is Cysteine . Even though, there was 1 Histidine amino acid residue on the metal-binding cluster.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan kualitas layanan, loyalitas merek dan inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial kualitas layanan, loyalitas merek, dan inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah mengenai kualitas layanan, loyalitas merek, inovasi produk dan kepuasan pelanggan dengan jumlah sampel terpilih sebanyak 85 orang. Peralatan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dan analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, loyalitas merek dan inovasi produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh dengan diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (67,780 > 2,701) pada tingkat signifikansi 0.000, kemudian hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kualitas layanan secara individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.160 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa loyalitas merek, secara individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.112, dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,004 dan inovasi produk secara individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,157 dengan nilai signifinaksi sebesar 0,000 pada  = 5%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dimasa yang akan datang.
