Abstract

The A. P. Pettarani elevated toll road is a project construction which is takes a long time and complex that can be create uncertainties that will eventually present a wide range of risks. The impact of these risks can affect productivity, performance, quality, and project cost budgets. The success of the construction project depends lagerly on the ability of the project manager to manage the risks involved. Risk management includes the steps involved in executing risk management planning, identification, responses, reaction, and monitoring of a project. Therefore, research was conducted to identify, analyze, and to knowing dominant risks responses, using the primary data collection method of questionnaire using the likert scale, probability x impact matrix, risk map, and interview, which is in this research have eleven dominant risk variables found in the project.

Abstract

This study was intended to determine the effect of adding beach sand to clay soil on the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) test. The methodology in this research is testing soil characteristics, composition of the Proctor Standard test mixture and Dynamic Cone Penetrometer testing. The results showed that the soil met the characteristics of a clay soil. From the Proctor Standard test on a mixture variation of 0%, 7%, 14%, 21%, there was an increase in the optimum moisture content and the maximum dry density. From the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) test, the CBR value increased at each additional variation from 0% to 21%. Beach sand increases the CBR value of the soil so that it can be used to increase the bearing capacity of clay soil.

Abstract

The appIication off occupationaI heaIth and sahfety (K3) is never dry in the context of the scientific ocean. Either in an academic research or in a practical study. K3 issues are constantly raised in the discussion of academic papers, be it journals or final assignments. Of course, the "intersection" with the "knife" which is called "research". On this occasion, the focus of the researcher was the construction project work in the renovation of the South Sulawesi Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) building using quantitative descriptive methods. Namely describing the application of K3 and analyzing the constrain ts in implementing K3 in the project. Statistical methods are used to determine the percentage of respondents' answers or calculated by formulas. The resuIts off research that hass been carriedt out in the building renovation project off the Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) of South Sulawesi regarding the implementation of Occupational Safety & Health (K3) are carried out quite well. The obstacle to the implementation of Occupational Safety & Health is the lack of awareness and knowledge of workers about Occupational Safety and Health (K3). In addition, the company is also less consistent in implementing Occupational Health and Safety.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding Candlenut Shell Ash to the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in clay soil. Pecan shell ash as a clay soil density stabilization agent which was carried out by standard proctor testing. The research method used is Atterberg Limits testing, Moisture Content testing, Specific Gravity testing, Gradation testing (sieve analysis and hydrometer), and Compaction testing. From the characteristic tests it showed that the soil was classified as clay soil and the compaction test at point 1 and point 2 with mixed variations of 0%, 5%, 7%, 9% experienced an increase in the optimum water content. and maximum dry density. In the compaction test, 5 samples were carried out with the optimum moisture content value at point 1 of 0% variation, namely 22.855%, which continued to increase at the highest variation of 9%, namely 25.388 and at point 2, variation of 0%, namely 21.880%, continued to increase at variation of 9%, namely 24.217%, while the value of The maximum dry density at point 1 of 0% variation, which is 0.992, continues to increase at the highest variation of 9%, which is 1.058 and at point 2, variation of 0%, which is 0.957, also continues to increase at the highest variation of 9%, which is 1.047. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that Pecan Shell Ash increased the value of the optimum water content and the maximum dry density value so that it could be used to stabilize the soil.

Abstract

This observation was carried out in order to obtain data on the advantages of labor productivity and labor product (SNI). Human resources to the performance of project implementation and to obtain factors to establish the quality of such human resources. Primary data collection in the form of data taken in the field is data on the number of artisans and the production of handymen every day. The handyman who took the data was only 4 people. Secondary data were obtained from the drawings of the tidying work plan to compare the product of the field labor and the labor product of the labor force (SNI). The results of the study stated that field products increased by 3% compared to the SNI that had been carried out at the Trans Studio Mall Makassar Development Project, it can be concluded that labor productivity in column-fixing work is more productive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation of compressive streght and shear strength in clay varied with bottom ash mixture. The soil tested in this study came from Jl.Poros Malino-Makassar, RW 63 Paringgi, Kec. Tinggi moncong , Kab. Gowa, South Sulawesi. In the contruction of structuction on clay soil will cause several problems, such as the small value of the compressive strength and shear strength of the soil. In order to know the results. To see the behavior of this structure, bottom ash is mixed with bottom ash mixture variations.To find out the effect of combining clay soil with bottom ash on compressive strength and shear strength vales, it was done by combining bottom ash of 0%, 15%,20%,25%, and 30%. The test was carried out mechanically, namely direct shear strength and compressive strength testing to determine the correlation vetween the stress value (qu) and the direct shear value (Cu). From the results of this independent com[pressive strength test, the highest stress value (qu) was obtained at point 1 obtained at 30% variation of 0.278 (kg/cm2) and the direct shear strength lest obtained the highst direct shear value (Cu) at poin 1 obtaind at 30% variation of 0.111 (kg/cm2), at poin the 2 largest stress values (qu) are at 30% variation of 0.262 (kg/cm2) and the largest direct shear values (Cu) are at 30% variation of 0.103 (kg/cm2) . So it can be said that the value of the independent compressive strength test and the direct shear strength value are correlated with eact other because both have increased, the higher the bottom ash dose, the higjer the direct shear value (Cu) and the stress value (qu).

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan merupakan salah satu prasarana transportasi, jalan dibutuhkan sebagai sarana transportasi yang menghubungkan dua atau tiga lokasi. Untuk meningkatkan kapasitas jalan Tanah Karaeng-Allu, Kecamatan  Manuju Kabupaten  Gowa, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan maka dilaksanakan proyek peningkatan kapasitas  proyek jalan dalam 3 tahap pelaksanaan. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan pengaspalan pada proyek ini menggunakan peralatan konstruksi (alat berat). Alat berat digunakan  dalam pekerjaan pengaspalan karena volume pekerjaan yang cukup besar dan agar mendapatkan mutu dan waktu pelaksanaan yang sesuai dengan mutu dan waktu rencana. Produktivitas alat berat yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan perlu dianalisa agar didapatkan jumlah alat dan jumlah alat. Hasil analisa produktivitas alat yang digunakan adalah Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) 288 ton/hari, Dump Truck (DT) 36,066 ton/hari dan jumlah DT adalah 8 DT, Asphalt Finisher (AF) yang digunakan 247,48 m3/jam jumlah alat yang digunakan adalah satu (1) alat. Tandem Roller (TR) dengan produktivitas per hari 99,42 ton/ hari. Pneumatic Tyre Roller (PTR) 505,296/ hari ton / hari jumlah alat satu (1) alat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi kuat tekan dan kuat geser pada tanah lempung yang divariasi campuran bottom ash. Tanah yang diuji pada penelitian ini berasal dari Jalan Poros Malino-Makassar,RW 63 Paringgi.Kec. Tinggimoncong Kab. Gowa Sulawesi Selatan. Dalam pembangunan struktur diatas tanah lempung akan menimbulkan beberapa masalah, seperti nilai kuat tekan dan nilai kuat geser pada tanah tersebut. Agar mengetahui hasil untuk melihat perilaku struktur tanah ini maka dilakukan pencampuran bottom ash dengen variasi campuran yang berbeda. Untuk mengetahui hasil korelasi pada nilai kuat tekan dan kuat geser dengan cara paduan variasi bottom ash sebesar 0%, 15%, 20%, 25% dan 30%. Pengujian dilakukan secara mekanik yaitu pengujian kuat geser langsung dan kuat tekan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara  nilai tegangan (qu) dan nilai geser langsung (Cu). Dari hasil pengujian kuat tekan bebas ini diperoleh nilai tegangan (qu) tertinggi pada titik 1 diperoleh pada variasi 30% sebesar 0.279 (kg/cm2) dan pengujian kuat geser langsung diperoleh nilai geser langsung (Cu) tertinggi pada tiik 1 diperoleh pada variasi 30% sebesar 0.111 (kg/cm2), pada titik 2 nilai tegangan (qu) terbesar pada variasi 30% sebesar 0.262 (kg/cm2) dan nilai geser langsung (Cu) terbesar pada variasi 30% sebesar 0.103 (kg/cm2) . Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa nilai dari pengujian kuat tekan bebas dan nilai kuat geser langsung saling berkorelasi dikarenakan sama-sama mengalami kenaikan, semakin tinggi dosis bottom ash maka semakin tinggi nilai geser langsung (Cu) dan nilai tegangan (qu).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Abu Cangkang Kemiri terhadap nilai kepadatan kering maksimum dan kadar air optimum pada tanah lempung. Abu Cangkang Kemiri sebagai bahan stabilisasi kepadatan tanah lempung yang dilakukan dengan pengujian standar proctor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pengujian Batas – batas Atterberg, pengujian Kadar Air, pengujian Berat Jenis, pengujian Gradasi Burtiran (analisa saringan dan hydrometer), dan pengujian Kompaksi. Dari pengujian Karekteristik menunjukan bahwa tanah termasuk golongan tanah lempung dan pengujian Kompaksi pada titik 1 dan titik 2 dengan variasi campuran 0%, 5%, 7%, 9% mengalami peningkatan pada kadar air optimum dan kepadatan kering maksimum. Pada pengujian kompaksi dilakukan 5 sampel dengan nilai kadar air optimum pada titik 1 variasi 0% yaitu 22,855% terus meningkat pada variasi tertinggi 9 % yaitu 25,388 dan pada titik 2 variasi 0% yaitu 21,880% terus meningkat pada variasi 9% yaitu 24,217% sedangkan nilai kepadatan kering maksimum pada titik 1 variasi 0% yaitu 0,992 terus meningkat pada variasi tertinggi 9% yaitu 1,058 dan pada titik 2 variasi 0% yaitu 0,957 juga terus meningkat pada variasi tertinggi 9% yaitu 1,047. Abu Cangkang Kemiri meningkatkan nilai kadar air optimum dan nilai kepadatan kering maksimum sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menstabilkan tanah.

Abstract

Pengamatan ini dilakukan guna memperoleh data keunggulan produktivitas tenaga kerja dan produktiviktas tenaga kerja (SNI). Sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan proyek dan untuk memperoleh faktor untuk menetapkan kualitas sumber daya manusia tersebut. Pengumpulandata primer berupa data yang diambil dilapangan adalah data jumlah tukang dan produksi tukangsetiap hari. Tukang yang diambil datanya hanya 4 orang. Data sekunder di peroleh dari gambar rencana pekerjaan pembesian untuk membandingkan produkviktas tenaga kerja lapangan danprodukviktas tenaga kerja (SNI). Hasil penelitian menyatakan produkviktas lapangan meningkat sebesar 3% dibanding SNI yang telah dilakukan pada Proyek Pembangunan Trans Studio Mall Makassar dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pembesian kolom lebih produktif.
