Abstract

Pembangunan Jalan Tol dalam Kota Makassar direncanakan dari fly over ke Jalan Urip Sumoharjo, membentang di atas Jalan A.P. Pettarani ke jalan Sultan Alauddin, kemudian berbelok kearah barat menuju Jalan Metro Tanjung Bunga dan Pantai Losari. Dengan adanya jalan tol dalam kota ini maka waktu tempuh dari Kabupaten Maros, Bandara Sultan Hasanuddin ke kota Makassar maupun ke Kabupaten Gowa yang sebelumnya memakan waktu karena kemacetan berubah menjadi lebih cepat yang berdampak pada percepatan pembangunan. Berbagai risiko dapat timbul pada setiap tahapan konstruksi terutama pada saat pelaksanaan dan operasional, sehingga dapat menjadi risiko bagi pihak owner, pelaksana dan masyarakat sekitar dan pengguna jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko kecelakaan dan kesehatan kerja pada setiap tahapan pelaksanaan pembangunan jalan tol dalam kota Makassar 2) membuat pengendalian dari masing-masing risiko yang telah diidentifikasi berdasarkan tingkat resiko yang telah diukur 3) mengembangkan strategi untuk mengurangi atau bahkan menghindari peluang risiko yang akan terjadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi langsung ke lokasi Pembangunan Jalan Tol dalam Kota Makassar. Untuk menganalisis peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis Interactive Model yakni dengan tahapan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 23 risiko yang menempati posisi high risk, 13 risiko untuk peringkat medium risk, 5 risiko untuk peringkat Extreme risk dan 4 risiko untuk peringkat Low risk. Potensi kecelakaan pada pekerjaan bore pile akibat pile yang sudah dipotong jatuh saat lifting, dan pekerjaan kolom pada pemasangan bekesting dan pengecoran adalah resiko yang paling tinggi.

Abstract

The peak of traffic flow, the calculation of the intersection capacity, and the degree of saturation of the unsigned intersection referring to the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual, 1997. This study aims to determine the degree of saturation of the unsigned intersection of Sultan Alauddin and Monumen Emmy Saelan Street, Makassar during the new normal period. The traffic survey on Monday and Thursday Indicated weekdays, the survey on Saturday indicated holidays. The vehicles enumerated were light vehicles, heavy vehicles, motorcycles, and unmotorized. The proportion of unmotorized and motorcycles was calculated in the analysis of intersection capacity. The Peak of traffic flow occurred in the afternoon which indicated the working days, the results are as follows, Q = 6917.3 pcu/hour, intersection capacity (C) = 4350,18 pcu/hour, degree of saturation (DS) = 1.59.

Abstract

Highway is part of the Science of Civil Engineering and always develops over time. In increasing the provision of land transportation, roads are important infrastructure that must be considered in development. The availability of adequate road infrastructure will have a positive impact on the development of community activities from the economic, political, social, cultural, defense and security aspects of the country.This research was intended to utilize Masuppu River Stones in Masanda Subdistrict as a mixture of AC-WC. The methodoIogy in this research is to conduct a series of tests for the characteristics of coarse, fine, and fiIIer aggregates, then design the composition of the Laston AC-WC mixture and the Marshall test to obtain the characteristics of the mixture and the MarshaII immersion test to obtain the immersion index (IP) / residuaI strength index (IKS) / durabiIity of the mixture with optimum asphaIt content. The results of research carried out at the Laboratory of Engineering and AspaI Functions of Engineering Department of Civil Engineering, Christian University of Indonesia, PauIus Makassar, show that the characteristics of the pavement material in the form of Masuppu River rock, Masanda District, meet the specifications as a road pavement coating material.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the aggregate characteristic value, the AC-BC mixture design, and the Marshall stability value of the remaining AC-BC mixture design through the Conventional Marshall and Marshall Immersion testing with reference to the 2018 General specifications (Division 6) of the Ministry of PubIic Works and PubIic Housing of the RepubIic of lndonesia. and SNI Testing Standards. Before designing the composition for Conventional Marshall testing and making test specimens to obtain residual Marshall stability, the first thing to do is test the characteristics of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and asphalt (filler).The results of this study indicate that the material from Mount Tambolang Toraja Utara fulfills the requirements set in the 2018 General Highways specification. Based on the composition of the AC-BC mixture using material from Mount Tambolang, namely coarse aggregate 42.82%, fine aggregate 45 , 73%, filler material 5.45%, with an optimum aspaI content of 6%. After doing the Conventional Marshall test, the results obtained, the test meets the specifications on testing flow, stability, VMA, VIM and VFB. While the remaining Marshall stability using material from Mount Tambolang, North Toraja District, meets the requirements of the 2018 General Bina Marga Specifications, namely 96.29%> 90%.

Abstract

Material testing was carried out to obtain the characteristic value of the AC-WC mixture using the TamboIang mountain rock aggregate. The methods used are testing coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler, aspaI with the composition design of the aspaI content for AC-WC and then testing conventional marshaII as a determinant of the optimum asphalt content, after which the KAO specimen is made to obtain Remaining MarshaII Stability (SMS). The results of the aggregate characteristic test from the Tambolang mountain rock, North Toraja Regency have met the general specifications of Bina Marga as an AC-WC mixture where conventional marshaII testing with asphaIt content is 5.5%,6.0%, 6.5%, 7.0% , 7.5% and the resuIts of the MarshaII immersion test with KAO for AC-WC is 7.5% with the remaining MarshaII Stability (SMS) value of 96.52%. From the resuIts of this test, it can be concIuded that the aggregate from Mount Tambolang, has met the General Bina Marga Specifications 2018.

Abstract

This study was intended to determine the characteristics of Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) using Tandung river stone, North Toraja Regency with added sugarcane fiber waste with levels of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3% and 4%. The methodology of this research is to test the characteristics of coarse, fine, and filler aggregates and then design the composition of the Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) mixture with the addition of sugarcane fiber waste and also conventional Marshall testing to determine the characteristics of the mixture and the Marshall Immersion testing to obtain residual Marshall stability values. The results of the Marshall immersion test for the Stone Matrix Asphalt mixture with the optimum sugarcane fiber waste content of 4,00% obtained the remaining marshall stability/ durability of 95,45% meeting the general specifications of Bina Marga 2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of saturation, the average speed of light vehicles at peak hours, and the actual average speed of light vehicles at peak hours on Antang Raya road in front of Antang market. The method used refers to the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2014). Data collection for 3 days at the research location by videoing traffic volume data, measuring the travel time of light vehicles traveling a distance of 50 m, and counting side friction events. The results of the analysis obtained a degree of saturation of 0.91> 0.85 meaning that the traffic flow on the Antang Raya road in front of Antang Market is jammed. Reading the 2014 PKJI graph shows that the average speed of light vehicles is 27 km/hour, and the calculation of the actual average speed of light vehicles is 8.64 km/hour. The speed of the reading of the graph and the calculation result is very different because the distance traveled by the light vehicles surveyed is 50 m which does not represent the speed of space. For the smooth flow of traffic on Antang Raya road in front of Antang market, it is recommended to install a no parking sign for 200 meters, during peak hours, police officers discipline drivers who are not disciplined, and street vendors selling on the shoulder of the road are neatly arranged so that buyers do not obstruct traffic flow.

Abstract

On Pengayoman road, the traffic flow is dominated by working employees and shoppers along Pengayoman road in the Jl.Bougenville-Jl.Adyaksa segment. This causes traffic conditions to be congested at certain hours and can affect traffic performance. In addition, activities carried out beside the road are also an influence on traffic performance, namely the stopping of public vehicles due to passengers getting on and off, retailers in the road median, and the number of vehicles parking on the road. This study aims to determine the traffic performance of Jalan Pengayoman on the Jl.Bougenville-Jl.Adyaksa section, while the things that need to be studied are the degree of saturation, the average speed value of light vehicles, and the actual average speed value of light vehicle spaces during peak hours. The analysis in this study refers to PKJI 2014. Data collection was carried out for 3 days, namely enumerating traffic volumes, enumerating the incidence of side obstacles, and measuring travel time on light vehicles. The results of the analysis show that the degree of saturation in the west-east direction is 0.37 and the east-west direction is 0.51 which is less than 0.85, meaning that the traffic flow in both directions has not been jammed. Based on the reading of the graph, the average speed of light vehicles in the west-east direction is 56 km/h and in the east-west direction is 52.5 km/h. The calculation of the speed value and the reading on the graph have very different results because the survey distance is too short to get the space speed, which is 50 m. It is recommended that in conducting speed surveys the distance is too short to get the space speed. It is recommended that in conducting a speed survey the distance used for the average speed of space should be more than 50 m to get results that are more representative of the speed of space.

Abstract

Kemajuan transportasi yang sangat pesat dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan kendaraan pribadi yang mengalami peningkatan dan Kemacetan merupakan gejala akibat umum dari kebutuhan, antara kebutuhan akan jasa pergerakan dan ketersediaan infrastruktur, yang berdampak signifikan terhadap kebutuhan pergerakan dalam pelayanan infrastruktur transportasi. Contoh pengaruh dalam melakukan gerakan berbalik arah yaitu kecepatan kendaraan akan menjadi lambat dan kemungkinan berhenti. Arus lalu lintas searah terkena dampak pelambatan ini begitupun sebaliknya. Kondisi kendaraan saat melakukan gerakan berbalik arah pada lajur dalam, tidak bisa secara langsung dilakukan putaran hingga menyebabkan kendaraan lain pada lajur dalam terganggu bahkan kendaraan lain terhenti, gangguan ini terjadi dari arah yang sama maupun dari arah yang berlawanan pada saat melakukan gerakan berbalik arah. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi volume lalu lintas, serta kecepatan kendaraan, mengetahui hambatan samping yang juga dapat mempengaruhi, dan mengetahui kapasitas pada Jalan Poros Makassar-Maros.  Untuk mendapatkan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2014.  Dari penelitian tersebut didapatkan  volume lalu lintas terbesar untuk arah Barat-Timur sebesar 1,851 skr/jam. Kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan ringan yang dihitung dari data survey untuk arah barat–timur dan arah timur–barat masing–masing adalah s = 38,78 km/jam dan s = 33,91 km/jam. Kelas hambatang samping pada Jalan Poros Makassar-Maros masuk dalam kategori sedang dimana nilai hambatan samping masing-masing dari arah barat-timur dan timur-barat yaitu 304,5 dan 308. Kecepatan rata-rata  kendaraan ringa pada lajur dalam di Jalan Poros Makassar Maros, berdasarkan pembacaan grafik dari arah barat–timur adalah VT = 46,5 km/jam dan dari arah timur-barat adalah 48 km/jam.

Abstract

Pada jalan Pengayoman arus lalu lintas didominasi oleh para pegawai yang bekerja serta para pengunjung toko di sepanjang jalan Pengayoman pada segmen Jl.Bougenville-Jl.Adyaksa. Hal ini menyebabkan kondisi lalu lintas menjadi padat pada jam-jam tertentu dan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja lalu lintas. Selain itu, kegiatan yang dilakukan di samping jalan juga merupakan pengaruh terhadap kinerja lalu lintas yaitu adanya pemberhentian kendaraan umum dikarenakan adanya penumpang yang naik dan turun, pedagang pengecer di median jalan, serta banyaknya kendaraan yang parkir di badan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja lalu lintas Jalan Pengayoman pada ruas Jl.Bougenville-Jl.Adyaksa, adapun hal yang perlu diteliti adalah derajat kejenuhan, nilai kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan ringan, dan nilai kecepatan rata-rata aktual ruang kendaraan ringan pada jam sibuk. Analisis pada penelitian ini merujuk pada PKJI 2014. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama 3 hari yaitu mencacah volume lalu lintas, mencacah kejadian hambatan samping, dan mengukur waktu tempuh pada kendaraan ringan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan derajat kejenuhan arah barat-timur sebesar 0,37 dan arah timur-barat sebesar 0,51 yang kurang dari 0,85 artinya arus lalu lintas kedua arah belum macet. Berdasarkan pembacaan grafik diperoleh kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan ringan pada arah barat-timur sebesar 56 km/jam dan pada arah timur-barat sebesar 52,5 km/jam. Perhitungan nilai kecepatan dan pembacaan pada grafik memiliki hasil yang sangat berbeda karena jarak survei terlalu pendek untuk mendapatkan kecepatan ruang, yaitu 50 m. Sebaiknya dalam melakukan survei kecepatan jarak yang digunakan untuk kecepatan rata-rata ruang harus lebih dari 50 m untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih mewakili kecepatan ruang.
