Abstract

Perkembangan yang cepat dari platform media sosial telah menyebabkan meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial pada kalangan mahasiswa. Intensitas penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, salah satunya adalah burnout akademik. Mahasiswa keperawatan termasuk kelompok yang rentan mengalami burnout akademik karena tingginya tuntutan pembelajaran, praktik klinik, dan tekanan akademik selama masa pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi korelasi antara kecanduan terhadap media sosial dengan burnout akademik di kalangan mahasiswa Keperawatan tingkat 2 di Universitas Advent Indonesia. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional serta pendekatan cross-sectional. Responden penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang diambil dengan melakukan total sampling yaitu melibatkan 87 mahasiswa.. Penelitian ini menggunakan Instrumen berupa kuesioner untuk mengukur kecanduan media sosial dan Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS). Dalam melakukan analisis data, Peneliti menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berada dalam kategori kecanduan media sosial tingkat sedang, dengan 43 responden (49%) dan burnout akademik juga sedang dengan 40 responden (46,0%). Hasil uji mengindikasikan adanya korelasi signifikan antara kecanduan media sosial dan burnout akademik, dengan nilai ρ = 0,249 dan p-value = 0,020 (<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah jika tingkat kecanduan media sosial yang dialami semakin tinggi, maka tingkat burnout akademik pada mahasiswa Keperawatan tingkat 2 di Universitas Advent Indonesia juga semakin tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengendalian penggunaan media sosial dan meningkatkan manajemen stres akademik di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Kinerja perawat merupakan indikator utama kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk karakteristik kepribadian. Profil kepribadian DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) telah banyak digunakan untuk memahami perilaku kerja individu dalam organisasi rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan psikometri kepribadian DISC terhadap kinerja keperawatan di rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah sintesis literatur dari 23jurnal ditahun 2023-2026. Hasil sintesis literatur terdapat 3 bagian berdasarkan kekuatan referensi: (1). Referensi core/sangat kuat (2). Referensi pendukung utama (3). Referensi supporting. Ke-tiga bagian ini, menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kepribadian memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel mediasi seperti motivasi, komunikasi, dan lingkungan kerja (Zhang et al., 2023; Wang et al., 2024; Li et al., 2025). Selain itu, faktor organisasi seperti kepemimpinan dan beban kerja turut memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan tersebut (Lake et al., 2023; Boamah et al., 2023). Kesimpulannya, kepribadian DISC merupakan prediktor penting dalam menjelaskan variasi kinerja perawat dan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan SDM keperawatan di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ruang perawatan pasca bedah merupakan area kritis yang menempatkan perawat pada tuntutan kompetensi yang sangat tinggi. Dua kompetensi yang diyakini memengaruhi mutu pelayanan di unit ini adalah kepemimpinan klinis dan kemampuan manajerial, namun bukti empiris mengenai kekuatan hubungan keduanya secara bersamaan dengan kualitas asuhan masih terbatas, khususnya di konteks ruang pasca bedah. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi kepemimpinan dan kemampuan manajerial perawat dengan kualitas asuhan keperawatan di Ruang Pasca Bedah Rumah Sakit Setiabudi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional analitik pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana aktif berjumlah 50 orang dan diambil secara total sampling. Instrumen kuesioner berskala Likert telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson dan regresi linier berganda setelah seluruh uji asumsi klasik terpenuhi. Hasil: Mayoritas responden berusia 26–30 tahun (48,0%), berpendidikan S1 Keperawatan/Ners (58,0%), dan berpengalaman kerja 2–5 tahun (54,0%). Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan bermakna antara kompetensi kepemimpinan dengan kualitas asuhan (r=0,794; p=0,000) dan antara kemampuan manajerial dengan kualitas asuhan (r=0,768; p=0,000). Secara parsial, kepemimpinan (β=0,461; p=0,000) dan kemampuan manajerial (β=0,428; p=0,000) masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan keduanya menjelaskan 78,4% variasi kualitas asuhan (R²=0,784; F=321,452; p=0,000). Kesimpulan: Kompetensi kepemimpinan dan kemampuan manajerial berhubungan kuat serta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas asuhan keperawatan di ruang pasca bedah. Peningkatan kedua kompetensi secara bersamaan merupakan strategi kunci dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan.

Abstract

Korean Pop (K-Pop) in Indonesia has grown rapidly, creating a large and influential community of fans, known as “K-Popers”. The popularity of K-Pop is supported by digital technology that allows easy access to South Korean music and entertainment content. Social media, including Twitter (X), became the main platform for K- Pop fans or K-Popers to interact and share opinions about the South Korean music industry. The ticket price of The 38th Golden Disc Awards (GDA) 2024 in Jakarta became a controversial hot topic, causing debate among fans regarding the overpriced ticket price. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of K-Popers towards GDA 2024 ticket prices using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method to classify positive and negative sentiments related to GDA 2024 ticket prices. The analysis showed that negative sentiment was more dominant with 62.31% of 2698 tweets, indicating the need to evaluate the ticket price policy by the organizers. Sentiment classification with SVM method achieved the highest accuracy of 85.19% with polynomial kernel at the proportion of training and test data of 90:10, indicating that this method is good at classifying positive and negative sentiments. This research provides insights for event organizers regarding fan responses and can help in planning ticket pricing policies and marketing strategies so as to increase subsequent customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has shifted the paradigm of tourism and culinary exploration towards mobile platforms. However, local culinary searches in Medan City are currently still conventional and random. Scattered culinary information across various social media without a comprehensive summary often confuses customers and complicates the promotion of micro-culinary businesses (UMKM) in the digital era. Existing commercial platforms often burden local sellers with high platform taxes. This research aims to design and implement an Android-Based Mobile Application for Local Culinary Recommendations as an effective solution to these problems. This application is built natively using the Java programming language for the Android client side, integrated with a PHP Application Programming Interface (API) and MySQL relational database. The system design involves a Client-Server architecture and includes three distinct access rights: User, Culinary Admin, and Super Admin. Implemented features include dining place search, interactive reviews, ratings, popularity levels based on view counts, and Google Maps API integration for precise culinary navigation routes. The result of this research is a self-managed mobile application that accelerates navigation access for users while assisting business owners in managing their stalls independently, objectively, and expanding their promotional reach without internal transaction fees.

Abstract

The Digital Access of stunting services access app is one designed to help build a stunting service center in the resident and family planning terrain service. In addition, to assist ministerial servants in carrying out a filing process. The problem is the computerized process of filing and filing service teams, to prevent stunting service teams from having any difficulty with data-loping, as manuals and archivist data often result in reregisations of the same data that make the data invalid. The goal of the application is to facilitate officers in the process of inquiry, and to assist communities in monitoring stunted child growth. The method used in the study is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a simple method. It employs a comprehensive and quantifying approach starting at the needs of the system level and heading for the analytical, design, coding, testing or verification and maintenance sequence. The desired result is to facilitate family service in planning information and the ministry and to help build a quick, accurate, stunting service center.

Abstract

One of the tourist attractions from Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, which recently went viral is Nakny Funland. Nakny Funland is frequently visited by local tourists and tourists from outside the region, however currently Nakny Funland still uses the manual method in its system, namely by recording a book system in the process of recording ticket sales and financial reports so there is a high probability that errors can occur in entering data, errors in calculations. data on tickets sold, errors in making financial reports, and can hamper the search process for the data needed. Therefore, we need an accounting information system that can produce faster and more accurate information. The author will create a ticket sales accounting information system at Nakny Funland Tourism using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 as software and MySQL as database to process the data. The purpose of creating this system is to assist the performance of officers and persons in charge at Nakny Funland Tourism in making the process of recording ticket sales and financial reports easier, faster, and more accurate, and can minimize errors in making records.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the income and expenditure cycle at the E Targer Gold Shop with an accounting information system. The use of accounting information systems helps improve efficiency and accuracy in the cycle process. This study uses a descriptive method by collecting data through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. Several problems were found that could be corrected through the implementation of an accounting information system. In the revenue cycle, the information system makes it easier to record sales and financial reports. In the expenditure cycle, the information system facilitates the procurement and recording of expenditures. Implementation of accounting information systems is recommended to increase efficiency, accuracy, and make the right decisions in a gold shop.

Abstract

The data-management information system of supply goods played a significant role in running a business. This system is used to input inventory data into the database so there are no internal errors in input, output and report creation based on data that desirable. But in the UD. Pelawi had not been able to supply computerized supply management systems and therefore had not been able to control the available supply of goods. What goes in and out is recorded by the employee using the supply book. This was done by the attendant by hand with the inventory book, so the record was often misplaced. That would create some of the problems, such as wasted time and heavy paper sheets, would result in hard-finding data. There has been no encoding of the item which suggests the item entered first. Therefore in compiling this final assignment the writer took the FIFO method on the UD. Pelawi's supply research. Which through this method will create a useful code for figuring out which goes first in the cellar, which will be sold in order to maintain the quality of the item. It is also hoped that it will enable better company activities and data storage so that better research and report making processes are more effective and efficient.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat is a junior high school located in Ndokum Siroga Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. Information Technology has developed very rapidly with a variety of software created to modern hardware. Technological developments from time to time are getting more advanced, we can see in various aspects of life, one of which is in registering for a school, it is enough to connect to the internet and enter the intended school's website page, then we can register, so that all the activities we do become easier and more efficient. This study aims to build a school website where new students can be accepted through online media and this website is developed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database. This website can make it easier for prospective students to register for school because they only need to be connected to the internet, and registration can be done anywhere and anytime. It is also easier for schools to record new student acceptance data reports because they can check applicant data directly through the website.
