Abstract

Tangan Di Atas (TDA) is a community of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia and spread across various regions, one of which is Semarang City. There are various business fields in the TDA Community of Semarang City such as culinary, fashion and so on, including the creative industry sector. The development of the creative industry presents its own challenges for every individual, namely becoming a producer who is always thinking about creating creative and innovative products. However, there are several obstacles faced, such as 1) Not having knowledge about the importance of partnerships and collaboration; 2) There is no cooperation in running a creative industry business; and 3) The TDA community network is not yet optimal as a medium for collaboration between entrepreneurs. The method used in this service is to carry out socialization as the first stage, then continue with providing comprehensive, integrated and sustainable training. After that, the service team facilitates efforts to increase sales of creative products through business camps, coaching clinics, product promotions and so on. After that, intensive and continuous assistance is carried out. After carrying out this service activity, creative industry players, especially the TDA Community of Semarang City, can intensify and optimize partnership systems, integrated collaboration and other business development efforts.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sekarang ini terus mengalami pertumbuhan seiring dengan perkembangan zaman diera revolusi industri 4.0. Diera sekarang ini juga menuntut para pelaku usaha termasuk UMKM untuk terus bertransformasi digital dalam berbagai hal. Adapun permasalahan yang sekarang ini dihadapi oleh para pelaku UMKM diantaranya adalah kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang masih rendah dalam penguasaan kemampuan literasi digital terutama berkaitan dengan digital marketing dan optimalisasi konten promosi berbasis digital yang efektif, efisien dan tepat sasaran. Permasalahan tersebut harus segera diatasi dan ditangani secara tepat, cepat serta berkelanjutan. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan melakukan pendampingan dan digitalisasi UMKM berbasis optimalisasi pembuatan konten promosi digital. Substansi dan makna dari suatu konten promosi yaitu mempunyai nilai tersendiri bagi upaya pemasaran atau marketing suatu produk dan/atau jasa dalam menarik keputusan pembelian dari konsumen. Rencana kegiatan yang disusun dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan secara komprehensif, terpadu dan terintegrasi berbasis digital. Pendekatan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dipakai adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) berbentuk metode penyuluhan, pendampingan, dan pelatihan. Sasarannya adalah para pelaku UMKM diberbagai bidang usaha di Talangsari, Kelurahan Bendan Duwur, Kecamatan Gajahmungkur, Kota Semarang. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) continue to experience growth in line with developments in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. The current era also requires business actors, including MSMEs, to continue digital transformation in various ways. The problems currently faced by MSME players include the still low competency of Human Resources (HR) in mastering digital literacy skills, especially those related to digital marketing and optimizing digital-based promotional content that is effective, efficient and right on target. These problems must be addressed immediately and handled appropriately, quickly and sustainably. The solution offered is to provide assistance and digitalization of MSMEs based on optimizing the creation of digital promotional content. The substance and meaning of promotional content are valuable for marketing efforts for a product and/or service in attracting consumer purchasing decisions. The activity plan prepared in Community Service for the community is carried out in a comprehensive, integrated, and digital-based manner. The approach used for community service activities is participatory rural appraisal (PRA) in counselling, mentoring, and training methods. The targets are MSME actors in various business fields in Talangsari, Bendan Duwur Village, Gajahmungkur District, Semarang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the benefits of applying pillars in supporting good governance at Semarang State University. There are 7 types of policies in the approved pillars which are green architecture, paper policies, waste management and many more. With the pillar of this improvement, it makes the campus governance system more effective, efficient and able to increase financial inclusion by taking into account environmental aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method with primary and secondary data for phenomena that occur in the field in explaining the data to support this work. Based on studies conducted, it can be concluded that governance is able to realize governance, better operational management in realizing Semarang State University to be a good government.

Abstract

Agrotourism in Indonesia plays a crucial role in enhancing community economic inclusiveness by providing employment and empowerment opportunities. Jollong Gardens Agrotourism, a notable destination in Pati Regency, Central Java, serves as the focal point of this study. The research aims to: 1) Assess tourism management capacity in Pati Regency, 2) Analyze the sustainable integration of the tourism sector, and 3) Develop a strategy for Jollong Gardens Agrotourism based on local heritage and ecotourism to boost community economic inclusiveness. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study combines descriptive qualitative analysis with the Analytic Network Process (ANP) for quantitative analysis, utilizing both primary and secondary data. The findings indicate a need to improve human resource quality to optimize tourism contributions, highlight the importance of stakeholder synergy with a high contribution value of 0.16584, and prioritize enhancing human resource quality and competency for Jollong Gardens Agrotourism with a value of 0.36710.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara besar yang mempunyai potensi melimpah di bidang kelautan dan perikanan, seperti nila salin. Nila salin adalah salah satu jenis budidaya ikan air payau yang dioptimalkan di area pesisir. Salah satu daerah yang potensial budidaya ikan air payau yaitu Kecamatan Dukuhseti, Kabupaten Pati. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan ini menyasar Kelompok Petani Tambak Pokdakan Berkah Nila Abadi beserta masyarakat sekitar. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan insight berwirausaha yang terpadu, komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini untuk menjawab permasalahan mitra di bidang optimalisasi pasca panen, pemasaran digital, manajemen organisasi, maupun minimnya penggunaan teknologi. Revitalisasi ini diperlukan untuk memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi agar lebih optimal. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pelatihan maupun penyuluhan dan penyampaian materi terkait industrial management sebagai salah satu bentuk akselerasi konsep blue economy. Konsep blue economy adalah penguatan sektor sumber daya perairan guna memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan dengan berbagai inovasi maupun kreativitas yang dilakukan. Selain itu, pemberian seperangkat alat vacuum sealer juga bertujuan untuk membantu keberlangsungan usaha yang dijalankan. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah melalui bimbingan penyuluhan dan pelatihan secara intensif tentang manajemen skala industri dan optimasi sumber daya perairan khususnya ikan nila salin sebagai sektor unggulan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami strategi pengembangan produk, kajian dampak dari adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat dan perilaku konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian. Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan upaya menjadikan masyarakat yang mandiri. Usaha Menengah, Kecil, Mikro (UMKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat. UMKM juga termasuk salah satu usaha di Indonesia yang terbukti kuat mempertahankan eksitensinya meskipun telah dihadapkan dalam berbagai permaslahan ekonomi, seperti halnya pada krisis moneter yang terjadi di Indonesia pada tahun 1998. Dalam upaya menjaga eksistensi usaha UMKM, tentu tidak telepas dari keunggulan kompetitif dengan perusahaan kompetitor lainya. Salah satu UMKM yang memiliki keunggulan kompetitif ialah CV. Gerownies. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dekstritif kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan produk memiliki peran penting bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Perilaku konsumen dipengaruhi atas beberpa faktor. Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan perusahaan sehingga menimbulkan berbagai dampak positif, bagi sesama. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penerapan medial pembelajaran padlet dalam meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di SMK Teuku Umar Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Data penelitian yang diolah adalah data penelitian primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan soal pre-test dan post-test. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Media pembelajaran padlet dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa. (2) Media pembelajaran padlet dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran padlet dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pilihan dalam proses pembelajaran pemasaran. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran padlet hendaknya diterapkan pada materi lainnya. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar; Keaktifan Siswa; Media Pembelajaran, Padlet

Abstract

Tourism is a key economic sector in Indonesia, significantly contributing to foreign exchange and national revenue. Developing a sustainable tourism strategy requires collaboration across academia, businesses, communities, government, media, and NGOs. However, one major challenge in Indonesia’s tourism sector is the lack of synergistic, comprehensive, and integrated stakeholder collaboration. To address this issue, this study aims to develop a sustainable tourism strategy for Pati Regency based on the hexa helix model, which emphasizes multi-stakeholder engagement in tourism destinations. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research incorporates qualitative methods—such as interviews, observations, and documentation—and a quantitative analysis through MACTOR (Matrix of Alliance, Conflicts, Tactics, Objectives, Recommendations) to map stakeholder interactions. Findings reveal a high level of alignment between the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office (DINPORAPAR) and SMEs, scoring 21.7 on the convergence scale. The primary focus for sustainable development is on enhancing innovation and competitive ability, identified as the most influential objective.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai kontribusi yang sangat signifikan dalam perekonomian nasional. UMKM dengan ketangguhan yang ada mampu menjadi buffer dan bersifat resilien (kuat dan tangguh). Pengembangan UMKM dapat mengoptimalkan berbagai sumber daya yang melimpah di Indonesia mulai dari sektor pangan, kerajinan, logam, kearifan lokal dan sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergitas dan kolaborasi berbagai pihak dalam pengembangan UMKM agar dapat upscaling pada berbagai sektor di tingkat pasar global. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh industri kecil pembuatan tahu khas Bandungan, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Adapun mitra kegiatan pengabdian adalah UMKM Tahu Khas Bandungan atau Tahu Serasi “Lestari” dengan alamat Desa Kenteng RT 07/RW 01, Kecamatan Bandungan, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Terdapat dua aspek permasalahan yang akan ditangani, yaitu aspek produksi dan aspek manajemen. Dalam pelaksanaan dipakai beberapa metode yang saling mendukung, antara lain dengan penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung dan pendampingan. Dalam pembuatan mesin/alat yang akan diterapkan di mitra akan dilaksanakan di workshop jurusan Teknik Mesin FT Unnes, dengan melibatkan teknisi dan mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dihasilkannya Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) berupa 1 unit alat press tahu mekanis, pendampingan pembukuan dan manajemen usaha, peningkatan promosi, produksi, pemasaran dan produktivitas usaha berbasis optimalisasi kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM).

Abstract

Semarang City is one of the areas in Central Java Province that has various potential superior regional products, one of which is soybean processing in Sumurrejo Village, Gunungpati District. The abundant potential for soybean processing has made Sumurrejo Village designated as a Thematic Soybean Processing Village (OKE Village). There are a total of 16 soybean processing producers divided into 8 tofu producers and 8 tempeh producers, including Berkah Hambida and UD Jaya Makmur which focus on tofu processing. The problems faced by the two producers include the production aspect, namely the lack of standardized and adequate infrastructure, the absence of Appropriate Technology (TTG) and the lack of hygiene in the production area. In addition, problems in terms of quality, marketing and the environment are also still very minimal. There is no standardized Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) and the market segment is still limited to the local and regional scope. The purpose of community service is to overcome problems in terms of production and marketing. More specifically, these problems include aspects of production, quality, hygiene and environmental aspects. The service methods used are through socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation as well as program sustainability. The results of the service in the 1st year (2024) were to create and implement 1 unit of steam boiler machine, 1 set of food grade stainless steel boiling pans and optimization of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL).
