Abstract

Making hair tonic products aims to process white rice washing waste water into a hair tonic product, get the right formula for making hair tonic products by utilizing white rice washing waste water, and find out people's interest in the product. The method used is the 4D development method, namely define (definition) including analysis of utilization and needs as well as literature studies related to rice washing waste water and hair tonic then determine the reference product, design (planning) including making 3 formulas into hair tonic products along with packaging, develop (development) includes product validation tests, dissemination (distribution) includes liking tests and pH tests. The results obtained were the processing of white rice washing wastewater into hair tonic products by sterilizing at a temperature of 121℃ for 17 minutes, obtaining the right formula, and liking test results with a percentage value of 88.75%. Based on the assessment scale for Akdon modification products, it shows that the products are well received by the public.

Abstract

Fenomena yang ditemui pada anggota Paguyuban Reog Karso Budoyo di Desa Ngentakrejo, Kapanewon Lendah, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, adalah rendahnya kemampuan dalam menerapkan tata rias karakter Reog menjelang pertunjukan, sehingga ketergantungan terhadap jasa makeup artist dengan tarif tinggi menjadi suatu keharusanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aspek konteks, input, dan proses dalam pelatihan rias karakter Reog terhadap keterampilan merias wajah anggota Paguyuban Reog Karso Budoyo di Desa Ngentakrejo, Kapanewon Lendah, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 anggota paguyuban tari Reog. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket dengan skala Likert 4 untuk mengukur pengaruh ketiga aspek terhadap keterampilan merias wajah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek konteks, input, dan proses pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan merias wajah anggota paguyuban. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga aspek tersebut saling berkontribusi dalam membentuk kemampuan rias karakter Reog yang lebih baik pada anggota paguyuban. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan program pelatihan yang lebih efektif dalam mendukung keterampilan merias karakter di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Media in learning has a very important role because it can help optimize the learning process and facilitate students to understand the concepts taught. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, resulting in students' learning needs also changing. This requires teachers to always improve their knowledge and ability in developing learning media based on information and communication technology. This training aims to: increase the knowledge and skills of teachers in making learning media using the Corel Draw program that can be applied to help the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The result of this training activity was the increase in knowledge and skills of 12 teachers in making learning media using corel draw, this was evidenced by the completion of 10 learning media consisting of job sheets, handouts, and material exposure in the form of power points. Participant attendance during the training is 100% fulfilled. 85% of participants understood the theory presented by the team. Meanwhile, based on the results of practice, 83% of teachers can create learning media by utilizing the Corel Draw program. Based on mastery of the material, 78% of participants stated that they had no difficulty operating the Corel draw. The satisfaction level of trainees with an average score of 3.63 in the Very Satisfied category, and the usefulness of the training obtained an average score of 3.84 in the Very Useful category. This indicates that the training objectives can be achieved well
