Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kualitas layanan dan kepuasan peserta didik di LKP Prisma Computer, serta mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik di LKP Prisma Computer Karawang dengan indikator keandalan, bukti fisik, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik analisis regresi. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 30 peserta didik aktif pada bulan Juni 2023 di LKP Prisma Computer yang diambil dengan teknik sampel total. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu korelasi product moment (pearson), analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t (uji parsial), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) yang dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan peserta didik dengan persamaan regresi 10,722 + 0,574 X dan berkekuatan moderat yaitu sebesar 58,7%, sedangkan pengaruh kepuasan peserta didik dari faktor lain sebesar 41,3% tidak diuji pada penelitian ini. Pada hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa indikator jaminan memiliki skor rata-rata terendah yaitu sebesar 12,56 dan indikator bukti fisik memiliki nilai rata-rata terbesar yaitu 17,67 pada variabel kualitas layanan.

Abstract

Marriage is a sacred bond that requires thorough preparation to form a family that is sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah. The high rates of divorce and domestic violence in Indonesia make premarital training very important. This study describes the implementation of premarital training at the KUA Kecamatan Leuwiliang, identifies supporting and inhibiting factors, and evaluates the outcomes of the training in forming sakinah families. Descriptive research is used to systematically depict the phenomenon. The training considers participant characteristics such as age, occupation, education, gender, and marital status. The materials are designed with relevant content, supported by competent tutors and adequate facilities. The main obstacles are budget limitations and low participant engagement. The results of the training show a positive impact in helping couples achieve a balance between worldly and spiritual needs. Alumni reported improvements in managing household finances, fulfilling social and psychological needs, as well as understanding and practicing religion within the family. However, alumni stated they have not yet become role models in society. Overall, premarital training at the KUA Kecamatan Leuwiliang is effective in helping couples achieve a harmonious balance in family life and forming sakinah families.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi program pendidikan kecakapan wirausaha food and beverage di SKB Purwokerto dengan menggunakan model CIPP meliputi Context, Input, Process, Product yang dikembangkan oleh Daniel Stufflebeam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Evaluasi Context program pendidikan kecakapan wirausaha food and beverage di SKB Purwokerto berjalan dengan baik karena adanya kesesuaian program dengan kebutuhan peserta didik yang telah sesuai serta tujuan, manfaat program, pendekatan program, rencana SDM dan rencana anggaran yang jelas. (2) Evaluasi Input program pendidikan kecakapan wirausaha food and beverage di SKB Purwokerto mencakup sumber daya manusia serta sarana dan prasarana sebagian komponennya sudah cukup baik, hanya terkendala dalam sarana yang masih belum lengkap. (3) Evaluasi Process program pendidikan kecakapan wirausaha food and beverage di SKB Purwokerto mencakup perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran dapat dikatakan sudah baik. (4) Evaluasi Product program pendidikan kecakapan wirausaha food and beverage di SKB Purwokerto mencakup ketercapaian tujuan program, hasil belajar/output, dan keluaran/outcocome sudah sesuai dan dapat dikatakan baik.

Abstract

Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Berbasis Digital Untuk Pemberdayaan Pemuda Di Karang taruna Desa Margasari Kabupaten Karawang. Bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses, faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis digital pada Karang Taruna desa Margasari Kabupaten Karawang. Menurut Sudjana (2007) dilihat dari titik berat orientasi programnya, pelatihan dapat dibagi menjadi tiga kategori. “Pertama, pelatihan yang berorientasi kepada kepentingan lembaga penyelenggara pelatihan. Kedua, pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dengan orientasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang akan menjadi layanan suatu lembaga. Ketiga, pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dengan berorientasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan individu, lembaga atau komunitas tertentu”. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian seorang ketua lembaga, instruktur, dan peserta pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis digital yang diselenggarakan oleh Karang Taruna desa Margasari kabupaten Karawang. Analisa penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu mengenai proses pelaksanaan pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis digital untuk pemberdayaan pemuda di Karang Taruna desa Margasari, faktor pendukung peserta mengikuti pelatihan kewirausahaan, faktor penghambat pelaksanaan dan peserta pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis digital, serta hasil pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis digital.

Abstract

Abstract Based on the existing conditions in preliminary research, the purpose of this study is to analyze and review the implementation of service attendant training in the maintenance of State Property at Singaperbangsa University Karawang and explain and describe the results of the implementation of the training. This research is optimally pursued in researching the subject matter based on data, institutional facts, recognition, and evaluation relying on case studies. The research uses qualitative research methods (natural setting) through a case study method approach, especially efforts to reveal the implementation of service guide training to improve BMN maintenance carried out by tracing and seeking information from training organizers and training participants. Sampling was carried out by snowball sampling involving 4 informants, consisting of 2 training managers and 2 training participants. The results of this study confirm that training can have a positive and significant impact. Training provides service personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary for BMN maintenance. Includes an understanding of the correct methods, and tools used while working (best practice). Stewards who attended the training also became more aware of the importance of the role in maintaining BMN. Pramubakti can identify risks and actions to be taken to avoid damage to BMN. The implementation of training for Pramubakti is now expected to be sustainable in mastering other understandings that continue to develop by the times.

Abstract

Community empowerment is basically a planned social change strategy to overcome dilemmas or meet community needs. The formulation of the research problem is how the process of implementing women's empowerment through digital-based Opak UMKM packaging and marketing training in Pajaten Village. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. The research subjects were divided into four respondents, including the first respondent, namely the group leader (R1), the second respondent, namely the tutor (R2), two respondents as learners from the women's group (R3 and R4) and the fifth respondent (R5) the organizer. The data analysis process was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that packaging and marketing training was carried out directly by combining theory and practice, with a focus on important skills such as packaging design, digital marketing, product photography, SEO, and the use of social media. This training has a significant impact on increasing the knowledge, skills, and economic independence of participants. However, in its implementation, there are obstacles, namely access to technological devices and the quality of facilities are the main challenges that must be overcome to ensure the learning process runs optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pelatihan menjahit di LembagaKursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Andi Jaya Kabupaten Subang dengan menggunakan model evaluasiCIPPO yang mencakup lima komponen: Context, Input, Process, Product, dan Outcome. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri daripengelola, tutor/instruktur, serta warga belajar di LKP Andi Jaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspekcontext, program pelatihan menjahit telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan masyarakat setempat.Pada aspek input, tersedia sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana yang mendukung pelaksanaanprogram meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan. Pada aspek process, proses pembelajaran berjalan sesuaidengan rencana, namun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dan hambatan teknis.Pada aspek product, program telah mampu meningkatkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap wargabelajar. Sedangkan pada aspek outcome, sebagian besar warga belajar mampu mengimplementasikanketerampilan yang diperoleh dalam bentuk pekerjaan maupun wirausaha. Dari hasil evaluasimenyeluruh, program pelatihan menjahit di LKP Andi Jaya dinilai cukup efektif, namun masih perlupeningkatan terutama dalam perencanaan materi dan pengelolaan sarana. Penelitian ini diharapkandapat menjadi masukan bagi pengembangan program pelatihan keterampilan di lembaga kursus danpelatihan nonformal.

Abstract

The availability of adequate educational facilities and infrastructure plays an important role in supporting an effective and comfortable learning process. This study aims to examine the influence of facility and infrastructure availability on the learning satisfaction of Package C students at PKBM Nurul Islam Karawang. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach with simple random sampling. The population consisted of 102 students from grades X, XI, and XII, with a sample size of 51 determined by the Slovin formula. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with simple linear regression. The results showed a t-value of 6.455 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a significant effect of facility and infrastructure availability on learning satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.54, meaning that 54% of the variation in learning satisfaction is explained by the availability of facilities and infrastructure. This study highlights the importance of quality facilities and infrastructure in nonformal education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the digital marketing implementation of Biosaka products through an andragogical approach among the Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani, KWT) Binangkit in Sukasari Village, Purwasari District, Karawang Regency. The training was designed to enhance participants’ skills in digital product marketing, focusing on three main indicators: packaging design, economic impact, and target market understanding. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and activity documentation. The results indicate that the training significantly improved participants’ knowledge and skills, particularly in creating more attractive and informative product packaging. Economically, participants actively marketed their products via social media, maintained simple transaction records, and showed an increase in income. Regarding the target market, participants demonstrated the ability to identify potential consumers and develop promotion strategies aligned with digital trends. Overall, the digital marketing training based on andragogy proved effective in empowering rural women to develop local businesses. Support from the village government and UPTD strengthened the program’s sustainability, contributing to community-based economic empowerment efforts.

Abstract

This research article aims to find out bridal makeup training in an effort to foster the independence of package C learning citizens at PKBM nurul islam karawang. the background of this training is the high dropout rate, especially for women so that this training exists. The importance of the research topic is the relevance of learning needs to learning citizens, bridal makeup has high economic value and practical skills so that it can foster economic independence. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This data collection technique uses observation and semi-structured interviews with research subjects totaling 5 people including 1 manager, 1 instructor, and 3 learning citizens. Data collection using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The conclusion of this research is that all bridal makeup training processes carried out at PKBM are well implemented and in accordance with existing mechanisms. In the process of implementing this training using the Learning by doing method. The instructor will explain the material and also provide teaching materials in the form of modules and practice with the media props or models, then the participants will practice following the instructor to the model. The results of this training have an impact on the independence of the trainees where they are very happy to have new skills so that in the future they can open jobs and entrepreneurship independently.
