Abstract

Islamic education amid the tide of modernization faces serious challenges in the form of weakening spiritual character and the disconnection of religious values from the local cultural context. This condition calls for an educational approach that is not only normative, but also contextual and rooted in local wisdom. This study aims to identify the Islamic educational values contained in the Sedulur Papat Limo Pancer philosophy and analyze strategies for integrating them into the spiritual character development of students in Nagori Maligas Bayu. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method and a philosophical-contextual analysis of the Sedulur Papat Limo Pancer concept, combined with an Islamic educational perspective. The results show that the Sedulur Papat Limo Pancer philosophy contains Islamic educational values, including purity, sincerity, gratitude, empathy, responsibility, discipline, moral courage, respect for parents, and balance in life. The integration of these values in Islamic education has implications for strengthening the spiritual character of students holistically through a reflective, dialogical, and locally-based approach. This study emphasizes the importance of local wisdom as a strategic resource for the development of relevant and sustainable Islamic education.

Abstract

Bullying is a serious problem that persists frequently in elementary schools and negatively impacts students' psychological and social development, as well as their learning experience. Therefore, ongoing preventative efforts through early character education are necessary. This study aims to describe the role of Al-Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University (UMN) Community Service Program (KKN) students in fostering anti-bullying awareness within the MIS Cendikia school in Batu Bara Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was used as data collection techniques, including direct observation, in-depth interviews, and activity documentation. The results indicate that the anti-bullying education program implemented by the KKN students, through interactive counseling, educational games, visual media, and an empathetic communication approach, increased students' understanding and awareness of the negative impacts of bullying. Furthermore, changes in student attitudes toward more respectful, cooperative, and empathetic behavior were observed. Support from the school also strengthened the program's effectiveness in creating a safer and more inclusive learning environment. Thus, the KKN students serve as agents of change in instilling anti-bullying values ​​and building a positive school culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis interoperabilitas hukum sebagai pendekatan alternatif yang memungkinkan kerja sama antar sistem hukum tanpa harus menyeragamkan aturan, sebagai solusi terhadap keterbatasan hukum konvensional dalam menghadapi transaksi berbasis blockchain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan studi kepustakaan, bersumber dari jurnal, buku, penelitian, serta instrumen hukum internasional seperti United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Model Law on Electronic Commerce, International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) Principles of International Commercial Contracts, dan New York Convention 1958. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harmonisasi hukum internasional memerlukan kesepakatan global yang sulit dicapai, sementara teknologi berkembang sangat cepat. Sebaliknya, interoperabilitas hukum memungkinkan putusan arbitrase blockchain diakui lintas negara selama memenuhi syarat procedural fairness, melalui mekanisme pengakuan putusan arbitrase internasional berdasarkan New York Convention. Selain itu, penyisipan klausul pilihan hukum dan pilihan forum dalam smart contract serta penerapan model hybrid arbitration menggabungkan penyelesaian teknis on-chain dengan pengesahan off-chain menjadi langkah strategis dalam memperkuat kepastian hukum. Contoh implementasi seperti platform Kleros menunjukkan potensi penyelesaian sengketa berbasis desentralisasi, namun efektivitasnya tetap bergantung pada pengakuan yurisdiksi negara. Dengan demikian, interoperabilitas hukum menjadi pendekatan yang paling adaptif dan realistis untuk penyelesaian sengketa bisnis internasional berbasis blockchain.
