Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of religious moderation in learning Kealwashliyahan Education at UMN Al-Washliyah. Religious moderation is an effort to promote balanced and tolerant attitudes and behaviors in terms of religion, which is very relevant in the context of Higher Education. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from lecturers and students involved in the course. The results showed that the implementation of religious moderation in learning Kealwashliyahan courses at UMN Al-Washliyah was carried out through 3 (three) things, namely a) Lecture planning which is reflected in the RPS of the Kealwashliyahan Education course, b) Lecture implementation which is reflected in 7 lecture materials and learning methods, namely discussion methods and case studies to encourage critical thinking and interfaith dialogue, and c) Lecture evaluation to emphasize the understanding and application of religious moderation in order to be able to be tolerant and inclusive in diversity among students.

Abstract

Di banyak komunitas, terutama di daerah yang nilai-nilai adat dan tradisi masih sangat kuat, seringkali terjadi ketidakpahaman atau bahkan ketidaktahuan terhadap prinsip-prinsip kompilasi hukum Islam. Realitas akan ketidakpahaman harta bersama menurut kompilasi hukum Islam di tengah-tengah masyarakat muslim acap kali meghadirkan konflik keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merespons secara spesifik terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat dan memberikan solusi yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, yaitu edukasi tentang konsep harta bersama menurut kompilasi hukum Islam. Metode kegiatan pengabdian adalah melalui ceramah dan diskusi. Mitra kegiatan adalah anggota kelompok Persatuan Wirid Batak Islam (PWBI) Kwala Bekala Medan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang konsep harta bersama menurut kompilasi hukum Islam sebesar 68,96% yang diperoleh dari hasil tes awal dan tes akhir. Dengan pemahaman yang ditingkatkan, diharapkan kelompok PWBI dapat menjadi agen perubahan positif dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kompilasi hukum Islam dalam permasalahan harta bersama, meminimalkan potensi konflik, dan menciptakan harmoni dalam keluarga serta komunitas.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya kepemilikhan suatu hak atas tanah harus benar-bnar dipastikan atas dasarnya baik Alas Hukum, surat kepemilikan, asal usul, dan segala macam administrasi yang legal agar terhindar dari konflik, terutama tanah. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai usaha untuk penyelesaian sengketa tanah dengan cepat guna menghindari penumpukan sengketa tanah, yang dapat merugikan masyarakat karena tanah dalam sengketa tidak dapat digunakan. Banyaknya sengketa pertanahan yang terjadi dalam masyarakat, mendapat perhatian serius dari pemerintah, karena dianggap bahwa issue kasus sengketa dan konflik pertanahan merupakan salah satu issue strategis. Kebijakan Pemerintah Dalam Penyelesaian Sengketa Kepemilikan Hak Atas Tanah adalah dengan menetapkan regulasi. Regulasi pertanahan dibuat oleh pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan berbagai masalah pertanahan. beberapa kebijakan dalam penyelesaian sengketa kepemilikan hak atas tanah, di antaranya: Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) sebagai lembaga pemerintah non-departemen yang bertugas melaksanakan tugas pemerintah di bidang pertanahan, termasuk menangani dan menyelesaikan sengketa pertanahan; Pemerintah daerah berwenang menyelesaikan sengketa tanah garapan, tanah ulayat, tanah kosong, dan masalah ganti kerugian dan santunan tanah untuk pembangunan; Penyelesaian sengketa tanah bisa dilakukan melalui jalur hukum, seperti Pengadilan Tata Usaha, Pengadilan Negeri, dan mediasi BPN; Penyelesaian sengketa tanah juga bisa dilakukan melalui jalur non-litigasi, seperti negosiasi, konsiliasi, arbitrase, dan mediasi.

Abstract

Inspiration is one of the sub-discussions in implementing the Indonesian archipelago module in the independent student exchange program. This activity presents an inspiring figure from the area, whether a cultural figure, politician, official, or someone considered capable of inspiring students. This research aims to see what character education students receive during this activity. The sample for this research was 23 students participating in the second class of the 2022 independent student exchange program from several regions in Indonesia. This research method is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and direct involvement in inspirational activities. In this inspirational activity, inviting a central figure who can provide insight, experiences, and tips so that this figure can be successful and become famous is very important as motivation and encouragement to the participants when they later achieve success in life. The character education obtained in this activity is the religious character, independence, tenacity, hard work, courage, discipline, never giving up, optimism, and cooperation.

Abstract

The current era of information technology development has unwittingly changed the global world order which inevitably becomes a challenge for the world of education today. Education modification should also welcome the development of information technology to be developed in the learning process to be more effective and attract the attention of students so that it is hoped that the knowledge to be conveyed can be easily understood. The development of information technology is marked by the emergence of sophisticated tools that can be utilized in the learning process in schools. This study aims to see the modification in classroom learning carried out by teachers in every learning process, especially at MAS Lab IKIP Al Washliyah Medan, the research method is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and other instruments that are categorized to support this research. The results of this study found that the implementation of learning in schools, especially at MAS Lab IKIP Al Washliyah Medan, has embraced learning moderenization, this can be seen from learning facilities that have used technological devices in accordance with the times, such as learning using laptob facilities, computers, infocus, and other learning facilities.

Abstract

Investments and aspirations towards social justice are interrelated and influence each other. A well-planned investment begins with legal drafting and a wise effort to potentially become a major force in achieving social justice. For this reason, a thorough approach is needed in designing and implementing investments, taking into account the social and environmental impacts that may arise. This research aims to know the reconstruction of investment law based on social justice as the ideal of social justice is not just a wish, but can be realized through sustainable and comprehensive investments. The research used normative legal research, which is used as the opposite of the empirical/sociological legal research method. The result showed a well-planned investment begins with legal drafting and a wise effort to potentially become a major force in achieving social justice. For this reason, a thorough approach is needed in designing and implementing investments, taking into account the social and environmental impacts that may arise. In this way, the ideal of social justice is not just a wish, but can be realized through sustainable and comprehensive investments.

Abstract

Analysis of Collective Labor Agreements in ultinational corporation through the lens of Gustav Radbruch's theory underlines the importance of material justice, legal certainty, and the conformity between legality and morality in industrial relations. Radbruch's theory provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating the fairness and effectiveness of Collective labor Agreements, emphasizing the important role of trade unions in protecting workers' rights and ensuring fair implementation of Collective labor Agrements. The application of Radbruch's principles in this context requires active cooperation from all stakeholders, including the government, employers, and trade unions. The government has the responsibility to create a legal environment that supports justice and legal certainty, while employers must respect workers' rights and comply with the contents of Collective labor Agreements. Trade unions, as representatives of workers, have a crucial role in ensuring that workers' voices and interests are heard and considered in the process of negotiating and implementing Collective labor Agreements

Abstract

Perkawinan dalam usia muda telah diatur dalam undang-undang no. 16 Tahun 2019 sebagaimana perubahan dari undang-undang no. 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan, undang-undang ini memberikan syarat bagi pasangan yang hendak menikah harus berusia 19 tahun. Adapun tujuan batas usia adalah untuk mengurangi jumlah pasangan yang ingin menikah di usia muda. Tetapi ditemukan data makin tingginya jumlah pasangan yang menikah Sebagai sample di 6 Kecamatan Kota Medan terjadi kenaikan yang signifikan dengan angka kisaran 50℅. faktor penyebabnya sangat beragam dari masalah ekonomi, pergaulan bebas, kurangnya sex education, dll. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi aturan dispensasi perkawinan usia muda agar masyarakat paham tujuan sebenarnya adalah mengurangi prevelensi perkawinan karena secara psikis, fisikis dan ekonomis berdampak langsung atau tidak langsung. Mitra pengabdian adalah ibu-ibu persatuan wirid batak islam kelurahan kwala bekala kecamatan Medan Johor yang telah berdiri sejak 1983 yang diharapan dapat mensosialisasikan aturan dispensasi kepada khalayak umum.
