Abstract

The 5R method (Concise, Neat, Cool, Caring, Diligent) is a method that aims to maintain the cleanliness of the work area at all times, eliminating waste in moving goods and waste in searching for tools and materials. The 5R method can be integrated into various fields, such as: information technology, health, education, small and medium enterprises, to social organizations. The 5R culture is a technical step that aims to foster attitudes and behaviors, thus forming a culture of discipline on every front. The habit of practicing 5R also encourages continuous improvement in various fields. Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Amdadiyah Ngasem as one of the educational institutions every year always has new students so there is a lot of data that must be recapitulated and stored both in the form of softcopy and hardcopy. If it is not managed properly, archiving data will be a problem so that when the data is needed, it will take a long time to get it. The extracurricular activities fostered in this Madrasah are quite a lot, with a lot of extracurriculars, of course, there are many necessary equipment. The arrangement and maintenance of the equipment used must be considered so that the equipment is easy to find if needed and becomes more durable. Therefore, a system is needed that can be used to improve data archiving and equipment structuring and maintenance. The solution offered to solve existing problems is to implement a 5R culture. From the socialization, data was obtained that as many as 89% of respondents expressed interest in implementing 5R both in Madrasah and at home and there were only 11% who expressed interest in implementing 5R in Madrasah only. From the questionnaire provided, it is also known that 56% of respondents believe that 5R can be applied and there are 44% of respondents who state that 5R may be applicable in MTs Amdadiyah Kweden. The reasons for the 44% of respondents who stated that 5R might be workable were: lack of knowledge about 5R (38%), cost (38%), commitment of all elements of the school (24%).

Abstract

Abstract

In today’s customer-driven industrial landscape, the ability of companies to align product quality with evolving customer expectations has become a critical success factor. This study proposes an integrative model that incorporates Voice of Customer (VoC) into a Quality Control (QC) system powered by Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI). The system is designed to autonomously analyze customer feedback, adjust quality parameters, and execute improvements within the production process without human intervention. Using a quantitative approach, the study evaluates the effectiveness of the system through key strategic indicators such as customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and marketing performance. The findings reveal that implementing Agentic AI in QC not only enhances product quality but also transforms QC into a data-driven marketing tool that is both proactive and adaptive. This model aligns with the vision of Industry 5.0, where technology and human-centric needs converge to enable continuous and intelligent quality improvement.

Abstract

Inventory control is an effort or activity carried out by an agency to make decisions so that the need for materials for production purposes can be met optimally with the smallest possible risk. PT Mekar Armada Jaya (MAJ) is a manufacturing company engaged in stamping and tools. Inventory in this company consists of raw materials, goods in the production process, and goods held for sale. Because inventory is stored in a warehouse, inventory and warehouse management are closely related. Warehousing itself is a component unit in the product supply chain. The warehouse functions as a place to store goods, until they are used in the production process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the FIFO system to raw material inventory at PT MAJ. Data collection techniques used in this study are direct observation in the raw material warehouse, interviews with warehouse staff and the production department, and documentation studies on the inventory recording system. The analysis was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively by comparing conditions before and after the implementation of the FIFO method in several aspects, namely, the level of accuracy of stock recording, the number of expired or damaged raw materials, and the efficiency of raw material retrieval time. The implementation of the FIFO method for inventory control carried out by PT MAJ is by attaching a FIFO label that will experience a color change for each item and change of month, this is done to distinguish new or old inventory. Materials received are given FIFO tags with various colors based on the supplier. The shelves used to store materials are given wheels or plaques, so that when taking materials it is easier. After the goods have been affixed with FIFO labels that are in accordance with the picklist and have been placed in the staging area, a loading list is made to be loaded after which the goods are scanned for their serial numbers by the checker and are ready to be sent. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the FIFO method applied at PT. MAJ uses a Kanban system and provides FIFO tags for raw materials, and the control of the system is carried out by people in the PPIC department. Keywords: inventory, FIFO, raw material, label, PPIC
