Abstract

Abstrak: Semakin besar suatu perusahaan maka aset yang dimiliki juga semakin banyak, demikian pula dengan data asetnya. Pemantauan dan pemeliharaan data aset menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan tersebut. Tidak terpantaunya aset dan data aset dapat menjadi permasalahan penting bagi perusahaan. Sistem pemantauan dan pemeliharaan aset ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah perusahaan dalam memantau data aset yang ada di perusahaan terutama pada departemen IT di PT Denso Indonesia. Pemantauan digunakan untuk proses pengumpulan dan analisis informasi berdasarkan indikator yang ditetapkan secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan tentang kegiatan atau program sehingga dapat dilakukan tindakan koreksi untuk penyempurnaan program atau kegiatan itu selanjutnya. Suatu perusahaan memiliki aset, dimana aset tersebut harus diketahui jumlah dan keadaaannya. Untuk itu perlu adanya suatu pemantauan data aset tersebut dan untuk memperlancar jalannya operasional perusahaan tersebut, aset harus dipelihara agar kondisi aset tersebut terjaga kualitasnya. PT Denso Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur. Terdapat beberapa departemen dan barang yang menjadi aset dan non aset diperusahaan tersebut. Salah satunya adalah Departement IT. Salah satu tugas dari Departemen IT adalah memonitoring data aset komputer. Selama ini untuk memantau data aset berupa barang komputer masih menggunakan MS. Office (Excel) untuk pengolahan datanya. Departemen IT diharuskan mendata dan memantau setiap aset yang diminta dan aset yang dikeluarkan. Untuk mempermudah pendataan tersebut maka dibuatlah sistem pemantauan dan pemeliharaan perangkat teknologi informasi berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah departemen IT dalam mengolah data kapan saja dengan menggunakan fasilitas website. Kata Kunci : sistem, sistem pemantauan dan pemeliharaan, website. Abstract: The bigger a company, the assets are also more and more, as well as the data assets. Monitoring and maintenance of asset data becomes very important to the company. Not terpantaunya assets and asset data can be an important issue for the company. Asset monitoring and maintenance system aims to simplify the company to monitor the data of existing assets in companies primarily in the IT department at PT Denso Indonesia. Monitoring is used for the collection and analysis of information based on the indicators set in a systematic and continuous activity or program so that corrective action can be done for the improvement of the program or activity further. A company has the assets, these assets must know the number and keadaaannya. For that we need a data monitoring these assets and for the smooth running of the company's operations, assets must be maintained so that the condition of these assets maintained its quality. PT Denso Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing. There are several departments and stuff that becomes an asset and non asset in the company. One is the IT department. One of the tasks of the IT Department is monitoring the computer asset data. During this time for monitoring data assets such as computer goods still using MS. Office (Excel) for data processing. IT departments are required to record and monitor any asset that is requested and issued asset. To facilitate the data collection then be made of monitoring systems and maintenance of web-based information technology devices are expected to facilitate IT departments in data processing at any time using the website facility. Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi internet saat ini membuat pekerjaan manusia di banyak bidang menjadi lebih cepat selesai, termasuk bidang kepariwisataan. Bahkan dalam hal pengambilan keputusan pun juga semakin cepat karena dukungan data yang tersedia setiap saat. PT Rollindo Daya Sakti memiliki beberapa divisi yang terkait dengan kepariwisataan, seperti paket wisata dan pemilihan paket wisata. Dalam melakukan kegiatan pelayanannya saat ini, PT Rollindo Daya Sakti masih belum menggunakan aplikasi khusus untuk menampilkan informasi-informasi paket wisata beserta proses pemilihan paket wisatanya, sehingga paket-paket wisata yang menarik yang dimiliki oleh PT Rollindo Daya Sakti tidak banyak diketahui oleh para calon wisatawan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan utama agar terbangunnya sistem pendukung keputusan pada PT Rollindo Daya Sakti Bekasi. Adapun metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall method, sedangkan metode perhitungannya menggunakan Technique For Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan ini mampu melakukan seleksi alternatif pilihan paket travel yang paling sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan sehingga pelanggan pun mampu mengambil keputusan pemilihan paket travel dengan segera. Hasil pemilihan paket travel yang mempunyai nilai preferensi yang paling besarlah yang akan menjadi rekomendasi pemilihan paket travel menduduki peringkat teratas dalam daftar paket travel yang ditawarkan PT Rollindo Daya Sakti. Kata kunci: Metode Technique For Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), Paket Wisata, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Abstract: The development of internet technology is now creating human work in many fields faster, including the tourism sector. Even in terms of decision making, it is also getting faster because of the data support available at any time. PT Rollindo Daya Sakti has several tourism-related divisions, such as tour packages and tour package selections. In carrying out its current service activities, PT Rollindo Daya Sakti still does not employ a special application to display tour package information along with the process of choosing a tour package, so that attractive tour packages owned by PT Rollindo Daya Sakti is not widely known by prospective tourists. Therefore, research is carried out with the main purpose of establishing a decision support system at PT Rollindo Daya Sakti, Bekasi. The system development method used is the waterfall method, while the calculation method uses Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The results of the study indicate that this decision support system is able to select alternative travel package options which best suit the customer's desires so that customers are also able to make decisions on the selection of travel packages immediately. The results of the travel package selection which have the greatest preference value that will be the recommendation for travel package selection on top the list of travel packages offered by PT Rollindo Daya Sakti. Abstract

Classification techniques with the formation of the decision tree is a data processing technique enormous able to present the data into information that is easily understood by almost everyone didandingkan in table form. Usually, the results of data collection is in table form. But not everyone is able to read the tables quickly and accurately as you wish manufacturer, especially if the data is very large. Data in this study hundreds of data presented in tabular form. All prospective students information collected in one table with a lot of items, ranging from personal data, parents to home school. The resulting table will be difficult to understand so that the absorption of information becomes old and inaccurate. Presentation of information in the form of a decision tree into a proper alternative for the data very much. By using an application RapidMiner 5.1, the making of a decision tree data from prospective students to more easily and quickly so that the university management can see and know what are the factors that make potential students to continue the registration process to become a student. Keywords: data, information, decision tree, RapidMiner 5.0 application.

Abstract

The rapid development of information systems has made changes almost in all areas of human activity, including the management of college libraries. The presence of reliable software (application) library Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS), it is very helpful to the person in charge of college library in managing the library, e.g: inputing the data, searching, borrowing and returning the library collection. The large number of usage of SLiMS application is expected not only because of its Open Source Software or free usage and license but also because of its good application quality. Using the Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Maintainability and Portability aspects of ISO 9126 standards, it is possible to test the quality of SLiMS application. The data collection method used is Google Forms in creating and distributing questionnaire and interview to some of the person in charge of college library. The result of data collection is processed to obtain information that SLiMS application classified as VERY GOOD category. It means that SLiMS application which has been used by some of the person in charge of college library, obviously it has excellent quality and very helpful in the management of college libraries.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIlmu Pengetahuan Sosial merupakan suatu pendekatan interdisipliner dari pelajaran ilmu-ilmu sosial seperti sosiologi, antropologi budaya, psikologi sosial, sejarah, geografi, ekonomi, ilmu politik, dan sebagainya. Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di MTs Al-Wasliyah Jakarta Timur masih bersifat tradisonal, dimana proses pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial sering mengalami kendala proses belajar mengajar tidak berjalan baik. Aplikasi ini menggunakan dasar pemrograman Java pada Android Studio. Pembelajaran pada sistem ini dimulai dengan menu materi, kuis dan video. Aplikasi berbasis Android ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi guru dan murid. Model pengembangan pembelajaran IPS ini menggunakan metode model pengembangan waterfall atau model air terjun. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan adanya aplikasi multimedia interaktif pembelajaran IPS dapat membantu guru untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran lebih berkualitas dan multimedia interaktif pembelajaran IPS berbasis android sebagai pendamping siswa dalam belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial sehingga bisa diakses dimana dan kapanpun menggunakan smart phone.Kata Kunci: Android, Multimedia, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. ABSTRACTSocial Sciences is an interdisciplinary approach from the study of social sciences such as sociology, cultural anthropology, social psychology, history, geography, economics, political science, and so on. Social Science Learning at MTs Al-Wasliyah East Jakarta is still traditional, where the learning process of Social Science often experience constraints of teaching and learning process is not going well. This app uses Java programming base on Android Studio. Learning on this system begins with material menus, quizzes and videos. This Android-based app can provide benefits for teachers and students. This IPS learning development model uses the waterfall model or waterfall model. The result of this research is with the application of interactive multimedia of IPS learning can help the teacher to do the learning process of higher quality and interactive multimedia of IPS based learning of android as student companion in learning social science so that can be accessed where and whenever using smart phone.Keywords: Android, Multimedia, Sosial Science.

Abstract

[Id] Ujian merupakan salah satu tahapan yang biasa digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan seseorang dalam melakukan serangkaian kegiatan. Dalam serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran di Sekolah Tinggi Tarakanita juga perlu suatu tahapan dalam mengukur kemampuan seorang mahasiswa. Tahapan ujian tersebut dilakukan dua kali dalam satu semester, yaitu ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir semester. Dengan jumlah sekitar 900 mahasiswa, setiap ujian berlangsung maka Sekolah Tinggi Tarakanita harus menyiapkan sekitar 64.800 sampai 108.000 lembar kertas atau sekitar 130 sampai 216 rim kertas ukuran F4 (folio) yang hanya digunakan saat ujian berlangsung. Setelah kegiatan ujian selesai maka lembaran soal ujian tidak digunakan dan akan ditumpuk dalam gudang. Selain mendukung program pemerintah dalam kampanye o Green/em> ternyata soal ujian berbasis Computer Based Test (CBT) juga mampu menghemat biaya sampai 80% untuk setiap kali kegiatan ujian berlangsung. Melalui integrasi Learning Management System (LMS) yang dibangun di Sekolah Tinggi Tarakanita maka soal ujian berbasis Computer Based Test (CBT) ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen maka dirancang sebuah aplikasi soal ujian berbasis Computer Based Test (CBT). Sedangkan metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah waterfall model dengan black box testing sebagai metode yang dipilih untuk pengujian aplikasi. Adapun hasil ujicoba aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa soal ujian berbasis Computer Based Test (CBT) dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang sudah tersedia. Bahkan hasil ujian pun dapat langsung diketahui beserta lokasi benar dan salah ada di nomor mana saja. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai latihan dalam persiapan menghadapi ujian. Abstract

The HRMS (Human Resources Management System) Information System functions to process employee data related to the Human Resources Department. After running this HRMS Information System for several years, the leadership of PT MMC Metal Fabrication wanted to find out the extent of maturity and the shortcomings found in the HRMS Information System. To find out the extent of maturity of the HRMS Information System, an HRMS Information System Evaluation is needed. To adjust the standards in Indonesia, Information System Evaluation is made using the Index KAMI (Information Security). Index KAMI is an Information System Evaluation framework adopted from ISO 27001 that has been adjusted to the standards in Indonesia. The results of this study can provide the maturity level of the HRMS Information System along with the findings.

Abstract

Portofolio menjadi salah satu persyaratan administrasi utama apabila seseorang ingin melamar suatu pekerjaan. Dalam sebuah portofolio dapat dilihat apa dan bagaimana pribadi sesorang. Dalam pelatihan ini, para peserta diajak langsung mempraktikkan mengenai pembuatan portofolio yang menarik sehingga memiliki peluang diterima oleh pihak perusahaan. Walaupun menggunakan media zoom meeting para peserta tetap dapat berlatih secara langsung sesuai instruksi dari tim dosen sebagai pembimbing pelatihan. Dengan adanya keterbatasan waktu dan beberapa peserta mengalami masalah terkait koneksi internet maka tim dosen pembimbing pelatihan memberikan materi pembuatan portofolio dengan memanfaatkan template yang tersedia dalam aplikasi pengelolaan dokumen. Antusias yang besar dari para peserta membuat tim pembimbing pelatihan menjadi tambah semangat, terutama kelanjutan pembimbingan melalui media email tim pembimbing pelatihan. Waktu yang singkat tetap mampu menghasilkan beberapa contoh portofolio peserta yang bersumber dari dokumen-dokumen pendukung, seperti ijazah dan sertifikat serta pengalaman-pengalaman.

Abstract

In activities based on services, the customer satisfaction becomes very important thing to be noted. It is similarly with education. The student’s satisfaction towards academic services could be something that needs to be noted by the college. The measurement of student’s satisfaction level was done by using TERRA attributes (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance). The measurement of attributes on student’s satisfaction for tangible attributes are lecture equipment, teaching media, and educational facilities; for empathy attributes is the understanding of the students interest; for reliability attributes are the reliability of lecturers and academic staff; for responsiveness attribute is responsive attitude; and for assurance attribute is the treatment on the students. From all the attributes measured, STMIK-Akademi Bina Insaniagreed of all attributes included in the indicators of satisfaction. This statement proves that the students satisfied with the academic services in STMIK-Akademi Bina Insani. By the total sample is 278 students of STMIK-Akademi Bina Insaniwhich obtained information that the level of academic services at STMIK-Akademi Bina Insani is GOOD.

Abstract

Information system technology becomes one of the keys to the success of a company, through its ability to integrate functions in the organization of the company into an effective and efficient work unity. Each department within the organization will attempt to improve on cost and process efficiency. One of the departments within the company's organization in PT Century Batteries Indonesia is Human Resources Development-General Affair and Industrial Relations (HRD / GA) related to the management of all human resources in the company and facilities supporting office activities in the company. In terms of human resource management and general affairs, there are several processes involving employees as objects and subjects in the process. For example, the payroll process, the use of leave facilities and the use of health facilities. Employee involvement will impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the process, for both the employee and the employee in the HRD / GA department. There are some problems in the HRD / GA department in PT Century Batteries Indonesia, among others, the length of time required in the service of the cover letter of medical treatment, information on leave and payroll information; high operational costs in paper use; and the inability of the HRD / GA department to provide services to employees at all times. Through the prototype method then created an Employee Self Services (ESS) application using a touch screen monitor facility that is able to work automatically to meet the needs of employees in terms of making a cover letter treatment, submission of leave until the provision of employee salary information. The result is that the Employee Self Services application was able to speed up the service process in terms of making the introduction letter for medical treatment, salary and leave information without having to wait for the presence of HRD-GA staff in his office; and able to reduce the cost of paperless operations.
