Abstract

This study was conducted at LPP RRI Jember which aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at LPP RRI Jember. The analysis was conducted on the performance of 83 employees of LPP RRI Jember using saturated sampling techniques and data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees of LPP RRI Jember about various information / data needed using a Likert scale while data analysis used multiple regression methods with the help of the SPSS program. Company leaders should be able to provide motivation to subordinates both in moral and material form to improve employee performance and foster an attitude of loyalty to the company. Leaders are also required to pay more attention to the policies taken in leading the company, and determine a good leadership strategy or style in order to create a conducive work atmosphere between superiors and subordinates.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work training on improving the performance of village officials in Ledokombo District. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a census sampling method of 117 respondents, using a questionnaire sheet distributed to village officials in Ledokombo District. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, partial tests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests. And the results of the analysis using SPSS 27 show that the three variables, namely motivational discipline and work training, have a significant influence on the performance of village officials in Ledokombo District. The results of the determination test (r2) were (41.8%) showing the large proportion or percentage contribution of the Discipline, Motivation and Job Training variables to performance. Meanwhile (58.2%) was contributed by other variables not included in this research, for example work burnout, compensation, work commitment and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work ethic variables (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jember Branch. PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jember Branch operates in the field of delivery services, especially handling letters and packages for residents of Jember and its surroundings. Judging from its business activities, this company is included in the service-oriented business category. Using a quantitative research approach with descriptive methodology, this research focuses on a population of 59 PT employees.

Abstract

Company really needs efforts that can improve employee performance to achieve or even exceed the targets set by the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, workload and transformational leadership style on employee performance at CV. Putra Perkasa Jaya, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 54 respondents and uses a Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire to respondents. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained indicate that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, workload and transformational leadership style have a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance at CV. Putra Perkasa Jaya, the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test with a contribution level of influence of 0.927 or 93%.

Abstract

Ketidaktercapaian target produksi yang berdampak terhadap penjualan perusahaan ini disebabkan oleh kompetensi karyawan yang masih kurang tentang pekerjaannya, karakteristik individu, dan juga komitmen organisasi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan masih rendah. Hal ini memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rekrutmen, karakteristik individu, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Populasi dalam peneitian ini berjumlah 274, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling, sehingga sampel berjumlah 74 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p-value = 0,01 (<0,05) yang artinya positif dan signifikan.  Dengan demikian rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai p-value = 0,00 (<0,05) yang artinya positif. Dengan demikian,  karakteristik individual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai p-value = 0,00 (<0,05) yang artinya positif, maka komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai F = 23,699 bernilai positif dengan p-value = 0,000 (<0,05) yang berarti signifikan. Dengan demikian rekrutmen, karakteristik individual, komitmen organisasional secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan perusahaan lebih baik lagi dalam melaksanakan tujuan visi misi perusahaan.

Abstract

Banyak permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pelayanan yaitu pemberian sapaan ketika pelanggan masuk salon masih belum dilakukan. Harga yang dipatok relatif mahal menurut masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelayanan, harga dan trust  terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Wom Barbershop. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pelanggan pengguna jasa potong rambut Wom Barbershop. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian t hitung sebesar 1,837 dari variabel pelayanan memiliki nilai signifikan yang lebih besar sebesar 0,070 lebih dari 0,05. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan. Hasil dari uji t bahwa t hitung sebesar 6,939 dari variabel harga memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 kurang dari 0,5, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil hitung sebesar 2,271 dari variabel trust  memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,026 kurang dari 0,05 maka trust  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Wom Barbershop. Sedangkan Harga dan Trust berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Wom Barbershop. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan pihak manajemen Barberman Wom Barbershop sebaiknya memperhatikan harapan dan penilaian pelanggan agar terciptanya kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa perusahaan.

Abstract

This study analyzes celebrity endorsements, flash sales, and free shipping on consumer purchase decisions on facetology products on the Shopee marketplace (consumer case study in Jember Regency). The increasingly advanced digital era has changed people's activities, including purchasing power. In Indonesia itself, most people in all provinces in Indonesia can access the internet. Nowadays, things related to finance, business, transportation, and technology can be connected through the internet. One of the technological developments in the economic sector is the existence of e-commerce. The dominant e-commerce platform in Indonesia is Shopee. This marketplace has managed to attract the attention of consumers through various marketing strategies such as celebrity endorsements, flash sales, and free shipping services. This can also be seen in Jember regency, consumers are increasingly interested in shopping online through Shopee one of them is for beauty products such as Facetology. The sample in this study was 100 female consumers who lived in the Jember district and were over 17 years old and used the Shopee application. The sample determination technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The sampling technique used was a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. The hypothesis test in this study uses the t-test. The results of the study show that the celebrity endorsement variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The flash sale variable has a positive and significant effect on buyers' decisions, and finally free shipping has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decisions

Abstract

Brand image, harga, dan kualitas produk ialah faktor yang berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian. Pelaksanaan penelitian bertujuan guna menguji dan melaksanakan analisis pengaruh signifikan brand image, harga, dan kualitas produk pada keputusan pembelian Mie Sakera Ajung Kalisat. Metode yang digunakan pada  penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif yang teknik mengumpulkan datanya melalui observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi, serta wawancara terhadap 100 responden. Pengukuran menggunakan alat yakni uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t serta uji R2. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis pertama (H1) adalah nilai variabel brand image yakni 0,001 dimana lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 berarti variabel brand image berpengaruh atas keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji hipotesis kedua (H2) adalah nilai dari variabel harga yakni 0,319 melebihi 0,05 berarti variabel harga tidak mempengaruhi atas keputusan pembelian. Hasil dari uji hipotesis ketiga (H3) adalah nilai variabel kualitas produk yakni 0,042 kurang dari 0,05 berarti variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh atas keputusan pembelian.   Brand image, price and product quality are factors that influence purchasing decisions. The research aims to test and carry out an analysis of the significant influence of brand image, price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Ajung Kalisat Sakera Noodles. The method used in this research is quantitative, the technique of collecting data through observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews with 100 respondents. Measurements use tools namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and R2 test. The result of testing the first hypothesis (H1) is the value of the brand image variable, namely 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05, meaning the brand image variable has an influence on purchasing decisions. The result of the second hypothesis test (H2) is that the value of the price variable is 0.319, exceeding 0.05, meaning that the price variable does not influence purchasing decisions. The result of the third hypothesis test (H3) is that the value of the product quality variable is 0.042, less than 0.05, meaning that the product quality variable has an influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Human resources are an important element in supporting the smooth operation of an organization. Human resources have a major role in the company because they are the drivers of policies and operational activities Most of today's productive age is dominated by millennials and generation Z who tend to have a dynamic lifestyle and an interest in exploring new experiences because they have a nature that always wants to achieve satisfaction. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of workload, compensation, and job satisfaction on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Ud. Karlita Macrame Banyuwangi. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample of 60 employees who are included in the Gen Z category and uses a Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques of this study use instrumental testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis and determination coefficient. The results of the analysis obtained show that workload, compensation, and job satisfaction have a positive and partially significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Ud. Karlita Macrame Banyuwangi, and the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test obtained an influence contribution rate of 77% and 23% influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia perlu dikembangkan secara terus menerus agar diperoleh sumber daya yang bermutu. sumber daya manusia merupakan aset paling penting dalam perusahaan karena dapat mengarahkan suatu organisasi dan mengembangkan organisasi dalam berbagai tuntutan. Setiap perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PTPN XII Kebun Zeelandia Tanggul Jember. Variabel yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Variabel dependen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan tetap PTPN XII Kebun Zeelandia. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode sensus yang berjumlah 58 responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,036 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan koefisien 2,152. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,032 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan koefisien 2,200 dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,009 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan koefisien 2,731.
