Abstract

This article discusses a community service activity focused on introducing and training in the field of e-commerce, specifically to support Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) through collaboration with Teman Studio. Conducted in October 2022, the implementation method included needs research, workshops and training, implementation and mentoring, socialization, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Teman Studio, a Personal Freelance based in Jember, East Java, developed the dewastore.com e-commerce website to facilitate online transactions between sellers and buyers. The activity involved training on the basics of e-commerce, website creation and management, as well as digital marketing strategies. The results of this activity showed an increase in understanding and skills of the participants in managing and using the e-commerce system. The system performance evaluation indicated a positive response from the respondents, with the majority giving high ratings to the developed system. The conclusion from this activity is that the socialization and training on e-commerce successfully enhanced the skills and understanding of UMKMs regarding the use of information technology in their businesses

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to assist individuals in enhancing their digital platform proficiency, particularly about Tokowa, for their UMKM products. The program will incorporate various approaches, such as lectures, software demonstrations, feedback queries, and discussions to evaluate user feedback. Participants will depart with a better grasp of Tokowa and an improved digital skill set. The program's outcome demonstrates that participants have expanded their knowledge of Tokowa, and user feedback illustrates a positive experience with the platform's functionality and user-friendliness. The system's documentation, including displays and graphs of functionality test results, will enable participants to see the advantages of using Tokowa. By engaging in this activity, individuals can enhance their digital skills and acquire valuable knowledge about Tokowa, which can help them expand their UMKM businesses

Abstract

The Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Family Planning (DP3AKB) of Jember Regency is crucial in addressing women, children, and family planning issues. This study aims to develop an effective and accessible public complaint website. The methods used include needs analysis through interviews and literature studies, data design using BPMN, website page programming implementation, and black box testing. The test results show that all basic website features function well, improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability in handling complaints. Users can easily submit complaints, monitor their status, and receive responses from DP3AKB. The conclusion is that this website meets user needs and provides significant benefits to DP3AKB Jember Regency. Further development suggestions include integrating mobile applications and real-time notifications to enhance functionality and ease of use. With this system, handling issues faced by women and children and family planning in Jember Regency can be more effective and efficient.
