Abstract

God is very difficult to understand with eyes. In order to know God, His nature, and His personification, use of various symbols can be helpful, which suggests the unification of two elements, namely the physical and spiritual ones. Acintya is the symbol or manifestation of God s Omnipotence. It is the “unimaginable” that turns to be the “imaginable" through potraits, reliefs, or statues. All of these symbols are manifestation of the Acintya that takes the form of the dance of Shiva Nataraja, as the depiction of the Omnipotence of God, to bring in the actual symbol of the "Unthinkable " that have a meaning that people are in a situation where emotions religinya very close with God.

Abstract

The truth in daily life is certainly a wholeness in implementing the tattwa, ethics and acara of Hinduism as tri basic framework of Hinduism in Bali. This is because until now the implementation of the teaching trilogy is still running and standing alone in an incomplete and comprehensive manner. Sometimes it is found in the field of implementation of acaras and ethics are not equipped with tattwa philosophy in it. So that the knowledge of the people will be more rooted and rely on the basic concept indeed. This of course will increasingly corner the minds of the people about the doctrine that is not fundamental. One of the truths of tattwa written in the Vedic Scriptures is the concept of cosmology or the creation of the universe. Cosmology is one of the important knowledge in Hinduism, because cosmology not only provides knowledge about the creation of the universe, furthermore cosmology can explain the true nature of human beings, which so far is still very difficult to obtain. In Bali, this cosmological teaching is implied in local theology. Local theology that lived and developed in Bali until now is imbued with the teachings of the Vedic scriptures. Especially Siwaistic texts that always put forward the teachings of knowledge about the reality of God, the way to reach Him and the creation of the universe, both great bhuana agung and bhuana alit.

Abstract

Human is a perfect being compared to other beings. Human perfection can be seen from the ability to think in solving the problems it faces. One of them is the problem of subjectivity. The problem of our self view to the others. It can not be denied in almost every life, most human problems that come to the surface as a form of conflict because of the inequality status in religious, social, political and economic. The doctrine of ahimsa taught by Gandhi to the world is the core of the various spiritual social experiences that we can make as the basic philosophy building, nurturing and fostering of tolerance life. By doing spiritual disciplines like prayer, service, devotion, loyal to the truth and de- veloping universal love as a form of spiritual experiences, the life of the universe will be filled with peace and harmony.

Abstract

Humans actually have two bodies when born in this world, namely the material body and spiritual body. The material body is a form of physical-physical form that is crude and serves to carry out all forms of desires from the five senses, the respiratory system, the digestive system, muscles, neural networks, blood circulation and others. Whereas the spiritual body is a psychic body that is subtle and consists of a causal body (buddhi), a supra causal body (subtle ego) and atman.Born as a human being is the ultimate happiness in life because by being born into the world, a person is given the opportunity in his life to achieve the essence of himself by doing and increasing karma, bhakti, jnana to finally achieve contemplation by realizing the nature of self and atman in his body. This is what gives happiness to be born into a human being compared to being a creature in the world

Knowledge of yoga can help to maintain the purity of soul by doing movements or poses on his body. Sirsasana pose is one of the poses that can be used for many people whose work is mostly spent behind a desk or computer. By working behind a desk or computer, someone will spend hours and sitting and keeping his body awake. In addition to maintaining the natural functions of the pelvis and lower back, the sitting position in yoga also has to do with training at a more advanced level. Abstract

Yoga means the experience of wholeness or unity with the inner being. This unity comes after destroying the duality of the mind into the highest consciousness. Asana, pranayama, mudra and bandha are the four major studies of yoga. The four elements can not be separated, interconnected and related to each other. Asanas is the third step in eight stages of yoga path, known as astangga yoga or eight stages of yoga. The goal is to make our body steady and ready for higher techniques such as pranayama (breath setting), pratyahara (sensual withdrawal), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (cosmic realization). In addition the asanas movement makes the production of hormones from different glands to be balanced, the position of stretch and bend of the movement of asanas, which is done within a certain time, put special pressure and sustained on the glands that will stimulate the gland in various ways, regulate the production of glands and will eventually control the emotions. If the gland deficiency is resolved, the mind becomes free from emotional disturbances and perfect inner calm will be achieved. Kinesiology is a reference theory that deals with motion in terms of analyzing the work function of muscles for and after performing yoga asanas movements on the human body.
