Abstract

Pengembangan program kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship) sebagai salah satu program kewirausahaan kesejarahan telah berhasil mengidentifikasi objek-objek kesejarahan di Kota Banjarmasin beserta pengembangan materi dan strategi pembelajarannya. Sebagai sebuah program yang baru, perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kepada guru-guru mata pelajaran produktif di SMK, khususnya pada Kelompok Bisnis dan Manajemen serta Pariwisata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi guru-guru mata pelajaran produktif terkait pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal dalam bentuk Historiopreneurship. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk diskusi dan observasi lapangan. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh guru-guru mata pelajaran produktif di SMK khususnya pada Kelompok Bisnis dan Manajemen serta Pariwisata di Kota Banjarmasin. Materi pengabdian mencakup sosialisasi dan diskusi terkait konsep-konsep, pengembangan materi dan strategi pembelajaran serta studi lapangan tentang objek-objek kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship). Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan yakni peningkatan literasi peserta terkait program kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship). Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan uji t. Hasil akhir kegiatan menunjukkan program pengabdian yang dilaksanakan secara signifikan meningkatkan literasi guru-guru mata pelajaran produktif terkait pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal dalam bentuk kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan sosialisasi, diskusi, dan studi lapangan ternyata mampu meningkatkan literasi para guru terkait pada enam komponen yakni pemahaman terkait: 1) filosopi, 2) konsep, 3) definisi, 4) materi, 5) strategi pembelajaran, dan 6) teknik evaluasi kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship).The development of the Historical Entrepreneurship program (Historiopreneurship) as one of the historical entrepreneurship programs has succeeded in identifying historical objects in the City of Banjarmasin and developing learning materials and strategies. As a new program, it is necessary to socialize productive subject teachers at Vocational High Schools, especially in the Business and Management and Tourism Groups. This service activity aims to increase the literacy of productive subject teachers related to local wisdom-based entrepreneurship development in the form of Historiopreneurship. This service activity is carried out through discussions and field observations. Participants in this community service activity were joined by teachers of productive subjects at Vocational Schools, especially in the Business Management and Tourism Groups in the City of Banjarmasin. Service materials include socialization and discussion related to concepts, material development and learning strategies, and field studies on Historiopreneurship objects. The indicator of the activity's success is increasing participant literacy related to the Historical Entrepreneurship Program (Historiopreneurship). Data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive techniques and t test. The final results of the activity show that the community service program has significantly increased the literacy of productive subject teachers related to local wisdom-based entrepreneurship development in the form of Historiopreneurship. The implementation of service activities carried out in the form of outreach activities, discussions, and field studies were, in fact, able to increase the literacy of teachers related to six components, namely related understanding: 1) philosophy, 2) concepts, 3) definitions, 4) materials, 5) learning strategies, and 6) historical entrepreneurship evaluation techniques (Historiopreneurship).

Abstract

Adanya guru-guru yang mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran daring karena kurang memahami model-model pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru terhadap penerapan Model Scientific Critical Thinking (SCT) di era daring dalam upaya meningkatkan self-regulation, berpikir kritis, dan self-efficacy bagi peserta didik. Adapun jumlah peserta kegiatan pengabdian sebanyak 77 orang yang terdiri atas guru-guru tingkat SMA dan SMK se-Kalimantan Selatan dan mahasiswa FKIP ULM. Kegiatan pengabdian menggunakan aplikasi zoom cloud meeting pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2021. Tahap persiapan dimulai dengan melakukan diskusi dengan guru-guru terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran daring, penyusunan panduan dan materi sosialisasi. Tahap pelaksanaan berupa penyampaian materi tentang Model SCT dan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Tahap evaluasi dengan membagikan kuesioner dalam upaya mengukur pemahaman dan antusias peserta terhadap Model SCT. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah guru-guru lebih memahami Model SCT beserta kelebihan dan kekurangannya dalam proses pembelajaran serta antusias untuk menerapkannya di sekolah sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan self-regulation, berpikir kritis, dan self-efficacy bagi peserta didik.Some teachers experience problems managing online learning because they do not understand the learning models. This service aims to increase teachers' understanding of applying the Scientific Critical Thinking (SCT) Model in the online era to increase students' self-regulation, critical thinking, and self-efficacy. The number of participants in the community service activity was 77 high school and vocational school teachers from South Kalimantan and ULM FKIP students. Community service activities use the zoom cloud meeting application in October - December 2021. The first step in the planning stage is to discuss with teachers the difficulties of online learning. Next comes the creation of guidelines and outreach materials. Delivering information on the SCT Model and students' critical thinking abilities is part of the implementation step. During the evaluation stage, questionnaires were distributed to participants to gauge their knowledge of and excitement for the SCT Model. The results are that teachers better understand the SCT Model and its advantages and disadvantages in learning. They are enthusiastic about implementing it in schools to increase student self-regulation, critical thinking, and self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on student consumptive behavior in KIP scholarship students class of 2021, Department of Social Sciences, Teaching and Education Faculty, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. Descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach is the research methodology used. 137 students made up the research subjects, Data analysis methods included multiple linear regression and descriptive analysis. Data was collected utilizing questionnaires and Google Forms for validity and reliability assessments. The findings indicated that student consumption behavior was positively and significantly influenced by financial literacy and lifestyle. It can be observed that the equation for multiple linear regression is Y = 25.088 + 0.117 X1 + 0.235 X2. A favorable and significant association between financial literacy and lifestyle and students' consumption behavior may be inferred from the hypothesis test. The computed F value is 6,988 > F table 0.159, and the significance value (Sig.) is known to be 0.001 0.05. Therefore, it can be inferred that there is a positive and significant relationship between financial literacy and lifestyle on the consumption behavior of students at Lambung Mangkurat University in Banjarmasin's Department of Social Sciences Keywords: Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to find out the think pair share learning model  to increase motivation for success and student learning outcomes at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University. The method used in this study is classroom action research with collaborative PTK types. The research subjects consisted of 70 students of Biology Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin who took entrepreneurship courses for the 2022 academic year (odd semester). Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, learning outcomes tests and online questionnaires for validity and reliability tests. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques, normality tests, data linearity tests and hypothesis testing (simple linear regression, t test). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded from cycles I and II that there was an increase in motivation from the success of the Think Pair Share (TPS) model by 69.88%, which is still quite good. The success  of the Think Pair Share (TPS) model which is applied in improving student learning outcomes consisting of 2 cycles is carried out in accordance with research procedures, namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection so that there is an increase of 11.09% which is still very low.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the school environment and teacher communication on the competence of economics teachers. The study used quantitative research design approach by using a survey model. The participants in this study were 142 teachers from public and private vocational high schools in Jambi Province and and using the Slovin formula to represent the entire population of 264 teachers. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmation of theoretical factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The findings in this study the school environment, teacher communication, and teacher competence can understand students by utilizing the principles of student cognitive development so that teachers can understand student personality development and reflect on it in the learning process, helping teachers to have the opportunity to apply material learning theories to daily life activities, and broaden the ideas and thoughts that the teacher has to students so that students understand the learning material provided.  The conclusion in this study is that learning in the school environment, teacher communication, and good teacher competence can increase understanding, interest, make student learning more enjoyable, and direct student learning activities to be more active.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the role of women farmer groups (KWT) on improving the family economy in Simpur District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The population used in this research were KWT members in Simpur District, HSS Regency. There were 11 KWTs spread throughout the villages of Simpur District. The sampling method is using non-probability sampling technique. The type of nonprobability sampling used is purposive sampling. The purposive sampling method obtained 70 samples. The data analysis technique uses SMART PLS. The research results found that there was a positive and significant influence between the role of KWT on improving the family economy in Simpur District, HSS Regency.
