Abstract

Program Pelayanan Keluarga Berencana (KB) merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk mengendalikan angka kelahiran dan menekan  laju pertambahan  penduduk  di  suatu  negara, program ini  juga  memiliki  peran  dalam menurunkan risiko kematian ibu melalui pencegahan kehamilan, penundaan usia kehamilan dan menjarangkan kehamilan. Data menunjukkan laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,49% atau bertambah 4,5 juta setiap tahun. Hal ini tentunya bertolak belakang dengan program pemerintah dalam menggalakkan program Keluarga Berencana (KB)(Mahmudah Daryanti, 2021), KB merupakan salah satu pilar safe motherhood yang dikenal sebagai upaya untuk menurunkan AKI di Indonesia. Tujuan dari pilar ini agar program KB terkait kontrasepsi dapat menginformasikan pelayanan KB pada setiap pasangan usia subur (PUS) meliputi waktu, jumlah maupun jarak kehamilan yang sehat. Suport dari program Kb ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengurangi terjadinya “4 terlalu” sebagai faktor risiko penyebab  kematian  ibu (Yunita et al., 2023). Hambatan  yang di konfirmasi dari masyarakat  adalah  kurangnya  keinginan ibu mencari  informasi  tentang  KB. Dengan memberikan edukasi atau pengetahuan mengenai KB ,jenis-jenis Alat Kontrasepsi, efek samping  dan  lain-lain  kami  berharap  dapat  membantu  meningkatkan  pengetahuan  tentang  Alat kontrasepsi.  Upaya  yang  di  lakukan  antara  lain  dengan  memberikan  edukasi  kesehatan  tentang Alat  Kontrasepsi.  Oleh  sebab  itu  sehubungan  dengan  kondisi  diatas,  penulis  merasa  perlu diadakan   pengabdian   masyarakat   tentang   Edukasi   Keluarga   Berencana   dengan   harapan meningkatkan  pengetahuan  dan  wawasan  masyarakat  tentang  KB  dan  layanannya  sehingga program  KB  dapat  di  pahami,di  mengerti  dan  di  laksanakan  oleh  setiap  keluarga.    Tujuan kegiatan  Pengabdian  Masyarakat ini  adalah  untuk  memaksimalkan  pelayanan  kesehatan  ibu  dan anak dengan harapan dapat menekan laju pertambahan penduduk

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam sistem evaluasi pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu inovasi yang berkembang adalah ujian berbasis komputer atau Computer Based Test (CBT) yang dinilai lebih efisien, objektif, dan ramah lingkungan dibandingkan ujian berbasis kertas. Namun, penerapannya di sekolah menengah masih menghadapi kendala, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya pemahaman guru, serta kesiapan siswa. Menyikapi hal tersebut, tim dosen Universitas MercuBaktiJaya Padang melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan fokus pada penerapan dan simulasi ujian CBT di SMAN 1 Sutera. Metode : Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 3 September 2025 melalui tahapan observasi, persiapan sarana, pelatihan, dan simulasi ujian digital. Sebanyak 40 siswa kelas XII dan guru pendamping terlibat secara aktif dalam praktik penggunaan sistem CBT berbasis jaringan lokal. Hasil : Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesiapan guru serta siswa dalam melaksanakan ujian digital. Laboratorium komputer sekolah dapat dioptimalkan secara efektif, dan pihak sekolah menyatakan kesiapan untuk mengimplementasikan CBT secara berkelanjutan pada ujian selanjutnya

Abstract

Population administration is a public service system for the community in providing services regarding population needs. The problem that often occurs is related to data storage. Files sent by the public to take care of administration in the form of hard copies are vulnerable to loss and damage if they are not stored and archived properly. In addition, the public cannot monitor the extent to which the files they submit, whether their files are appropriate or not or complete or not. This study aims to develop a public service system through a population administration system using the development of an extreme programming (XP) system. XP is used because it is able to develop systems with needs that change very quickly. The population administration system that is managed is the administration related to births, deaths and changing of domiciles. The system was developed web-based, so that it can be used anywhere and anytime. In addition, the system developed is equipped with file monitoring facilities, so that the public can easily find out from the files or data submitted. The resulting application is in the good category, because based on usability testing shows an average value of 88% in the good category, so the application is feasible to use and as needed.

Abstract

Supervision is a series of activities ranging from planning to monitoring results to complete the follow-up to the recommendations contained in the Report of Examination (LHP), which aims to see the commitment of the leadership of the examination results and performance improvement work units (SKPD). Inspectorate is one element that has the task of internal supervision within the Ministry. Inspectorate in recording the results of monitoring internally is still done manually, from the issuance of task orders, recording examination report (LHP) and the follow-up examination (TLHP) is often contained errors and were often late, so the inspector trouble to report the findings of disciplinary violations performed by employees each SKPD. To overcome the delays and errors LHP and TLHP would require an information system monitoring using methods Design System Research Method (DSRM), which consists of six (6) steps, namely the identification of problems, setting goals, designing architecture in client server and system design using UML , case studies, evaluation and communication. With this system is expected to help finance a part in issuing the warrant task quickly, and the administration can make the results of the examination report (LHP) in accordance with the code of the findings and recommendations of code that has been assigned the CPC to be followed up by the Inspector.
