Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang mempunyai tingkat motivasi tinggi dan rendah.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimentasi semu, yang dilaksanakan di SDIT MTA Gemolong Kabupaten Sragen 2015/2016.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV yang terdiri dari 3 kelas dengan banyak 75 siswa. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes prestasi belajar matematika dan angket motivasi belajar siswa. Data dianalisis dengan ANOVA dua jalan sel tak sama dengan uji prasyarat analisis yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil dari penelitian adalah tingkat motivasi siswa ada pengaruh positif terhadap prestasi matematika.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Ingin mendeskripsikan kesulitan pembelajaran matematika dengan sistem daring masa pandemi covid-19. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan dan pertimbangan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam rangka penanganan kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripstif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah Siswa Kelas VII dan Kelas VIII SMP TAHFIZH AL-ITTIBA’ Klaten yang melaksanakan pembelajaran matematik dengan sistem daring pada semester genap tahun akademik 2020/2021. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa angket dan wawancara. Angket terdiri dari pernyataan positif dan negatif dengan jumlah 16 butir pernyataan yang sesuai dengan indikator. Sedangkan wawancara terdiri dari 16 pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan indikator. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan pembelajaran matematika dengan sistem daring dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internar penyebab kesulitan belajar meliputi aspek minat dengan persentase 60,60% dalam kategori menghambat, aspek kesiapan belajar dengan presentasi 70,38 dalam kategori cukup menghambat, aspek motivasi dengan persentase 60,33% dalam kategori menghambat, aspek kesehatan dengan persentase 82,88% dalam kategori tidak menghambat. Faktor eksternal penyebab kesulitan belajar meliputi aspek keluarga dengan persentase 86,14% dalam kategori tidak menghambat, aspek sekolah dengan persentase 62,93% dalam kategori cukup menghambat, dan aspek lingkungan atau masyarakat dengan persentase 66,30% dalam kategori cukup menghambat. Abstract

Mathematics is a basic science that is widely used in various aspects of life. However, in learning mathematics in schools there are still many students who have difficulty learning mathematics. The purpose of this study is to (1) describe the difficulties experienced by students in solving math problems in the composition function material for class X MA Al-Muayyad Surakarta (2) to describe the factors causing difficulties in learning mathematics in the composition function material for class X MA Al-Muayyad Surakarta. . The subjects of this study were determined by purposive sampling technique, namely 3 students of class X IPS MA Al-Muayyad Surakarta with high mathematical abilities. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques based on the method of tests, interviews, and documentation. Data validation was carried out by time triangulation, namely by comparing the first and second test data. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that the difficulties felt by students in solving composition function questions include, (1) Difficulty carrying out problem solving and (2) Difficulty checking again. Factors that cause students' learning difficulties are internal factors consisting of: (1) lack of understanding of the material, (2) lack of accuracy in doing (3) lack of accuracy in counting (4) students feel confident in their answers, and (5) students forget and don't used to rechecking. Meanwhile, the external factor causing the difficulty is the non-conducive environment that affects the students' concentration. Abstrak Matematika ialah ilmu dasar yang digunakan secara luas pada berbagai aspek kehidupan. Akan tetapi pada pembelajaran matematika di sekolah masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan mempelajari matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa pada penyelesaian soal matematika pada materi fungsi komposisi kelas X MA Al-Muayyad Surakarta (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar matematika pada materi fungi komposisi kelas X MA Al-Muayyad Surakarta. Subjek penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yakni 3 siswa kelas X IPS MA Al-Muayyad Surakarta dengan kemampuan matematika tinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan metode tes, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Validasi data dilaksanakan dengan triangulasi waktu yaitu dengan membandingkan data tes pertama dan kedua. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya kesulitan yang dirasakan siswa pada penyelesaian soal fungsi komposisi meliputi, (1) Kesulitan melaksanakan pemecahan masalah dan (2) Kesulitan memeriksa kembali. Faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa ialah faktor internal yang terdiri dari: (1) kurangnya pemahaman materi, (2) kurangnya ketelitian dalam mengerjakan (3) kurangnya ketelitian dalam menghitung (4) siswa merasa yakin akan jawabannya, dan (5) siswa lupa dan tidak terbiasa memerika kembali. Sedangkan faktor eksternal penyebab kesulitan yaitu lingkungan yang tidak kondusif yang mempengaruhi konsentrasi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' difficulties in solving word problems on arithmetic sequences and series material with problem solving steps according to the Polya indicator, which consists of understanding the problem, planning a solution, solving the problem, and re-examining. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, with class X subjects totaling 35 students at SMA Negeri 1 Nguter for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research data collection technique is by giving a test in the form of story questions totaling 3 questions, with predetermined indicators. While interviews are used to check the validity of the data and continue the discussion to achieve research objectives. This study concluded that: 1) students are not used to solving word problems, 2) students tend to work on questions without going through the Polya problem solving steps, 3) students are used to working on convergent questions, and 4) errors occur in solving problems caused by students forgot the formulas on arithmetic sequences and series material. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi barisan dan deret aritmetika dengan langkah pemecahan masalah menurut indikator Polya, yang terdiri dari memahami masalah, merencanakan penyelesaian, menyelesaikan masalah, serta memeriksa kembali. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subjek kelas X yang berjumlah 35 siswa pada SMA Negeri 1 Nguter tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengambilan data penelitian yaitu dengan pemberian tes berupa soal cerita yang berjumlah 3 soal, dengan indikator yang telah ditentukan. Sedangkan wawancara digunakan untuk mengecek kevalidan data dan dilanjutkan pembahasan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : 1) siswa tidak terbiasa menyelesaikan soal cerita, 2) Para siswa cenderung mengerjakan soal tanpa melalui langkah-langkah pemecahan masalah Polya, 3) Siswa terbiasa mengerjakan soal yang bersifat konvergen, dan 4) Terjadinya kekeliruan dalam menyelesaikan soal yang disebabkan siswa lupa rumus pada materi barisan dan deret aritmetika.

Abstract

One of the effective strategies to measure students' mathematical literacy is the mind mapping approach to education. The purpose of this study was to describe the mind mapping model on flat building materials in improving students' mathematical literacy. The approach method used was descriptive qualitative, this study surveyed 21 sixth grade students of SMP Penda Tawangmangu, with three samples selected to reflect high, medium, and poor performance. The strategies used were interviews and test questions. Data analysis procedures included data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Three indicators were met by four students in the high mathematical literacy ability category, thirteen by students in the medium mathematical literacy ability category, although the level of completeness and accuracy was lower, and four by students in the low mathematical literacy ability category.

Abstract

Overall, this study aims to assess college students' field-dependent metacognitive skills in mathematics problem-solving. We administered the Group Embedded Figures and Mathematical Ability Tests to 35 future educators from a private school in Sukoharjo, Indonesia. Students' questioning of each group served to gauge their proficiency in solving problems, as shown in the results. Participants also demonstrated partially achieved metacognitive abilities, as measured by the (metacognitive) skills criterion, which encompassed tasks such as planning, monitoring, assessing, and predicting. First, the participants documented and explained the facts given in the question. Second, they checked the results against the plan. Third, they evaluated the success of the objectives by analyzing the results to make sure everything went according to plan. Finally, they predicted and stated the results of the problem-solving process. In light of these findings, researchers and teachers facing comparable obstacles would do well to delve deeper into the function of metacognitive abilities in problem-solving.

Abstract

This article aims to describe students' motivation for online learning using Google Classroom in mathematics. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative, involving 21 senior high school students in Sukoharjo. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the motivation to learn online Google Classroom in mathematics is influenced by internal and external factors. The first internal factor, namely the desire and desire above 60% indicates a good category, supported by the results of interviews that students have the desire and desire to succeed after using learning using Google Classroom. Second, there is an encouragement and learning need above 70% in a good category, indicating that students are motivated to learn. With the interview results, students answered that the ease of using Google Classroom provided a special experience in the student learning process that gave rise to a desire and encouragement to learn. The external factor, namely the existence of interesting activities in learning Google Classroom, is considered quite effective. From the four statements given, it reaches an average of 65%, the category is sufficient which indicates that Google Classroom can be accepted by studentsKeywords: Online learning, Google Classroom, Motivation

Abstract

The goal of this community dedication program is to enhance the quality of scientific articles written in SD N.2 Bangsri Purwantoro Wonogiri, with the aim of publishing them in the indexed journal Sinta. The main problems faced were the lack of knowledge of teachers about the quality of scientific articles, the importance of scientific work in IPTEK's growth, and the significance of the author's reputation in indexed journals. The dedication methods used include training, workshops, seminars, and mentoring. Training and workshops are held on a regular basis with the involvement of experts and practitioners of scientific writing. Seminars and discussions feature relevant case studies to enhance the understanding of participants. Program performance evaluation is carried out through periodic monitoring, qualitative and quantitative assessments, as well as results analysis. Program sustainability strategies include sustainable capacity development, mentoring and support, collaboration and networking, and program evaluation and adaptation. The results of this program showed an improvement in the knowledge and skills of teachers in writing scientific articles, as well as an increase in the number of articles submitted and received by Sinta-indexed journals. In conclusion, the program has improved the quality of writing scientific articles in SD N.2 Bangsri Purwantoro Wonogiri and has made a positive contribution to the development of IPTEK in the school environment. Thus, the program is expected to be a model for other schools in improving the quality of scientific articles and publications in indexed journals.

Abstract

Urgensi Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) desa merupakan komitmen global dan nasional dalam upaya tindakan untuk mengurangi dampak perubahan iklim dan mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi, melalui pengembangan infrastruktur keberlanjutan yang mengarah pada infrastruktur hijau / Green Infrastructure. Peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam melakukan pengelolaan kegiatan pembangunan desa sangat penting. PKM Aplikasi Model Jalan Hijau Pedesaan, ini dilaksanakan dengan metode partisipatif rural appraisal (PRA) di Desa Purwosari, Kecamatan Wonogiri, Kabupaten Wonogiri, dengan hasil sebagai berikut; 1). Aspek Produksi; Pembuatan/pembangunan jalan hijau sepanjang 50m dengan mutu K175kg/cm2 memperhatikan perkolasi konstruksi dan infiltrasi air hujan, 2). Aspek Manajemen; Pelatihan aplikasi berbasis android Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) jalan desa berkelanjutan (sustainable rural roads), 3). Aspek Lingkungan; Pendampingan menyusun guidance draft Peraturan Desa (Perdes) Rencana Tata Ruang Hijau (RTH) Permukiman Berkelanjutan.
