Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the level of income and satisfactionreceived scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual ModeSystem at the Islamic Institute of Pati in 2013, using a quantitative approachwith three variables: the level of income, the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship and psychological happiness. The study population was all students of the Dual Mode System totaling 117 students. Samples authors take 25% of polulasi, as many as 30 students. Analysis of this study using multiple regression with three steps: a preliminary analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of further analysis. Results of this study was no effect of income level (X1) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in STAI Starch 2013. Thus the first hypothesis which says "There is a significant relationship between the income level of students to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode system in sTAI Pati "is rejected. There is an effect of satisfaction received scholarships (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013. So STAI Pati second hypothesis ie "There is significant relationship between satisfaction received scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode System in STAI Starch" accepted as true. The effect was of 18.3%, and the remaining 81.7% is influenced by other variables that have not been examined by the authors. No effect of income level (X1) and the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013. Abstract

CRAVING THE PARADIGM EQUALITY IN MARRIAGE (CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF Uqu>d al-Lujjain BOOK).Based on simple study to Uqu>d al-Lujjain book, it is known that in the Uqu>d al-Lujjain book there are a variety of  texts that emphasizes the superiority of  men in the marital relationship. It is much influenced by socio-cultural settings at that time, besides the hadith references which aren’t all saheeh and hasan, but there is a weak. The discussion in this research reveal the fundamental problem in understanding the rights and responsibilities of  husband and wife who can be classified into four things, namely the problem of  husband and wife relationship in tradition, the problem of  space in the marital relationship, situation and condition problems, as well as the problem in understanding the text of al-Qur`an and Hadith. Thus, in this paper the authors offer is continued criticism conceptually contained in Uqu>d al Lujjain with criticism of  reality in household which is particularly problematic in a relationship of husband and wife.keywords: Equality, Marriage, Family.Berdasarkan kajian yang sederhana terhadap kitab Uqu>d al-Lujjain, dapat diketahui bahwa dalam kitab Uqu>d al-Lujjain terdapat berbagai teks yang mengedepankan superioritas laki-laki dalam hubungan suami istri. Hal ini banyak diwarnai oleh setting sosial budaya pada saat itu, disamping rujukan hadis-hadis yang tidak semuanya shahih dan hasan, tetapi ada yang dhaif. Bahasan dalam peneltian ini mengungkap problem yang mendasar dalam memahami hak dan kewajiban suami istri yang dapat diklsifikasikan menjadi empat hal, yaitu problem relasi suami istri dalam tradisi, problem ruang gerak dalam hubungan suami istri, problem situasi dan kondisi, serta problem pemahaman terhadap teks al Qur`an maupun Hadis. Dengan demikian, dalam penelitian ini yang penulis tawarkan adalah melanjutkan kritik secara konseptual yang terdapat dalam Uqu>d al- Lujjain  dengan kritik terhadap realitas dalam rumah tangga yang sangat problematik dalam menjalin hubungan suami istri.kata kunci: Kesetaraan, Pernikahan,  Keluarga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the legal status of the guardian of marriage for the father of the incest against the biological child. This study is limited to a review of four schools and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This study is a library research, which is to examine several basic and secondary references to discuss the subject matter of the study. The results of this study state that guardian marriage is one of the pillars of marriage and there is no marriage if there is no guardian. A marriage is considered invalid if there is no guardian who allows the bride to leave the bridegroom. Thus the presence of guardians in marriage can play a role in protecting women from possible disadvantages in their marital life. As for the marriage guardian, it is regulated in Article 19 to Article 23 Compilation of Islamic Law. Imam Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali argue that guardians are a legitimate condition of a marriage, while Imam Abu Hanifah argues that a woman may marry herself without a guardian. The legal basis of the opinions of Imam Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali are several hadiths. The opinion of Imam Abu Hanifah based on the hadith of the Prophet narrated by Bukhari and Muslim from Ibn Abbas r.a.

Abstract

AbstrakKajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami hermeneutika Muhammad Syahrur yang dikenal dengan teori hudud atau teori limit. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan gagasan-gagasan baru dalam metodologi pemahaman terhadap al-Qur’an. Melalui teori limit, Syahrur ingin melakukan pembacaan ayat-ayat muhkamat secara produktif dan prospektif (qira’ah muntijah), bukan pembacaan repetitif dan restrospektif (qira’ah mutakarrirah). Dan dengan teori limit juga, Syahrur ingin membuktikan bahwa ajaran Islam benar-benar merupakan ajaran yang relevan untuk tiap ruang dan waktu. Syahrur berasumsi, kelebihan risalah Islam adalah bahwa di dalamnya terkandung dua aspek gerak, yaitu gerak konstan (istiqamah) serta gerak dinamis dan lentur (hanifiyyah). Sifat kelenturan Islam ini berada dalam bingkai teori limit yang oleh Syahrur dipahami sebagai the bounds or restrictions that God has placed on mans freedom of action (batasan yang telah ditempatkan Tuhan pada wilayah kebebasan manusia).Kata kunci: hermeneutika, Syahrur, teori hudud. AbstractThis study aims to understand the hermeneutics of Muhammad Syahrur known as the hudud theory or the theory of limits. It aims to offer new ideas in the methodology of understanding the Qur'an. Through the theory of limits, Shahrur wanted to read the verses of muhkamat productively and prospectively (qira'ah muntijah) instead of repetitive and restrosive (qira'ah mutakarrirah). And with the theory of limits as well, Syahrur wants to prove that the teachings of Islam really are relevant teachings for every space and time. Syahrur assume, the excess message of Islam is that it contains two aspects of motion, namely constant motion (istiqamah) and dynamic and flexible motion (hanifiyyah). The nature of this Islamic flexibility lies within the frame of the theory of limits which Syahrur understands as the bounds or restrictions that God has placed on mans freedom of action (the limitation that God has placed on the domain of human freedom).Keywords: hermeneutics, Syahrur, the hudud theory.

Abstract

This study concern with a linguistic and semantic approach based on Thoshihiko Izutsu theory. The method of study is semantic analysis on Quranic word, it is taqwa, dzikr and falah . According Izutsu word on Quran have basic meaning and correlational meaning. Basic meaning is always exist on correlational meaning. Izutsu explain that semantic is an analitical study about keyword of languange. The purpose of this study is to reach worldview (weltanschauung) conceptually from the man that used language for speaking, thinking and translating about the worldview.Based on basic meaning and correlational meaning, taqwa classified three aspect. First, avoid from kufur with faith to Allah. Second, doing all of command from Allah and avoid all of Him prohibition. Third, avoid from all activities that make so far from Allah. It means that taqwa included of thinking, attitude and activities in many aspect of life.Basic meaning of dzikir is to remember. Based on study of Quranic semantic, meaning of dzikir correlated with two aspect. First, it is mean warning or remembrance. Second, it is mean a glory. Meaning of dzikir also correlated with the object of dzikir. The word of dzikir found on Quran about 280 words.The word of falah found on Quran about 41 words. The essences of falah is to reach happiness in the world and here after. Correlational meaning of falah is correlated with theological aspect, economical aspect and psycho-social aspect. So, to reach of happiness (falah) is with a completely understanding of that aspesct.

Abstract

Jembatan merupakan bagian yang penting dalam suatu sistem jaringan jalan, karena pengaruhnya yang signifikan bila jembatan itu runtuh atau tidak berfungsi dengan baik, maka keruntuhan jembatan akan mengganggu kelancaran transportasi orang dan barang. Sistem monitor dikembangkan untuk dapat mengetahui kondisi struktur jembatan agar dapat mengantisipasi kegagalan struktur. Dimana dari hasil monitor ini akan dihasilkan data ferekuensi alami, tekanan beban dan lendutan. Data akselerasi Sumbu x,y,dan z akan diolah dengan algoritma Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), kemudian data ferekuensi yang telah diolah akan menghasilkan ferekuensi alami jembatan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa monitoring getaran jembatan dapat ditampilkan dengan  data akselerasi sumbu X, Y dan Z maupun FFT. Dengan beban 6 KG didapat akselerasi Sumbu x = 1.29, Y = 0.73 dan  Z = 13.39, Ferkunesi Dasar X = 1.82, Y = 1.03  dan Z = 18.93. Untuk parameter lendutan dengan akurasi 99.66%, dengan beban 6Kg didapat Rata-rata error sebesar 11 mm (millimeter) dengan rata-rata persentase error sebesar 0.0396%. untuk parameter Teakann berat dengan akurasi 99,534% , dengan beban 6 Kg didapat Rata-rata persentasi error sebesar 0.1821 Kg dengan persentase error tertinggi  sebesar 0.4566%.  Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari hasil penilitian bahwa setiap sensor untuk mengitung parameter kesehatan pada purwarupa Jembatan dengan bentang 65cm dari aspek getaran tergolong pada nilai kondisi baik dengan nilai getaran 1,82 Hz. Ditinjau dari aspek lendutandengan beban muatan 6KG, jembatan tidak baik, karena memiliki rata-rata lendutan adalah 10 mm atau 1 cm, dengan batas maksimal 0,65 cm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the deradicalization strategy in religion through strengthening the understanding of Pancasila in the context of Islamic Education at Islamic boarding madrasahs in Central Java. This study involved Madrasah-Pesantren/Madrasahs-Islamic Boarding schools (MP) in the North Coast (Pantura) Region of Central Java, including Madrasah Aliyah (MA) al-Wathoniyah Semarang, MA Qudsiyyah Kudus, MA al-Hidayah Kudus, MA al-Hidayat Lasem Rembang, and MA al-Anwar Sarang Rembang. By employing a qualitative approach through interview and observation data collection methods, this study revealed that the government of the Republic of Indonesia's religious deradicalization program requires support from Islamic boarding schools. One of them is the conceptual support that makes the program effective, referring to deradicalization through Islamic Education (PAI). This deradicalization process is carried out through strengthening Pancasila values integrated through PAI. It is based on the style of radicalism, especially among Muslims who question the national principle's validity of Pancasila in the name of Islam. Pancasila is considered a secular ideology and even kafir because it did not depart from God's revelation. Indeed, this judgment is baseless because the first principle is Belief in the Almighty God, reflecting the value of tawhid. With the existence of tawhid in Pancasila, this national principle is religious in nature, even comprising tawhid. This religious dimension introduction is carried out through Islamic Education in Madrasah-Pesantren (MP) to protect students (santri) and students from the radicalism virus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama, Implementasi metode Yanbu’a di Pondok Pesantren Darur Rachman sesuai dengan Visi dan Misi Pondok Pesantren yaitu, Terciptanya santri yang sholeh dan alim dalam masalah diniyyah serta intelek dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman serta dengan misi Menempa santri dalam hal penguasaan diniyyah. Kedua, faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi metode Yanbu`a adanya dukungan dari pihak pondok pesantren dalam menerapkan metode Yanbu’a; faktor Keinginan serta motivasi santri untuk bisa dan menguasai bacaan Al-Qur’an secara baik dan benar; lingkungan yang menunjang terlaksananya penerapan metode Yanbu’a di pondok pesantren Darul Rachman. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu pihak pesantren ketika menerima santri baru tidak ada seleksi atau tes baca Al-Qur’an untuk menjadi tolak ukur apakah santri baru itu layak masuk atau bisa diterima atau tidak; kurangnya kegiatan tadarus rutin yang bertujuan sebagai sarana santri dalam mendalami dan memperlancar bacaan Al-Qur’an; faktor dari pribadi santri yang belajar Al-Qur’an tanpa diawasi oleh ustad atau guru yang kompeten; dan santri kurang memiliki kesadaran  bahwa untuk bisa membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan kewajiban bagi seorang muslim. AbstractThis study aims to determine the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in increasing fluency in reading the Qur'an at the Darul Rachman Kajan Krandon Kudus Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: first, the implementation of the Yanbu'a method at Darur Rachman Islamic Boarding School in accordance with the Vision and Mission of the Islamic Boarding School, namely, the creation of sholeh and pious santri in the problem of diniyyah and intellect and adaptive to the times and with the mission of forging students in terms of Diniyyah mastery. Second, the supporting factors for the successful implementation of the Yanbu`a method are the support from the boarding schools in implementing the Yanbu'a method; the desire and motivation factor of the students to be able to and master the recitation of the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly; an environment that supports the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in Darul Rachman Islamic boarding school. The inhibiting factor is that when the pesantren accepts new students, there is no selection or reading test of the Al-Qur'an to become a benchmark for whether new students are eligible to enter or can be accepted or not; the lack of routine tadarus activities which aim as a means for students to deepen and expedite the reading of the Al-Qur'an; the personal factor of the santri who learns the Qur'an without being supervised by a cleric or a competent teacher; and students lack the awareness that being able to read the Al-Qur'an is an obligation for a Muslim.

Abstract

Mahasiswa berasal dari Papua – karena perbedaan budaya, kehidupan sosial dan pengalaman pendidikannya – menghadapi tantangan yang tidak mudah untuk beradaptasi seiring menyelesaikan studinya tingkat universitas. Dengan melakukan wawancara mahasiswa-mahasiswa Papua di IAIN Kudus Jawa Tengah, penelitian menelaah berbagai tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam kehidupan sosial di dalam dan di luar kampus sekaligus berbagai strategi mengatasinya dan menyelesiakan studinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya dan strategi mahasiswa Papua dengan menjalin pertemanan dengan orang lokal dan belajar bahasa lokal agar dapat berinteraksi serta mengikuti berbagai organisasi baik intra kampus maupun luar kampus untuk menambah relasi. Proses adaptasi yang dijalani menunjukkan pola asimilasi sosial-budaya yang dilakukan dalam kehidupan dalam dan luar kampus oleh mahasiswa Papua di IAIN Kudus.Students from Papua – due to differences in culture, social life, and educational experiences – face challenges that are not easy to adapt to as they complete their university studies. By conducting interviews with Papuan students at IAIN Kudus, Central Java, the study examines the various challenges they face in their social life on and off campus as well as various strategies to overcome them and complete their studies. The results of the study show the efforts and strategies of Papuan students by making friends with local people and learning the local language so they can interact and join various organizations both intra-campus and off-campus to expand their relationships. The adaptation process that is undergone shows a pattern of socio-cultural assimilation carried out in life on and off campus by Papuan students at IAIN Kudus.
